Great staff, great doctors, great location! I wanted to get my vision corrected for quite a while, but I was terrified by the idea of getting a procedure done, so I kept putting it off. I found some money in an HSA I forgot about, so I decided to take the plunge, and it was well worth it. It's been almost 4 weeks from my surgery, so I'm giving an account that is further removed than the initial excitement, and my enthusiasm has not dulled one bit. I came in for the consultation, everything was good to go, so they scheduled me for two weeks later. You'll have to take your contacts out for a few days before (or more I assume if you have hard contacts). Everything is streamlined, and you don't waste your time waiting too much. When I came in for the surgery, they had prescribed Xanax for my anxiety, and that combined with Dr. Willis' calm demeanor helped me through the entire process. He explains what he's going to do, and when you're in the surgery room, he talks you through each step. Very soothing voice, and he's always reassuring and letting you know where you are. The surgery itself was a breeze. Yes, there is a smell, like burnt hair, but it's completely fine. I took a Tylenol PM right afterward, and my friend drove me home (Don't drive the day of). I passed out before the numbing drops wore off, and I was good to go when I woke up! Advice: If you can get your friend to pick up food for you before you sleep, that would be ideal. If you have an empty stomach, you might wake up! Anyway, the next day I was seeing 20/15, but as the eye heals and stabilizes, vision can get better or worse. I'm happy to report I'm still seeing 20/15, and minimal dryness. You'll have to do eye drops, but that's not a big deal. I recommend this office fully! read more

Really quick and efficient, not very long waiting times. I had my consultation one week and was getting the lasik the next. I eventually wanted lasik but assumed I would never fit the "$250 an eye" category as my vision is so poor. I still didn't fit that category but with insurance it was still affordable and 100% worth it. I'm still healing and can see perfect if not hazy so I can't wait to see how it will be in a week or a month. The staff were all super nice and helpful with all my questions, making me feel as comfortable as possible. read more

SUCCESS!! (so far at least) I did a lot of research and went with LasikPlus Vision Center. LasikPlus works with a number of insurance companies, so be sure to ask for a discount. I received a 15% discount with Spectera. The office is nice and efficient. Everyone is friendly. Dr. Weltman and Dr. Wills are great! I sent them e-mails and they responded to all of my questions and concerns immediately. Dr. Wills even called me to consult me on a private issue before surgery! (This was before I had even paid for anything.) I got the surgery done. Man it was definitely painful. I had opted for PRK instead of Lasik because of the lessened side effects. But my eyes were tearing for 2-3 days. It was painful, but the doctors well-informed me of the post-surgery effects and assured me they were perfectly normal. Hey, it is surgery. No pain, no gain. Be sure give yourself a week or so to rest up, because your eyes tire quickly. With each check-up, I got better and better. And with my latest check up, I was 20/20! It's been about 1.5 months, and my vision is great! I don't recommend PRK and Lasik for everyone. But if Dr. Weltman and Dr. Wills believe you are a good candidate, you can be assured you be very safe and taken care of for years to come. read more

After many years on whether to get Lasik, I finally pulled the trigger. Everyone in the office was very nice and helpful and Dr. Wells was awesome! Made the process very simple and fast. Highly recommended! read more

I just had LASIK done yesterday and feel incredible! It is so great waking up and being able to see instead of frantically searching for your glasses! Dr. Wills is fantastic. He explained everything that I would feel prior to the procedure and waited until I felt I was ready to go in. He even called me the same night to make sure I was feeling ok. Looking back, I can't believe I waited this long to have LASIK done. read more

I'd recommend LasikPlus to anyone. I had PRK done last year and love not having to deal with the hassle of contacts and glasses. Dr. Willis takes what he does very seriously so you know you're in good hands. All the staff are friendly and professional. If you go to other lasik companies, they'll charge you so much more. Prices are quite reasonable here. read more

I could not be more pleased with my experience at LasikPlus. The staff are super friendly and helpful. On the day of my procedure they were very thorough with explaining my post op care and what to expect during the procedure. The surgeon explained everything beforehand and during the procedure. It was quick and free of discomfort. The doctor even called later that night to insure that everything was okay. I experienced minimal discomfort during my recovery. Thankful for the caring staff at LasikPlus that have made this journey so seamless. read more

Wow 20/20 vision again. Just had my 1 day follow-up and very pleased. The staff were great and Dr. Wills even called last night to check on me, which I greatly apprecaited. I also really appreciated how I was asked multiple times on the day of the procedure to confirm that we were doing both eyes and not doing monovision - it seems overkill but from a patient safety perspective, I appreciated it. During the procedure which took may be 10 minutes, Dr. Wills was talking to me the entire time about what to expect. Overall, very pleased - no more contacts, no more glasses!!! read more

I got LASIK in June this year at this location and it is one of the best decisions I ever made. The staff was very friendly and made you feel very comfortable. Dr. Weltman saw me for my initial visit to determine that I was a candidate and for my 2 month follow up. She is excellent! My surgery was performed by Dr. Neil Wills. He is fantastic! He will be straight forward and tell you about all the risks but he definitely knows what he is doing and has a great bedside manner. The day of my surgery I was extremely nervous but the entire staff did everything to ease my nerves. I am so happy I chose this location to get LASIK, I could not have asked for a better experience and results! read more

I heard about LASIK Plus on the radio and couldn't believe that I could get both eyes done for $250 each. I scheduled my appointment shortly after. I couldn't believe it. I am so pleased that I went to LasikPlus. Everyone was so friendly and very informative. I didn't have to wait long and I was in and out. The doc even called me after the procedure to personally check on me and to make sure I was following the after procedure instructions. I felt well taken care of and I don't ever have to wear glasses again! I highly recommended Lasik Plus!!!! read more

From start to finish, the staff at LasikPlus made this process smooth and seamless. Each staff member was friendly and more than willing to answer any questions I had. Dr. Wills was fantastic and followed up with me later in the day after my procedure to ensure all was well. It was amazing to wake up with clear vision for the first time since I was 7 years old. Thank you! read more

The entire process was so quick and easy! I had my consultation this past January and finally had my surgery yesterday, and I CAN SEE more clearer! It's definitely the best investment ever. The staff were so incredibly nice and knowledgeable. They coached me throughout the entire procedure which took like 5 minutes. The paperwork is even took longer than that. I highly recommend checking this place out if you're looking to get LASIK done. read more

Lasikplus has excellent prices but pack a lunch and be prepared to wait! I had a 3pm appointment and was not seen until 5pm. I am currently sitting in the waiting room for an 8am appointment and it is 8:45 they will not give me a FREE t-shirt unless I write a review. Here you go. read more

Dr. Wills, Dr. Dharia, and the staff are fantastic! I had PRK done and I was reassured that the procedure would be painless and easy. Recovery took some time-longer than I personally anticipated but nonetheless, easy. Thank you all for a great experience! read more

By far the best life decision I ever made. The procedure was quick and painless. The doctor walks you through everything he doing so you are completely aware. I showed up on a Monday for a free consultation and was set up for my procedure Friday if the same week! I found the entire process to be seamless and I never felt rushed or pressured. The staff is extremely professional and Dr. Wills has a great bedside manner. Due to weather I arrived at two appointments late and was still seen in a reasonable amount of time. I had severe astigmatism and a "hidden" prescription and they worked really hard to determine what would be the right option for me and I am confident after one day that this will be a life changing decision for the better!! read more

I had surgery a few months ago and my vision is great! Consultation was free. I got the lifetime plan which is more expensive but worth it in the long run. Where else can you get free touch ups for life at any of their locations across the US? That's part of the reason why I choose this place. The other reason why I choose them is I'm not obligated to see them every year. After my year of follow ups are done, I can see any doctor I want for my yearly eye exams. If I need a touch up, all I have to do is give them a call. I love that part of convenience. This company really thought about people's lives. Also the staff is great! If you want convenience, come here! read more

Dr. Wills and his staff do a tremendous job. The best part is they don't beat around the bush. Clearly if you want lasik done you have done your research and know the pros and cons. They will answer all your questions and be straight forward with you. The doctor will tell you himself that if he saw any issues he would not perform the procedure. I just got my eyes done yesterday after waking up I could see clearly! Follow the directions and you will be just fine. Listen to what the doctors tell you. Throughout the procedure he talks to you giving clear instructions making sure your okay the entire time. The front office people are professional and will cater to your every need. read more

Fantastic experience. Was able to accomplish my initial consultation and surgery in the same day. My vision is now 20/15. Staff was super friendly. And surgery was a snap. read more

Dr. Wills did Lasik on my husband in 2005, and he was very happy. Earlier this year my daughter had is done, and she is extremely happy; especially after wearing contacts for five years. So guess what, I decided to get the procedure done. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful during my consultation. I scheduled the surgery in Alexandria with Dr. Wills. Very lovely and warm office. The staff at the front desk (Sarah) was especially helpful and made me feel at ease (since I was a little nervous). When we completed all our paperwork; the doctor checked my vision again before the procedure. Dr. Wills met with me and explained everything that was going to take place. His tone of voice, his empathy, and how he made me feel that I was the most important person in the world at that moment. There was not a thing to worry about, and he would let me know everything he was going to do every step of the way. I trusted him with all my heart and knew that I was in good hands. After the procedure, I had no discomfort, went home and slept. I followed his directions, and I didn't have a problem at all, no pain or discomfort. The next day I went to work and couldn't believe that I had a "new" set of eyes. I was sorta in shock most of the day because everything was so clear. Thank you Dr. Wills and God Bless you. read more

Having to wear glasses since childhood, and having the surgery as an adult- I'm still in disbelief! They prepare you every step of the way and the same staff members guide you through the whole process.Dr Wills calls you personally to check up on you after the procedure. My mom was my DD and was relieved that the process had such a quick recovery and she was able to watch the whole procedure from the lobby! Now I am able to experience my wedding without glasses or contacts. I have been recommending Dr Wills and LasikPlus since my consultation! read more

Dr. Wills was great, taking time to explain everything during the procedure so I knew exactly what was happening and he even called that evening to check in on me. Just had surgery yesterday and my vision is 20/15 today, couldn't be happier with the results! Appointments were easy to make and the discomfort post-surgery only lasts until you wake up from your nap. Only regret is that I didn't do this sooner! read more

Beginning this process, I was very nervous. The team made me feel very comfortable and eased my worries. Dr. Wills was very informative, friendly, and efficient. Before the surgery, he will briefly sit down with you and make sure you're sure about proceeding with getting the surgery which is very nice because that way you're not feeling rushed or under pressure whatsoever. During the actual surgery, he was very reassuring and made sure to inform you ahead of time of any unfamiliar sensation that way you aren't caught off guard. Overall, I was very happy with my experience and would absolutely recommend this location to anyone on the market for a lasik procedure. read more

Best experience ever! It turns out I was actually not as blind as I thought and instead of taking advantage of me and still recommending surgery the doctor came in and gave me a full explanation and recommended that I start off with just some over the counter reading glasses and maybe some glasses for at night if I have noticed an issue with that. I cannot tell you how refreshing it is to work with a knowledgeable and ethical doctor instead of someone just trying to make money. read more
