Is a true Professional. She is attentive, sweet & understanding. She listened & understood exactly what I wanted. She checked in on me during the process to make sure I got what I asked for & that my expectations were met. She also suggested a service I needed (no charge). I had a great experience at the Greenfield Exquisite Threading! I came in as a walk in and only had to wait about 5 minutes. The person at check-in was very friendly. I had two artists who Worked on my brow threading and tint and eyelash lift and tint. They were very thorough and kind. They were also taking care to ask how I was feeling, let me know what they were doing, and asking if I liked the results. The business is also doing a lot to help the community during these times even though it is likely they were affected last year when businesses shut down due to covid. That is incredible. They have now messed my eyebrows up for the second time in a row. I will not be going there again. The first time one eyebrow was way thicker than the other one. I had to go home and pluck it just to be the same size. Now today I go there, and she took way too much off the top of one of my eyebrows, I asked her to fix it because it was uneven, and all she did was take more off the top of the one that was thinner. Raccoon eyes. So cute on the little critters, but not so much on us grown ladies! I have had mascara problems for ages. What starts off in the morning looking great, usually ends up as a black smudges under my eyes by the end of the workday. Ugh. No mater what brand mascara I tried, still the dreaded afore mentioned "raccoon eyes" by 5pm. Enter Exquisite Threading. While I had been going for a while to maintain my brows, (and always meant to write a review for that, which they do a great job of, btw), what finally got me off my keister to write this 5 star review was a Lash Tinting! I arrived after work one day, raccoon eyes in tow. The place was clean, as it always is. I didn't have an appointment but had to wait barely 10 minutes before I was escorted to Sima's chair. Meanwhile I was offered a beverage, which was a nice touch. The place was jumping, seeing how it was a few days before Valentine's Day. Sima was gentle and as sweet as could be. She removed my eye makeup, and explained all the steps along the way. Maybe 10 minutes later I had dark lashes without mascara! All for $19+ tip! Which is less expensive than my favorite "least raccoon-ey" mascara! (Blinc Mascara, but that's a review for a different website) The results should last anywhere from 4-6 weeks. So ladies, if you're tired of mascara smudges and smears, stop in Exquisite Threading and ask for Sima and a Lash Tint. You'll be glad you did! read more

I am a fan. I don't have a particular person that I go to so I like some results more than others. I have a natural arch and I probably could wait a few months before I go. I love the atmosphere. I never have a long wait time. I live the waterproof eyebrow powder that they sell. Only one person has ever offered it to me. I am a fan. I have never waxed my brows and somehow I was drawn to the appeal of having each of my tiny hairs ripped out with a sewing utensil. I wish that I knew how to do it but do not think that I could ever do it to myself. My only issue with the place it that it seems to be price changes. They were SURPRISED by the Yelp checkin coupon. I've been coming to Exquisite for 10 years and never had an issue until yesterday. The lady threading my eyebrows was clearly new and had no idea what she was doing. Another employee even came up to her telling her she was doing it wrong which I took as a bad sign. Another bad sign was that it hurt wayyyyy more than normal and could tell she was cutting my brows extremely thin (been working on getting them thicker for years). I looked in the mirror and saw two uneven thin lines that looked like they were drawn in with a pencil. Left crying. Extremely disappointed. I arrived at the site at 5:30 and was expecting to get my brows professionally shaped, tinted and filled in. I received rush unprofessional service from the location on hwy 100 mayfair rd. My brows were uneven. One higher than the other. The tint was ok, but the technician did not fill it in. I had to ask her to fill it in. Then, she said I know. I know. If you knew why would I have to ask? Then as I approached the front desk for payment, I informed the cashier that my brows were uneven and I am not satisfied. She just said oh $40. I paid it because I was not trying to go to jail in wauwatosa. I responded via email when they sent a receipt that I was no happy with their service and my brows are a mess. I could not go to the social because I was too embraced. I requested a refund in my email response. No one responded, so I called them today- Sunday June 9th to let them know I responded and requested a refund. They said oh we don't offer a refund, just a store credit. If I am not satisfied then why would I go back. Based on my experience I would not recommend their services. I am requesting a refund again tomorrow. What am I going to do with store credit when I do not trust the service that I will receive. I am sadden at the lack of customer service and the fact of not providing a refund after I clearly explained it to them before I left the service was horrible.​ read more

I usaully use service for friends and family, but sales person was pushing the sale of Eyebrow Tinting. I to the Assistant Manager I have no eyebrows and she to me the tinting would enhance what I had. So I agreed to have the services. Service was done and they ask you to sign a waiver of all your rights. They put chemicals on you without doing a test, so I asked for test but the SM told me it was safe tint? Not so I had terrible reaction to the tint and that caused severe burns to my face. I am having difficulty figuring out how to rate this place. I was in between a 2.5 and 3 and decided on a 3. The YAY They are located not too far from me or my job so that was a major plus. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by a lady at the door and asked how they could help me today. She wrote down my name and what service/services I was having done. She then offered me something to drink and showed me to the waiting section. The customer service was phenomenal. I don't think I have been to a threading shop that valued its customer service more than this place. THE NAY This is where the rating gets tricky. There are 8 booths in this shop (that I could see). It was pretty busy so there were at least 6 but at most 8 people working threading eyebrows. When someone was finished the greeter called the next up in line to the open chair. I made it very clear that i like my eyebrows to be thick, but shaped. I might have scared my stylist a bit, but I have had bad experiences before. Just don't fuck my eyebrows up (they are on my face). I would rather they under-do my eyebrows than overdo them. The stylist took her time with my eyebrows which I had no problem with. After she was finished with the first eyebrow she gave me the mirror to take a look. I liked what she had done and gave her the go ahead to continue. After she finished the second eyebrow she gave me the mirror and I was not pleased. While both eyebrows were acceptable, they were different. My right eyebrow (the first eyebrow she had down ) had a nice arch and was more defined. The second eyebrow did not have much of an arch at all. It was pretty obvious to me that my eyebrows were drastically different. I thought about telling her but changed my mind. A stylist that would let me leave the salon with two different eyebrows, does not get a second chance. If I could tell that they were different I am sure she could too. I ended up going home and plucking my left eyebrow enough so that it would match the right. (Something no one should do after paying for their eyebrows to be done) . Here is the problem with this place.... Too many stylist. I don't know how you can maintain high quality and consistent services when you have that many people threading eyebrows. If I was placed at another chair, I would have had a different stylist and I most likely would have had a different experience (and different eyebrows). The elapsed time of my visit here was about 5 minutes...and it was probably the best experience with threading I've ever had! I don't know the name of the guy who did my brows, and he didn't look too friendly or talk to me much, but he worked so quickly with the thread and then finished up by trimming with scissors. He did an AWESOME job and I love the shape of my eyebrows now. (Btw, his were very nicely shaped too :) Also, I barely felt any pain, which is rare during a threading! I wish I lived around here because it's one of the best and most reasonably-priced places I've ever come across. They do have other locations (ie. Columbus, OH) that might be worth checking out. read more

Went here for the first time as a walk in. I discussed with the woman doing my brows that I just wanted to clean them up a little and that I did not want them thin. I showed her exactly what I wanted. She said okay. Next thing you know, I'm looking in the mirror and she did the EXACT Opposite of what I asked her to do. My brows were pencil thin and lacked shape. Receptionists are unorganized. Was told to wait for the next available threader, the next customer who walked in 10 minutes later after me was sat IMMEDIATELY. On top of that, there were TWO receptionist but some how BOTH forgot that I was in the waiting area. Then as I was paying, next customer was offered services immediately as well as a beverage. I've had great experiences with their threading services; the women providing them have done fantastic work, they are also kind & professional. However, the girls they've hired to check-in customers, answer the phones & essentially manage work flow are rude, unprofessional, and seriously lacking customer service & sales skills. On top of the that, they have 3 or 4 of them hovering around that desk on the weekends, chattering amongst themselves, rolling their eyes. It may be cheap and fast, but unfortunately I got what I paid for. Not very friendly or attentive, felt rushed. One of my eyebrows came out really different from the other. I went back in to have them fix it and the lady couldn't see what was wrong when even my boyfriend (someone who doesn't even notice beauty changes) could see it! The skills seem mediocre, they claim to not be able to change brow shape, and I have had my shape changed many times by apparently better professionals. I have a punch card for Exquisite Threading. I've gone several times to the kiosk at Mayfair. Every time I have gone there has been a wait. But, you just put your name on the list and they call you when it is your turn. The threading process itself is unique, quick and not too painful compared to waxing. My brows have always looked good after. For the price, it is a good deal. But, since they have opened a huge storefront in Mayfair, the prices have gone up from 8 to 10 for brows. This is still cheaper than the 15 I pay for waxing. But when you add in the tip, eh, I still like my stylist better. read more

My 1st experience with threading. Went with my daughter after hearing about it from a friend. Was told they charged $10 when they went the week before, but was informed by my daughter after leaving they charged us $11 each (+2 tip). My daughter wasn't happy when leaving as her lady wasn't friendly and her brows were uneven. I was satisfied until I looked in the mirror the next day to find swelling and several small scabs where the skin had been caught. I won't do this again. read more

Worst brow experience I have ever had. Give zero stars if I could. I just got my brows done and they are completely ruined. After explicitly telling the women that I did not want my brows any thinner (just a touch up) and to not take off the hairs at the top she did just that. Completely thinned out and destroyed the shape of my brows. So unhappy with this awful experience. This is the third horribble experience I've had here after years of going. If I'm in the area, I always make it a point to stop at this location, as this one is far less busy than the Glendale location. I get my eyebrows threaded here, and always have painful yet consistent appointments. I would definitely suggest taking some Advil as it can hurt for people who are sensitive like me! They sell Aveda products (not discounted) at this location, and Bumble and Bumble products (with a 40% discount) at the Glendale location. There's a private parking lot out front. They offer you complimentary Diet Coke or water so what's not to love?! read more

So I've been supporting this particular store since they first started inside of Mayfair Mall (when Stella was there). Unfortunately my support will likely end with the service I had today. My eyebrows look horrible and at the hands of Shashi. I expected for her to be great considering she was stationed at "Baby's" old spot. So sad to find out that my usual threader "Baby" is no longer there. I expected that though after being told week after week "she's on medical leave" to now "she left!" Anyway I'm disappointed that my eyebrows look as if someone removed chunks from my brow. In all my life I've never had to draw on, or fill in my brows until now. The craziest thing is the women stationed (across) on the other side stared as I gathered my things to go. Clearly they must've recognized the jacked up job, but let me go on my disappointed way. Nonetheless I paid full price and tipped. The two stars is for the chin threading which was decent. Shashi's comment to me as I braced myself for the chin thread was, "beauty is pain." Well in my case now so is not having prefect thick eyebrows. I would love to see this store work on their customer service and work with an outside consultant on genuine hospitality and meeting the customers needs that truly support their business. After all these years I'm sure the owner could miss out on a pair of Yeezy's to pay for the much needed training Hope that's help! -Be great read more
