She stated that it felt like sandpaper being rubbed one her eye... After using some eye drops at home it did not get any better. We went back to the lash studio and they informed us that they never saw this before and offered their store eye drops. Upon examining the eye drops they were almost a whole year expired.... The two ladies that were working did not offer another solutions besides going to the ER... and refused to offer us a refund. We will be fighting to get our money back to this joke of a service.
