I'm a busy person and they're very accommodating and always willing to work with my schedule which many other places won't. Anna was so sweet and came in on Sunday just to do my facial because it was the only day that worked for me! Look no further when it comes to skin care because they offer everything from laser and facials to injectables all at very reasonable pricing. They say you get what you pay for however here you get more than what you pay for. Their prices are very competitive for the high quality of services they provide. I'm very satisfied with my results and will be back for more. I've also recommended this place to everyone I know because it's simply awesome. Thank you Anna!

Sometimes I wish I lived in LA so I could experience one of her amazing facials I've heard about. Since this was an out of town wedding (I live in Arizona and we were having the wedding in Southern California), I wasn't able to meet with Marlu before hand to talk about what I wanted or to do a trial run. I provided her with pictures of the type of look I wanted and they were able to execute it perfectly! This isn't to say that you should have a trial run, I'm sure it would have made things easier for Marlu walking in if we had done one. However my point is that Marlu has the ability to recreate what YOUR looking for. They were able to achieve a natural look with my makeup and my hair was perfect! I wish I could post a picture here of the final results so you could see the amazing work they did. My mom's hair came out amazing as well! She was so excited to be pampered for a bit by Marlu and her team. They also did a great job with my bridesmaids. They all wanted a similar look, down with loose curls and they all had very different hair types. They did a great job working with each person to achieve a uniform look. Marlu is simply amazing and has my highest recommendation!

You can't spell MARVELOUS without Marlu!! :)…read more Everyone's skin has "issues" but in my case it was time for a crisis intervention, LOL. I am so thankful I found Marlu. After keeping regular appointments over the past few months, I have seen a significant improvement in my skin. She is very thorough, yet gentle with her skin treatments. It's also great to work with her because she understands the variety of issues that occur with different skin types (hyperpigmentation, oiliness, dehydration, etc). Marlu is pleasant, flexible with scheduling, and very encouraging. It's easy for anyone to feel self conscious about their skin, but Marlu's friendly personality allows me to let me guard down. Every time I get a facial I see an immediate difference the next morning. It's exciting and a relief to see the transformation! In addition, she is great about keeping a clean space and making sure her clients are comfortable. She's worth every penny and I can't wait for my next facial!

I was trying to decide whether I would do the whole Brazilian or limit the pain with a bikini wax. I decided to just do the whole thing with Michelle's recommendation! I was shocked at how much less it hurt than I was expecting! This girl knows what she's doing! Can't speak her praises enough! The room is very clean and comfortable and she is so friendly and sweet that you instantly feel comfortable and safe! She also talks to you which totally takes your mind off the waxing which definitely helps! Now I'm feeling bald and beautiful! Haha

Also, I've come to love this place because I've gone to its competitor down the street, InStyle Nails, and yeah, they have the free baby water bottles (which you don't always get) and the place is decked out in hot pink walls, but the quality of their work isn't that great (sorry to say).

She cancelled the appointment last minute saying she forgot she promised to do something for her friend. But she apologized and offered $20 off to reschedule. Then today, 40 minutes before our appointment she texts and says she got into a car accident so she needs to cancel. If it was her first time cancelling I would believe her, but since it's a pattern I told her I don't believe her since it's not the first time she's cancelled on me. She has no concept of respecting that other people also have a life and she should be grateful for business. Not just blow off potential clients.
