They were back on Tuesday to complete the repair, which involved replacing a significant section of our existing 2" drain line with new 3" ABS, correcting the slope, and adding a new cleanout. The whole process was incredibly quick and easy. Abraham was extremely nice, professional, responsive, and easy to work with. The work was completed efficiently and there was none of the hassle you sometimes expect with a bigger plumbing repair. I was especially impressed by how quickly they responded on a Sunday and then got us scheduled to have the actual repair completed just two days later. Everything has been working great since.
