I spent approximately $130 a month on services just through her and felt myself a loyal customer when about a month ago she stopped returning my phone calls, text messages and any other contact I tried. She would cancel appointments with me the morning-of when she knew I needed my eyelashes filled. I currently have no eyelashes- real or fake- because they all fell off due to no maintenance. On top of all else, she brings her dog and/or daughter to most of her appointments, which seemed almost endearing- until I realized she really just runs her business poorly.
