When I reached out to the owner the only thing he did was Venmo me my $25 over charged, I asked all I wanted was my money back for the over charge and to have some else do the services again since I did get any of the services listed on the videos, this place is a complete scam. Don't spend your time and money in a placed based of lies and poor customer services skills. Till this day the owner has not reach out to me to schedule my services and make my money worth.

It was my first time back to getting eyelash extensions after a 8-9 month break so I was excited to have them again. I left that salon in tears because it hurt AND they were terrible looking. I have an event the next day and there was no way I was going to show up with these extensions. I called 3 other salons before TFB and no one could take me, which I get. But I called TFB and not only was the person who answered prompt and friendly, they were able to get me in that evening for a Lash Removal. Normally lash removals take 30 mins but the botch job from the other salon took TWO hours. CeeJae worked her magic (and patience) and got it all removed. She was so friendly and sympathetic through the whole process. Honestly- she is so great. And once I recover from this crazy lash adventure I am booking my lash lift and tint with her! I also felt pressured to get a pedicure when I had only called about nails and was told they wanted to do everything at once. I was charged $50 for dip nails plus an additional $5 for trimming/cuticle work, which I agreed to at the time, but I've honestly never been charged extra for that service before. On top of that, there was also an extra fee just to use my card. By the end, paying around $56 plus tip felt pretty expensive for the overall experience and service I received. I was also very disappointed with the time it took an hour and 30 mins just for dip . I don't mind paying higher prices when the service and atmosphere match it, but this visit didn't feel welcoming or relaxing. Normally at other salons I'm at least offered water or a drink and made to feel comfortable as a customer. Unfortunately, this experience just didn't meet my expectations.
