He suggested Aleve (I just said that quit being effective months ago). In addition the appt was a week out. The staff provided no options nor connection to speak further to the dentist. One star is more than they deserve for the horrific experience. Quality of Care is poor, office experience is horrible. The lady at the front desk admitted they don't care about reviews. Dr Saoud failed to diagnose the cause of significant jaw pain I was having and dismissed my concern entirely. After seeing another dentist I was diagnosed with a severe wisdom tooth issue requiring oral surgery. They also attempt to "sell" services during your exam typically included in an exam by every other dentist I've seen. Once I questioned the receptionist about a billing issue and told her I had to go through this after every visit. She then told me I should consider going somewhere else. I went to this office because they accepted my insurance but you get what you pay for. They make up the difference by selling treatments and services that aren't necessary. There are many other qualified dentists in the area. Do yourself a favor and find one.

After a…read morepandemic pause, I needed a cleaning, three fillings and a crown for a tooth that had fractured. (I carried the chip around with me for a while, it was that big.) First, Adriana did a painless cleaning, and Lisa diagnosed what had to be done. She estimated 2 hours and 20 minutes, which made me a little nervous when I returned a few weeks later. NEVERTHELESS all went very well. Fabricating the crown, in house, used some pretty amazing technology, including a camera that showed the contours of the existing teeth, which Lisa touched up to ensure the gaps were not too large, and not too small. It was like David Hockney painting on his iPad. Then some kind of 3D printer made the crown, and it fitted perfectly. While the crown was being made, all three fillings were done, almost painlessly. (Lisa added a second jab when my lip didn't lose sensation properly.) All was completed in less than 2 hours! And, I had no complaints about anyone at the front desk!!! My wife, son, daughter in law and grandson all patronize Rangel Dental, and despite moving to PA we think it well worth driving back to Morristown. Wow--five stars all the way!…read more I had a painful infection flare-up right before leaving for Music Camp in Maine, and Dr. Cannilla's office came to my rescue. The friendly receptionists went above and beyond to squeeze me in for an X-ray and exam on short notice. The good doctor carefully cleaned out the problem, prescribed an antibiotic and a mouth rinse, and immediately gave me relief. Thanks to his skill and compassion, I can now relax and focus on practicing my saxophone scales instead of worrying about tooth pain! What really stood out was how attentive and caring everyone was--from the front desk to the exam chair. It reminded me that when I come in for a routine cleaning, if I have to wait a few extra minutes, I'll remember it's because someone else might be in pain, and that compassion is exactly what makes this office so special. They say this is the estimated charge .They're waiting for $500 from my insurance company to give me $500 back. It makes absolutely no sense. I am perplexed by this process. I don't think I would use this doctor again because of the billing department.
