Sheena coordinated the project, and Linda in graphics provided excellent guidance throughout the process. Sheena was incredibly responsive, and Linda patiently explained CMYK versus RGB colors and how they affect printing. Their expertise and attention to detail made the process much easier. I also highly recommend ordering a hard-copy proof before approving your print run--it's so helpful to see everything in person! Very reasonably priced. The team was very patient and understanding when I needed extra time to get answers from my boss. The finished cards turned out beautifully, and we love the soft-touch finish. My boss was also impressed by the thank-you note she received in the mail. Such a thoughtful personal touch! We will definitely use them again. It's a shame that I've only discovered Bird years after I have already graduated from UTA. The only thing I have gotten done here is print jobs, and they're super cheap! Instead of paying per minute fee at Fedex or UPS to use their computer to print stuff out, here you can send your files to info@birdscopies.com for them to print at no additional charge. I don't go here often enough to really remember the different pricing. The instant quote function on their website does seem much higher than how much it really costs if you go in person. My last time here (this week) I came in for a 1 page black and white print. The person (possibly the owner) who attended me was super nice to print it out free of charge. It is only right that I help spread the words on their amazing customer service and products.
