At the end she warned me that about 5 lashes would fall per day since that is how many lashes fall off usually. I've gotten lash extentions before from other salons and I have never felt so bald. Even before it hit the one week mark I only had maybe like 15-20 lash extentions left. I thought oh maybe because I went to vegas the heat melted off the glue, but when i went it was colder than NJ in the 60s. So really I can't even try to find an excuse for them. I was looking forward to coming back and getting them refilled but at this point I am going to have to spend money on full set Update: The manager reached out to me and gave me a complementary full set. I love the way it turned out and it's been almost a week and my lashes haven't fallen out too much. It still looks c beautiful and people has been complementing how good it looks. I loved the girls upfront and the manager who reached out to me was very polite and answered every questions I had. I would definitely go back. She explained the procedure and asked what type of look I was trying to achieve (by showing example photos). I have been going there for the past 8 months. I booked an appointment last Friday to have EXTREME eyelash extensions put on. I asked the receptionist Caroline if they used Extreme brand because I have done my research and I know this brand will only sell their products to Extreme trained technicians. Lily's day spa DOES NOT use EXTREME brand products. The woman assured me they do use EXTREME brand products. When I got to my appointment there were 2 Asian non English speaking women there. The woman who was my technician did not understand what I was saying so she called a person on the phone to ask me what look I was looking for. Again I explained that I wanted only the EXTREME brand, and described the look I wanted. I should have walked out the door right then and there. I laid on the table and the "technician" proceeded to tape my eyelids open. which was uncomfortable. Then for the next 2 hours proceeded to jam the very painful eyelashes into my eyes. At first I thought this was simply part of the procedure but by the time she got to the second eye the pain became increasingly worse. I was afraid to get up because at that point I just wanted to her to finish and leave. To my surprise when she was done putting me through hell, it didn't even look like I had any eyelashes put on at all. I immediately left and called the woman who I made this appointment with and she said she was very sorry and that the owner would contact me. The following day I went to a real EXTREME brand technician where she showed me the fake lashes she put on, and also told me that it was so painful because instead of gluing the lashes to my real lashes she glued it to my lids. OUCH is right. Needless to say I was pissed and went right back to the Salon but, they were closed. Yes closed on a Saturday afternoon. I called first thing Monday and insisted on getting a refund. Not only for the amount but I wanted my tip back as well. The owner LILY called me back and refused to give me my money back because I had a groupon. She claimed Groupon needed to give me my money back. I called her today to check on it and yet again she blew me off. I spoke to Caroline again and she said I just needed to wait for Groupon. I told her that I refuse to wait. It is not the money because it is only $80 it is the principal. About an hour later LILY'S attorney "Mark McClade" called me to tell me that I needed to stop harassing LILY and to wait for groupon. So as promised I told the Attorney that I will just let everyone I know to NEVER EVER GO TO LILYS DAY SPA! HORRIBLE ALL ACROSS THE BOARD..... .. Posts About LILy Day Spa
