I really wanted to love this place. I decided to give it a try because of all the positive reviews…read moreand Instagram reels I had been seeing, and I went in with high expectations. I will say that the salon itself was very clean, organized, and welcoming. The seating was extremely comfortable, and my lash tech was courteous and attentive. She even offered me a drink, which I thought was a nice touch. Overall, the atmosphere and customer service were pleasant. During my appointment, the lash tech mentioned that my natural lashes were thin and offered to sell me a lash serum. I completely understand that my lashes are thin--that is actually one of the main reasons I get lash extensions in the first place. However, what caught me off guard was when she told me, "Your lashes are very thin, and I don't think I can do lash extensions next time." I have been getting lash extensions for the past 20 years and, in all that time, I have never been told by a lash technician that I would no longer be able to get extensions simply because my natural lashes were thin. I understand that lash health is important and that a technician may have concerns about the condition of someone's natural lashes, but the way this was presented left me feeling discouraged and confused. Perhaps there was a genuine concern about the health of my lashes, and if so, I would have appreciated a more thorough explanation and guidance about what specifically she was seeing and why she felt extensions might not be appropriate going forward. Instead, the comment felt a little surprising, especially after being offered a lash serum because of the thinness of my lashes. Overall, the salon was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and the lash tech was very courteous. I truly wanted this experience to be a great one, which is why I was disappointed that I left feeling uncertain about returning. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, because the salon has many positive qualities--I just think better communication and explanation regarding concerns about a client's natural lashes would make the experience much better.

I'm sharing my experience to help others make an informed decision…read more The technician was kind and welcoming at the start of my appointment. After applying the lifting solution, she left the room for much of the processing time, which differed from my previous lash lift experiences where the technician typically stays in the room to monitor the lashes. When she returned, she let me know that the lift did not take at all and showed me with a mirror. I initially thought she was joking, as I've had multiple lash lifts before and have never had this happen. My lashes are naturally very straight, yet there was no visible lift. She also mentioned afterward that she had concerns my lashes might not take when she first saw them. I feel that if there was uncertainty about my lash type or likelihood of success, that conversation should have happened before starting the service so expectations were clear. The treatment table was uncomfortable, and the room was not very relaxing. There was noticeable noise from outside, and no music or calming atmosphere, which took away from the overall experience. While she remained polite throughout, the result and overall experience did not meet my expectations.
