Lynne was awesome. It was a very relaxed and nice facial I received and when she was done my skin was very happy. It was nice and smooth, she didn't rush me with products to purchase she gave me samples to try instead. Lynne is the best! I moved to Milwaukee from New York for a 6 month job assignment, and I was really nervous about finding a good place to get waxed. Lynne is definitely the best in Milwaukee! She uses very high quality hard wax (less painful than other waxes I've experienced) and she makes sure to get every last hair she can. She is also very friendly & easy to chat with, which makes the waxing experience much less painful. I also got a facial from Lynne a few times, which was a great experience. She includes an arm/upper body massage in the facial, which is very relaxing. I felt great afterward & she gave me helpful recommendations for my skin, which I am still using. Lynne was always very accommodating with my schedule (I try to avoid waking up super early in the morning on Saturdays to get a Brazilian bikini wax!). I started coming to Lynne at the beginning of 2020. Lynne's office was in my area, and I decided to give her a chance. Before seeing Lynne, I had struggled with severe acne for nearly 7 years. My acne started when I was middle school, and continued to worsen as I got into high school. Struggling with bad acne made me so self conscious to the point where I wouldn't go anywhere without caking my face in makeup. I would spent hours in the mirror trying to alter my appearance so my acne wouldn't be so obvious. Before Lynne, I had seen at least 4 different dermatologists who kept trying to convince me to use a new topical or simply switch to birth control. I felt as if I had tried nearly every topical there was, and there was still no improvement. Frustrated at my minimum progress being made, I decided to cut all topicals out of my life and completely disconnect myself from dermatologists. Since the start of 2020, I decided to take a more holistic, natural route towards my health, and Lynne has done everything in her power to help me out. She was professional and extremely nice. She was so easy to talk to, so it helped distract me from the pain of waxing. She was very patient and insists on taking ever hair out :) I agree with the other poster from NY, I do not think we will find more of her. I just moved to CA.
