I recently moved from San Diego, CA to Austin, TX and needed a new local eyelash artist to keep up my beauty routine. I discovered Casey and have been hooked since my first visit! I'm happy to be a regular client of hers now as she offers a completely professional experience. Each session is so comfortable and relaxing and I get compliments on my lashes all the time. I love the natural look since I'm a busy mom of toddler girls so waking up already beautiful works great for me! Thank you Casey! See you soon. read more

Casey is hands down the BEST! This was my first time visiting Casey, but not my first lash experience. I've had poor experiences in the past with previous eyelash technicians, but it's safe to say I will be returning to Casey! Casey was very welcoming and made the application process very comfortable. She listened closely to my requests and gave me the exact look I was going for! She even sent me home with an aftercare kit (including brushes, extension sealant, and eyelash cleanser) free of charge! You can tell Casey truly cares about the quality of her service, and she did an excellent job! I will be a returning client! read more

Love Casey's work. She makes it look natural. She was very understanding with my struggle with being able to hear her with her mask on (hard of hearing, I read lips) but she accommodated me. She also sent me off with instructions for aftercare. I have not had any issues with my lashes, I totally recommend. read more

This was my very first time trying eyelash extensions and I found Casey on Yelp so I decided to try her out. Turns out I made the best choice!!! She was SO nice and did such an amazing job!!! I called her on a Saturday and she was leaving already for the day but still fit me in her schedule for that day, that was very nice of her. She explained everything to me and showed me all the options I had before she started. I will definitely be going back to her!! Loved my first experience!!!! read more

I do not get eyelash extensions often but I chose to get them done recently . The owner was so kind and gentle while applying the lashes. Highly recommended read more

i love getting my lashes done with casey. i normally used silk lashes but i find that it doesn't stay on as long as the mink lashes casey used. i have thin asian lashes naturally so the silk lashes tend to weight it down. even though i don't get the same "mascara" effect but i still love the mink extension since it's a lot more light weight and look super natural. i got the 2D volume and can't wait to try out the 3D glamour next! read more

Casey walked me through my first time getting eyelash extensions. I got them for my wedding, so they were longer than I would have gotten so they would look good in photos. The great thing is that they didn't look exaggerated. I felt very comfortable with her and highly recommend her services. She also does waxing, so I'll go her for that. I'm probably going to continue with some shorter lashes because I'm addicted. read more

Casey is awesome!! I've been trying to get lash extensions for MONTHS but in all the research I did, I wasn't impressed enough to commit to any other lash studios on Austin. Luckily, one of my girl friends recommended Casey to me. Having had lashes that I loved before, I was eager to get the same look I once had. Because I didn't have a recollection of the specifics of my previous lashes, Casey was extremely patient about explaining my options and helped me pick the exact type of extensions that I wanted. She did an amazing job-people won't stop complimenting me. Casey clearly cares about doing a high quality job and earning customer loyalty. She's also very quick! My whole appointment only took an hour and a half and that includes all the chit chatting we did before, after and during my extensions. Finally, Casey was super easy to contact and very quick to set up an appointment. On a Saturday!!! She's seriously the best + you'll love your lashes:) read more

Just moved to central Texas from out of state and needed to find a salon that does eyelash extensions. Casey was super quick at responding and fit me in right away. Since my lashes were done elsewhere, she removed them free of charge and place a new set. She asked many questions about what I do and if I wear glasses to make sure I get the appropriate length. Best deal on lashes that I've seen yet in two different states. She did a great job! Per usual, I fell asleep during the session so it obviously didn't bother me that much. Afterwards, she sent me an aftercare instructions and gave me a lash wand for maintenance. Overall, good experience, will be returning for my fills! read more

Casey is amazing. She's Very kind and considerate. she explains everything thoroughly and has a very light touch I would highly recommend her to anyone ! read more

I have been getting the 2D faux mink lashes from Casey for a few months now. She is very fast, and I am obsessed with the look they have created. It's dramatic without looking fake. I get compliments every day! I was nervous about them falling out too quickly, therefore making it a waste of money, but honestly my lashes still look really good when I go in for refills - they're just obviously not quite as full as they will be after a refill. Casey really is the sweetest person, and I love how easy it is to book an appointment with her. She's very responsive to text messages, so there is absolutely no hassle. I would absolutely recommend Lashes by Casey! read more

Casey is great and does fabulous lashes. I highly recommend seeing her if you are in the Killeen area.

I am glad I went to yelp again to read reviews because I was feeling apprehensive in going back to her. I got my 2D 2 weeks ago when the lashes started falling off soon. No, I do not wear make up since that is the reason why I wanted eyelash extensions as I do not have time to attend to those things on a daily basis. She was accommodating in getting me in even after work hours so I was thankful for that but I was done in less than an hour when I chose a 2D! Mind you this is what is advertised as full set. Well, since I'm a newbie like I've mentioned, I just brushed it off and I didn't make it as a big deal. Moreover, I kind of felt like the inner corner of my eyes were so bare and yet again I didnt make it as a big deal. Until less than 2 weeks in, they were falling off. I followed all the after care as of course who would not when it is like an investment that you wanted to take care of. I made an appointment for the refill and I'm glad I went here to see updated reviews and bam! my apprehension was validated. I do not mind paying but for quality work. Honestly, I feel like I was deceived. I scouted for different lash salons and compared the time frame a full set should be accomplished, and that one hour appointment is only for refills when with her , it is a full set application! Yet and again another validation of a dishonest service. read more

I went here expecting to love the results. In fairness, I do have some sparse lashes, but was told by others that when they have a good glue it wouldn't be a problem. In fact, I had been to a great place in the Domain who did made them look lovely, but that was too far for me to go. When I first went here she said I should only have the single classic lashes, as the double ones would break my own lashes and wouldn't last. I was told they would actually look thicker than the double. However, they didn't, and I was told that they would start looking better as mine grew out more. They never did look any different, and although she did a good job, I was frustrated that they started falling off very quickly, in spite of how careful I was, and asked her about that. She again said I had "baby" lashes and it was the best she could do. She said I should look elsewhere for someone with better glue. Since I really didn't want to do that and had an event coming up, I asked her if she could do an extra special job for that event. When she was done, I noticed a few areas that seemed empty without lash extensions, but I could see my own, although short, lashes. I went back in and said that it seemed to look unbalanced and could she fill in where there were spaces. She said no, that was all she could do. They began falling off as quickly (within a few days) as usual. When I returned from out of town I made an appointment for a refill, which she confirmed. Then, while I was out to dinner, I got a text from her saying she wouldn't see me again because she thought I was not happy with her work. I told her I wouldn't have made another appointment if I wanted to go elsewhere, but she refused. So, if you go here, you should make sure you never ever are at all disappointed in her work (and certainly don't say so), or she will refuse to see you again. Fortunately, I was able to make an appointment elsewhere, even with this very short notice. read more

These lashes are amazing! After relocating from California I was worried I would not find as good quality for a good price in this area. After going to Casey I am so happy with my decision and trying her!! She is very professional and uses top quality products. The lashes are never clumpy or have too much glue and they LAST! After my first fill I love them even more as they start to get more volume. I have been getting extensions for over 2 years now and have had my fair share of bad experiences. She is wonderful!! read more

Just finished my first lash appointment with Casey, and I am so happy with my lashes! She has a very gentle touch, you don't even feel her doing them. She works quickly, but efficiently, you can tell she is very skilled and knows exactly what she's doing! Greatest lash experience I've ever had. My lashes look AMAZING! She did not skimp and she did not rush me even as I was her last appointment on a Saturday. The woman before me was a first timer who was raving about the lashes she got and I left raving just the same. Casey does an amazing job and I'd highly recommend her to anyone. She recommended both the perfect length and curl, as I wear glasses from time to time and they don't hit my lenses at all and still look flirty and fun. Go see Casey, you won't be disappointed. read more

I wanted to wait three weeks before I gave my review. A friend referred me to Casey and she is the best. I got the 2d lashes as she recommended and I have received so many compliments. She advised me to be cautious of oil based product on my skin and the Texas summer heat. I did so and my lashes are still in tack. My last lash lady I was going every two weeks and this is week three for this set she put on me and there still going strong. I will be returning and thanks Casey if you read your Yelp reviews read more

Our family recently relocated to Killeen from Seattle, WA. For the past 1.5 years, I have been going to the same lash person in Seattle. One of my biggest concern was being able to find a replacement here in Killeen. I found Linh by browsing the web. I called her and she called me back almost right away. I went in for my appointment today, where she introduced me to mink lashes. These lashes are very light weight and they look very natural and very pretty. I was able to get a manicure and pedicure with the same visit. Linh and her sister were both very nice. The salon is located in a brand new business establishment. All equipment are new and very nice. They do not reuse their products at all. Everything is new and once used on a client, they toss it. I've already scheduled my next appointment with Linh. I had an awesome and relaxing experience at the salon this morning. I highly recommend LC Nails & Spa for those looking for nails, waxing or eyelash extensions around the area. read more
