I thought stickers would be a good idea and landed on PrintPlace. I am no artist and to be honest, I had no idea how to design a sticker or even how the printing process worked. I called their customer service and they walked me through the process and explained to me what type of files were best to use and made me realize how easy it was lol. I told them that I needed the stickers fast and the rep suggested that the five business day option should be fine but I didn't want to take any chances, so I chose the one day option - I really appreciated the honesty and their patience for walking me through process. I've received 6 proofs to approve for 2 items - 2 of which were sent to me after the item I actually did get was delivered. It's difficult to believe that an outfit THIS non-organized and idiotic stays in business - it's probably one of those that shuts down & opens back up under a similar but not-exactly-the-same name kinda shady place would do. Business cards are lost & this place says they have nothing to do with it - I don't believe they ever sent them at all. Some nice ppl on the customer service chat & phone (some boneheads too...) but it's all just such a mess you should STAY AWAY

I took these to the UPS store for shredding. The staff were friendly and helpful and I was able to deposit massive amounts of paper items in the shred bins. We also needed some important documents notarized and were able to use their professional onsite notary service. This place is clean, well staffed and helpful. Thanks UPS store! (BTW, what I didn't need to shred that was left over I was able to put in their trash dumpster in the back!)

What makes this situation far worse is the store's total unwillingness to take responsibility or even respond. I have reached out multiple times over several weeks, provided documentation, photos, receipts and they have chosen to ignore nearly every attempt to resolve the issue. 26 days have passed and the owner of the location is not responding to the matter any further. This location has demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer service. Their silence and refusal to engage left me with no choice but to file a small claims case to recover the losses caused by their negligence. Customers deserve better than this kind of treatment, especially from a business that markets itself as a trusted shipping provider. If your shipment matters, I would strongly recommend using a different carrier or a different store entirely.

They pulled the original file up on their computer and it showed up on their computer just fine. It printed elsewhere just fine. They insisted on blaming my file. They lost a customer over $10.

It's a shame that I've only discovered Bird years after I have already graduated from UTA. The only thing I have gotten done here is print jobs, and they're super cheap! Instead of paying per minute fee at Fedex or UPS to use their computer to print stuff out, here you can send your files to info@birdscopies.com for them to print at no additional charge. I don't go here often enough to really remember the different pricing. The instant quote function on their website does seem much higher than how much it really costs if you go in person. My last time here (this week) I came in for a 1 page black and white print. The person (possibly the owner) who attended me was super nice to print it out free of charge. It is only right that I help spread the words on their amazing customer service and products.
