I stayed in the waiting room with my younger daughter, trusting they'd follow what we agreed to. Instead, the dentist extracted 8 teeth without my consent, asking my son--a child--if he wanted "all of them out." He thought they meant the 4 we discussed. My son was traumatized and in serious pain, and I was charged for all 8 extractions. This was a complete violation of trust and parental rights. We will never return. Parents, be warned.

They billed the insurance over $400 for this and told me he needed four fillings. When I got there with him for the fillings, they told me that my insurance only covers $1000 a year so my out of pocket expense would be over $500. When I asked why they did not call me about this before the appointment, they said that they are sorry, they should have. Had me coming back and forth for two years acting like it was working and paying once a month for follow ups. Went to another ortho who said it should have shown results within 4 weeks! Said device was broken and to go back to Dr. Jin to remove it. He refused and said that it was "speculation" that it was broken. When I demanded an answer about whether or not there should have been results after just weeks, he admitted that was true. When I demanded to know why they would knowingly keep this broken unit in his mouth if no progress was being made he said he couldn't answer that. Refused to remove the broken expander unless I signed a waiver releasing him of any liability. I have just filed a law suit for the cost of the pallet expander as well as all of the unnecessary appointments. SCAMMERS
