Very disappointing experience…read more I paid about $170 for the first repair for an E:23 error. The technician reattached the hose and assured me that the repair was covered by a warranty. Shortly afterward, the same hose became disconnected again and the washer started leaking water. Now I'm being told that I need to pay another $215 for a connector and installation to prevent the hose from disconnecting again. If the technician already knew during the first visit that a connector was needed to properly and permanently fix the problem, why wasn't I given the option to have it installed then as part of a complete repair? Instead, I paid $170 for a temporary fix, was told it had a warranty, and now I'm being asked to pay even more for a second visit. I would have much preferred an honest, upfront price for a complete repair from the beginning rather than paying twice for the same underlying issue.

I called about 2 weeks ago and was told they would issue the refund and would call me back to confirm. The call and refund never happened. I went to another appliance repairman and he fixed my refrigerator right away.

Throughout the week, the washer still smells of gear oil, and on Saturday morning my husband turned the washing machine on its side, unscrewed a cover, and there is gear oil leaking out from the bottom. The agitator did not need to come off; nothing would be visible. Parts can only be accessed from the bottom of the machine. Sent photos and a text to Handler, and they thanked me for the update and said nothing else. Not sure why I paid for a service call/diagnostic fee to tell me nothing was wrong, when clearly something is very wrong. Part on order. App is easy to use, and tech was on time and extremely polite, however: Will absolutely not use this service again, or recommend.

Scam artist and do not know what he is doing …read more.. My Heating System went offline and i put a request on Thumbtack. I was contacted by Anas and he mentioned he had 7 yrs of experience. I read reviews and most recent was disappointing. Since no one else contacted me and txt me saying he can come in urgently. I hired him for the job. He did some diagnostics for 30 mins and quoted $450 to repair. Didnt mention what exactly was the problem. I denied that i cannot pay this amount as i he didnt explain the issue. He finally quoted to $300 and promissed that until issue is fixed he will not go and will make sure all is working. Since it is heating issue in Winter, i had no choice but to agree. He spent 2-3 hours, got the Furnace to turn ON and said all he good. I checked and it was working and blowing air, I didnt check it was not blowing HOT Air. (my mistake) I paid him, he left. The system was running whole night but it was not heating and thus i contacted him back. Its been 48 hours, he hasnt returned and now asking money to come. ================================================================= Yes. have been texting him for last 2 days. He is not responding to calls and keep telling me he fixed the issue and it is not HVAC issue. He says it is thermostat issue.. which makes me belive he is not experienced and a scammer.
