Would rate this place 0 stars if I could... My fiance went her today to get a basic lash job done and right after the treatment her left eye was extremely irritated and very watery. She stated that it felt like sandpaper being rubbed one her eye... After using some eye drops at home it did not get any better. We went back to the lash studio and they informed us that they never saw this before and offered their store eye drops. Upon examining the eye drops they were almost a whole year expired.... The two ladies that were working did not offer another solutions besides going to the ER... and refused to offer us a refund. We will be fighting to get our money back to this joke of a service. Absolutely loooove my Lash Technician Carina!! It's been almost a year now since I've been going every 2 weeks. I always say, I'm Corina for Carina! The ladies always get a kick out of it. Carina helps me pick what size lashes would fit best on me. We've had to try different glues to see what works best for my lashes. No matter what, I leave feeling amazing! If for any reason I cannot make my appointment, I try my BEST to find another opening with her. The ladies at the reception desk always help out rescheduling my appointments if needed. Cancelled my membership in November. Couldn't do it over the phone or email so I had to go in person to sign paperwork. Was charged another 109 dollar membership fee in December and again in January after cancelling. I called the location and the receptionist only offered to email me a cancellation form since they had no copy of my paperwork. I asked to speak to a manager or have a manger call me back about a refund. The receptionist simply asked for my email and told me to have a good day and hung up on me. The stylists are a hit or miss, some are very talented. I asked for a 3D set my last time visiting and ended up getting 6D. Had to pay for the 6D. read more

Doesn't this upset you when you pay every month for service, and if you have lashes fall out the very next day, you're expected to come in within 3 days to get them fixed. I called the day after I noticed my lashes on my left eye falling out. It doesn't matter to them that it's the holidays and can't come in when THEY HAVE TIME. I called my stylists was out sick, then they call me and said she had covid. I went ahead and had someone else do them. They charged my for a refill when they only put 6 lashes in my left eye. This place is a scam. Don't go. They charge your card without telling you or even giving you the option to pay out of pocket. OH, GIRLS, NO REFUND, NO USING YOUR CREDIT FOR VOLUME. NO USING CREDIT FOR ANYTHING BUT, STANDARD LASHES. I really like my stylists, but that place is nothing I would recommend to my worst enemy. read more

**Update: Spoke with the owner, Hallie, she was very sweet and explained the delay in the tint. She also assured me that it would be rolling out and offered to bring me in when it was there to try. I was refunded 50% of my cost due to only get 50% of the services. I will be giving this process a second time when the tint rolls out. I appreciated her call and willing to make it right.** First time at this location and first time getting a lash lift. Pros: clean, friendly staff. Cons: wasn't until I was standing in the room for my service did they tell me they don't do the tinting at this location. That's part of the lash lift process, it states it on their website that's its part of the process, it's part of why I wanted the process. Disappointed I wasn't informed of this when I made the appointment I would have gone elsewhere. Can't even tell anything was done and it cost over $100.with tWon't go back. read more

The first time I went it was great my lash technician was amazing. she was one of the masters (I can't remember her name). BUT I went for a refill and they said I need a full set so they rebook me for a full set, I go in for my full set and they said they can't take me today because someone booked me for a refill and not a full set (they told me I only had to pay 20 dollars over the phone because I had a credit from not getting my refill and 10 dollars if for the constant inconvenience). So they rescheduled me and I went in for my set and when I got out and went to pay it was 70 dollars. I didn't argue with them I payed it and canceled my membership and left. I woke up this morning to a red and painful eye. Don't go here. read more

poor service! walked out with getting my lashes done. made an appointment for 1pm; I arrive by 12:50. walked in- not greeted. waited in my stylist (who was having a conversation with the front desk staff) for about ten mins. finally at 1:20, im in the room. another RUDE front desk staff came in the room to inform me they put in refill when I called for full set. I was then told I'm lucky my stylist can still see me but it would be extra cost. without even checking to see that I'm already a member, she incorrectly provided pricing. from there, i was so displeased- I left the room and cancelled my membership. gross service. do better. read more

**** update to what the manager just said to me because i can't respond* this is absolutely fucking ridiculous. i waited 4 months from my previous lash lift which is why i wanted another one. i never once spoke to the manager in person OR on the phone. i was told MANY times the manager would contact me and that still has not happened. I only talked to Taylor who again was very nice and helpful but told me there was nothing she could do and i would get a full refund. I then talked to another girl on the phone (don't remember her name) who told me that i was not able to get a refund because they spent time on me and the manager "was too busy to talk to me". the fact that i leave a review for others to see and y'all are rude to me after my horrible experience where i could have gone blind and my lashes have fallen out is absolutely bizarre. I went to Amazing Lash as soon as they opened. I was very disappointed with my lashes as they ALL literally fell off within a week, while I was on a trip. The technician that did my lashes was brand new. Now mind you, this is not my first experience with extensions! I contacted them and the manager was very nice and scheduled me for a 'do over' with a different technician. I was very pleased with that technician and decided I'd sign up for the monthly plan. I went for a refill once, and had the same technician; however, when I was leaving I was told I would have to pay an extra $20 for that technician! There was never any mention of an upcharge for her. So I guess if you want decent extensions, you have to pay extra. The normal charge is only for crappy extensions, put on by inexperienced technicians, that will fall off immediately. After arguing with her she said she would waive the extra charge for me. Last month I had an appointment for a full set with the same technician. I got there for my appointment and was told that she had an emergency and they couldn't do my lashes that day; I was leaving on a trip the next day!!! So I went on my trip without any lashes. Now, a month later, I had an appointment for tomorrow for the same technician for a full set - in preparation of a trip I'm leaving on in a few days. Well, guess what? They just called and cancelled me AGAIN!!! I told the girl that called, to cancel my contract and refund my money. She told me I'd have to come in to the shop for that. Why do I have to drive an hour r/t to cancel a contract they THEY'VE breached? As it it, I already drove there last month only to be told my appointment was cancelled. This place is absolutely horrible and I would never recommend them to anyone. read more

I was VERY VERY disappointed with the way my lashes came out. I told them I wanted them to be full and not too long and they came out the opposite. I went on a Saturday bc I was leaving for vacation on a Monday. I had several lashes come off in just two days, and by Wednesday all my lashes were gone. The lashes only lasted 5 days!!!! I complete waste of $100 and an hour and a half of my time. I will never get lash extensions again. read more

I came here to get my eyelashes done for my wedding and was paired with a brand new stylist. What was supposed to be a two hour experience, turned into a five hour experience. The lashes got tangled and she just kept adding glue. She painfully ripped the eyelashes apart for the better part of four hours. My eyes were swollen for days after. They called to try and make it right and I told them I would call back. I left a message and they never got back with me. The effort was there, but they never actually did make it right. Really frustrating as this was for my wedding. Ended up having to go somewhere else to have them fixed. I'm glad I went the week before the wedding instead of the day before or I would have had swollen eyes for my pictures. read more

I decided to give this place a try despite the bad reviews. They must have gotten new staff because the girls at the front were very friendly and super helpful! They definitely went out of their way to make sure I had a good experience. The reason I docked stars is because for starters, I was supposed to see a certain stylist and was given another with no warning. Also despite the stylist being very friendly and accommodating, she did not give me the lashes I wanted. I even showed her from another client who was there. The lashes are uneven and almost look like those very fake lash strips from certain angles. The other thing was that she applied them too close to my skin on my left eye and it BURNED. As I've had lashes done before I know there's irritation and discomfort but nothing like this. It still hurts almost like I was punched in the eye. Even blinking is painful. I know I'm not allergic to the glue as I've had them before so I know it was the application. read more
