The stylists here are good, which is why I've stuck around for so long, but unfortunately, the front desk staff has completely ruined my experience. Instead of being treated with the respect and appreciation I've come to expect as a paying customer, I was met with nothing but hostility. From the moment I walked in, I felt more like an inconvenience than a valued client. When I asked a simple question about my appointment, I was met with an antagonistic attitude--sharp, dismissive responses that made me feel as though I was a bother for simply trying to resolve an issue. The front desk staff showed no interest in helping, and instead seemed to take offense to my inquiries. It was honestly shocking. I was made to feel unwelcome, as if my concerns didn't matter, and it left me completely frustrated. I get that things can get busy, but there's no excuse for treating customers this way. I've spent a lot of money here, and I've been a loyal customer for years--but these several last experiences has shown me that loyalty means nothing when you're treated with such disregard. The stylists may still be great, but if the front desk continues to treat customers like they're a nuisance, they won't be around much longer. It's a shame, because I've always enjoyed the services, but the last several experiences have completely soured my opinion. A few lashes fell out immediately, but I didn't mind (I believed this was normal). Little did I know this was the beginning of a tragedy...over the next few day my lashes continued to fall out. By day 7, I only had a few left and scheduled another appointment. My next appointment was with Jocelyn (the owner). When I walked in she exclaimed "dang girl, your lashes are struggling". I let her know about my experience..she proceeded to tell me "there may be something wrong with your pH" (btw, I'm a doctor. This is complete BS). Jocelyn applied my lashes, and again, they were gorgeous! However, within 72hrs my lashes were completely gone. They would fall out mid-conversation. One day, I gave my boyfriend a hug and when he stepped back...he had multiple lashes on shirt...HOW EMBARRASSING?! Their Instagram posts are terribly misleading because: yes, they look good when you first get them done, but, they don't last longer than 5 days (so what's the point?)
