I'd recommend calling before you go -- even if you already made an appointment online. I booked a lash extension appointment online for 4:45 PM and even received a confirmation message. When I arrived, the lash salon was completely closed. I called the number listed on Yelp, and the lady told me the lash artist would arrive in 15 minutes, but I ended up waiting almost 40 minutes. While I was getting my lashes done, another customer arrived for her 6 PM appointment, but there wasn't another lash artist available. She was told the wait time would be 1.5 hours, so she ended up having to cancel and reschedule her appointment. This honestly showed poor scheduling and communication. As for the lash quality, I've had lash extensions many times before and followed all aftercare instructions carefully -- no water for 24 hours, no oily skincare or makeup, and no rubbing or pulling lashes. Despite that, my lashes started falling out almost immediately. In less than a week, around 70% of the lashes had already fallen out. The design was also uneven. The lash artist finished my left eye first, then while working on my right eye, she randomly went back and added more to the left side, which made the wispy style look uneven and unnatural. They did give me a $10 discount for being late, but with the inconvenience, poor scheduling, and disappointing quality, I won't be returning.

I anticipated it and sure enough, felt the sting and saw the blood a couple minutes in. He apologized and then rushed the rest of the pedicure. It did not feel relaxing at all. I decided to let this go until going in on Thursday to get my gel manicure nails removed and again, it was rushed and experienced moments of pulling my hand away because my nail would get HOT..she told me to relax and I tried to push through since I was only paying 10$ for the service of removal. I noticed when I got home that my fingers were throbbing and my nails felt more brittle than usual. I thought this was normal, as I'd had the gel nails for a while and brushed it off.. until the next day when I was washing my hair and it hurt to put pressure on my finger tips.. I looked and saw a bunch of dark red rings on my nail beds and even dark bruising on my pinky. After looking it up, this happens when a nail tech uses a high speed / temp when filing the nails with the bit and removing the gel. It also means they weren't angling the bit correctly , which damages with cuticle. This made sense as my fingers kept heating up during the appointment. Anyways the 2 stars come for just lazy, rushed work The workers are nice, and clean. I wish I could have had better experiences but after 2 not great appts I don't think I'll be coming back. In need of nail techs with more attention to detail and don't cut corners to get stuff done faster. ! My nails are now damaged and will take weeks to recover. :(
