I tried lash extensions for the first time (after years of lash lifts), and it was a mixed experience. My first set looked crazy! I didn't know what to ask for, and apparently chose wrong based on the consultation. I tried to get used to them, but I was feeling ridiculous and had to go back a few days later to undo them. They were able to figure out how to tone them down, so I tried to stick with them for a few fills. The fills always looked pretty good for 7-9 days or so, but days 10-14 were straggly and unkempt. Even with following their after care to a T and buying their cleaning solution. I also thought it would save me time not having to wear mascara, but I ended up spending way more time brushing them. Also having to lay there for 75 minutes every other week was way more time consuming than a quick 30-45 minute lash lift every 6 weeks. And the beds are quite uncomfortable after about 30 minutes. I ended up getting the extensions removed and going back to lash lifts. I made the appointment in person, and there was no mention of the price. I thought it was going to be $99 like their printed brochure says, but was charged $149 after the service with an explanation that they only offer the higher priced option with keratin add-on and that the brochures (that they still have at their register) are wrong. $50 lesson for me to make sure I confirm pricing before a service. In summary, lash extensions are not for me. And their beds and pricing practices are not for me either.

I don't usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience because I was genuinely disappointed, especially given the cost ($150 including tip). Unfortunately, the results of my lash lift & tint were underwhelming--it barely looks like anything was done. It almost seems as though mascara was applied, and that was it. I chose this place because of the many glowing reviews, but my experience didn't match the quality others described. I'm not sure if it was the technique or the specific technician I was assigned, but the results did not meet my expectations. On a positive note, the front desk staff was very friendly and attentive, which I appreciated. However, the person performing my lash lift hardly spoke to me, which added to my disappointment. I drove all the way from Temecula for this appointment, and sadly, it felt like a waste of time and money. If you're considering a lash lift, I would recommend exploring other options. read more

I was never really interested or knew about eyelash extension before Emily started doing them!! It was always such a pain to even put on a little bit of mascara to even go to the beach because I have such blonde eyelashes! Being in the ocean all the time, not wanting to wear waterproof mascara, but wanting to look somewhat put together was always a pain but now I wake up every morning feeling and looking great thanks to her. Ava is the best! i've been going to her for a few months now and she is not only fast, but shes kind, funny and amazing at lashes! I have tried a few places after moving in July of 2023. I have worn lashe extensions since 2009. I have found an amazing lash studio that fits my needs. I use 2 lash techs to accommodate my schedule so I stay consistent with my lash appointments. Emily and Haley are amazing, kind and very skilled at the profession.
