The folks I spoke to there were nice and tried to help me, but I never was able to reach the actual site I was trying to work with. They did take messages for me. Communications from the site were sent to me via email, text, and callbacks. Initially, there was an issue trying to get my Groupon code in the appointment. I was supposed to get a callback, but eventually did get a confirmation email. I noticed the confirmation was only for an evaluation to take 35 minutes. This is not explained in the Groupon. I called (getting the scheduling center) and did get a callback from the clinic with an explanation that if it was determined I wasn't a good candidate or decided to not proceed, my Groupon purchase price would be refunded. Ok, that seems reasonable. I drove to my appointment at the site, which was in a strip mall next to another strip mall at a very busy site on a very busy road. I couldn't find it. No signage whatsoever. Called the number. Got the scheduling center. They took a message. Got a callback. She advised me they are actually located in a salon in the strip mall. Now - there not being any signage, and this is not mentioned in the Groupon, could she not have told me this when we were previously on the phone? By this time I was frustrated, stressed out and exhausted by the run around and poor customer service from the site. I was worried about the inability to contact anyone at the site should I experience problems. The woman at the site (Cindi) just didn't seem very sharp. When I said I would like a refund because I didn't have confidence she said I could get it from Groupon and slammed down the phone. Don't waste your time, money, or anything else at this place. She probably won't be in business long.
