Service and food both suck! Waited almost thirty minutes to be served. Told owner and he didn't care about it. Never going back

UN BE LIEVABLE…read more The food, the service, the value, the staff! Hard to put into words how cool this night was at the bar as a solo dude here in PA on business. They had cheese, chicken and steak options on their quesadillas. I asked if they could do grilled shrimp instead. "YEP" It was the largest, chunkiest, tastiest quesadilla I've ever had! They tossed in sour cream, salsa and pico without batting an eye or adding cost to it. I asked the gal that emerged from the kitchen if she was the chef. She was indeed the saint who made my quesadilla, so I was able to let her know I had just consumed the nectar of the Tex/Mex gods in her offering. The bartender/my server was the nicest, most easy going person ever. He could be selling airplanes for Boeing but somehow he's here doing his craft. I've traveled the US and have gone to literally hundreds of sports bars/restaurants etc. It's hard to describe when you don't encounter a negative person or scene in any conversation or request. If I lived around here I'd sleep in the parking lot so I don't miss a meal or drink oppo. If there were 10 stars I'd give it. I've left some harsh reviews so I don't type the above lightly. To the owners of this patch of golden humanity..... THANK YOU! Why? For finding and hiring great people who care about their work, products and guests. If you're reading this and deciding where to grab a drink or quality food, -----stop here and thank me later.

The servers were well schooled, taking care and made sure we were satisfied. Great patio area with live music starting at 6:00. Cold weather would limit the overall seating capacity. Flights weren't available for some reason or another. But if you want a sampler of the different brews, just buy a mix and match six-pack for later.

I am a home-brewer and I couldn't stump her, not that I was trying to. When touring Victory, the guide there didn't know much and I wound up giving most of the tour. Straub is very small in size and operations but all employees we met and observed were very courteous and friendly. The endless taps were a nice touch to experience by letting guests sample from 3 varieties of brew. You were able to have 2 full sized cups, not a 4 ounce taster. In the bar/restaurant there were multiple choices of brews on tap or canned/bottled and a vast selection of mementos for the collectors. We didn't eat there as we had packed a picnic lunch for later, but the food we were smelling was very enticing. We want to return for one of the weekend parties they have in their courtyard. Take the time and visit, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Awesome indoor outdoor hybrid with the open garage doors. The outdoor space has real chairs & tables and not picnic tables now, I wasn't a fan of the old tables they didn't seem very sturdy. There's also a fire pit in the upper part of the patio. Would be an awesome place to see some live music and get your brew on! Beer is all very good as well. I got a flight today of the razz lager, summer splash, IPA, and octoberfest. I liked them all but summer splash was by far my favorite, very fruity and fresh. Surprisingly, as someone who loves raspberry, the razz lager was my least favorite, still drinkable and good though just not my first option. Food was ok. I had the pulled pork melt with the coleslaw and my dad had the beef melt with mac n cheese. The melt didn't have any sauce on it, it comes on the side, so it was pretty dry. My dad remarked the same thing about his melt. The chips it comes with are clearly out of a bag but I actually really liked them. The coleslaw was bare bones - I mean probably the dryest coleslaw I've ever had. I'm not even sure if it was supposed to be a vinegar or mayo based slaw, it was literally completely dry. I ended up putting some of the bbq sauce on it. We both got a side of beer cheese which was a showstopper, especially with the chips.

Dream View is a must-try!…read more We went with a party of seven, and from the moment we sat down, the vibe was spot on. The dining room really does have a dream view. Huge windows overlooking the town made it feel cozy and special, especially as it got darker and the lights came on outside. Now for the food... everything we ordered was delicious, but the tomahawk steak absolutely stole the show. Not only was it cooked perfectly, but our waitress brought it out and cut it tableside, then served it to everyone. That alone made the experience feel extra fun and memorable. We also ordered a variety of appetizers and seafood dishes off their rotating menu, and everything was fantastic. Portions were generous and great for sharing, and the prices were very reasonable. The only downside to our dinner was the long wait for drinks from the bar. I'd recommend ordering bottles of wine instead of cocktails if you don't want to wait too long for your drinks. Between the food, the atmosphere, the view, and the tableside tomahawk experience, Dream View is a fantastic spot for a special night out, a celebration, or just a really good dinner. If you're in St. Marys, this place is 100% worth a visit. We will absolutely be back!

We had never been to St. Mary's before so we were not familiar with the town or food scene. We really weren't sure what to expect at all but WOW we're so very happy we found this place! Sadly, we were enjoying everything so much that I forgot to take photos so I'll try my best to describe our experience but really, just go there and enjoy it yourself. You'll be so happy you did! The restaurant is on a golf course and is designed like a usual Country Club type facility with plenty of parking and large restrooms with attached sitting rooms. One member of our group needed accommodations for the tall set of stairs inside so we were happy to see that there was an elevator available. It was a small two person elevator but suited our needs just fine. The menu is upscale and the restaurant has a bar and a large event space. Although we were dressed casually for the afternoon you could easily make this your to-go date night out as well. One of the first things I noticed on the menu is that they use locally sourced meats and produce from a variety of vendors. What a great way to support the local community! We were a group of seven so we ordered several appetizers including two different preparations of scallops (which were cooked to perfection), crab stuffed mushrooms and arancini. I truly could've ordered another round of appetizers because they all were delicious and everyone in our group enjoyed them. The Drunken Scallop preparation was my favorite, I loved the flavors and expertly cooked scallops. Their french onion soup surprisingly is a French Onion FILET soup with filet tips and I now firmly believe that everyone should make french onion soup this way. For dinner we enjoyed thick cut ribeye steaks, a 40 oz Tomahawk steak, jumbo lump crab cakes (flavorful and with more crab meat than filler), honey glazed salmon, lobster tail with drawn butter, and a Tomahawk pork chop. All meat and seafood were cooked perfectly, seasoned well, tender and juicy. Sides included Boursin mashed potatoes, broccoli, baby baked potatoes, and asparagus but other side dish options were available as well. They offer both a Cocktail and a Mocktail Menu and we enjoyed our selections from both. Dessert Menu included Peanut Butter Pie, Chocolate Cake and Apple Pie Pot Stickers which we ordered to-go and devoured later that night. Service all around was excellent and everyone we came in contact with during our time there was friendly and helpful with smiles all around. We couldn't have asked for more it was really a wonderful experience! The name Dream View says it all about the view from the restaurant, it's fantastic! They offer a lovely touch by providing binoculars on the window ledges and a list of local sites for you to search the town through the binoculars to find. What a fun way to learn a little about the town and see the local sites from a hilltop view! If we're ever in the area again we will definitely make it a point to dine here. St. Mary's seems to be a smaller town but this establishment definitely gives bigger city vibes with their delicious food and wonderful service. Thank you to all of you at Dream View!
