(also did not have that customer fill out the appointment form, which is interesting considering they practically bark at you the second you walk through the door to fill it out). I can understand that it was just one lady in the floor today but when you had rushed through my eyebrow threading, consistently hitting me in the eye, no apology for doing that either ( I forgot manners aren't really a thing anymore these days). Then when she had handed me the mirror to look over her work, I felt extremely rushed and overwhelmed by her. After paying and being able to actually get a look at the threading work I noticed there were a few mistakes still. I tried to go back in to see if she would be able to fix it but I didn't see her & my patience had already worn thin at this point. Needless to say, I probably won't be back. I'll spare you the novel-length backstory, but let's just say getting a haircut for a tiny human who has suddenly decided that scissors are the enemy is not for the faint of heart. I just wanted my little guy Bodhi to look fresh for his birthday. Instead, I got a full-on meltdown. Bodhi was bawling. Not just crying--the kind of crying where you question all your life choices that led you to this moment. Bryan, one of the barbers there, stepped in and showed more compassion than I've seen in most humans. He calmly talked the other barber through the chaos, and when things got truly dire, he just... picked up my child. Held him like it was no big deal. Didn't flinch at the sobbing, the squirming, or the sheer drama of it all. He just got to work and gave Bodhi a fresh cut like he does this every day (honestly, he probably does). I was sitting there dying of embarrassment, but they handled it with more professionalism than I've seen anywhere, let alone a barbershop. They treated me like family, kept me calm when I was about to crawl under the chair, and made the whole thing feel human instead of humiliating. I cannot recommend Limitless Barbershop enough. And Bryan? That man can handle anything. Toddler meltdown, bad attitude, probably a bear--doesn't matter. He's your guy.
