Instead of making a positive impression and maybe gaining a new regular customer, he lost my business forever for trying to make a few pennies on a bag that cost him next to nothing. BevMax has never disappointed me, and I can always find what I need (even if they've moved it around.) The staff is always friendly and helpful, even entertaining. I've often called ahead to see how much of something they had on hand (if I was going to/throwing a big party) and they are always happy to set a quantity aside for me until I get there. If it's a large order, like a case of wine, one of the guys always helps me carry it out to the car. (It's not that long of a walk, and I'm a strong lady...) Now that's service!
