I never write reviews but I've been giving so much money to this place and the lashes fall out the next day bc they are improperly done but they'll tell you it's your natural retention etc and make you buy all of their products and the same thing still happens. They mislead you to believe their pricing is saving you money when they will add additional fees any chance you get so the maintenance membership they have isn't even worth it bc they make you pay the price of a full set almost everytime. The workers are sweet but if anything happens to your lashes they cannot do anything out of courtesy so I highly dont recommend unless you're trying to blow $400 a month on refills read more

Paulina had suggested me to come here, and when I did the ladies at the front desk were very polite, and helpful. This one girl (kind of looks like kylie jenner lol) explained to me the process, what I should do before (wash your eyelashes before the service! they provide eyelash foam cleanser), and then the eyelash specialist will bring you to a room to do your services. My lash techs name was Kelly. I had asked her for the gorgeous lash look, but I was quite disappointend in the results because it looked very minimal. I thought that it was supposed to be fuller, and thicker but it looked like barely anything was put on. I understand that she was training. She still did a good job, and made me feel comfortable but regardless, I was still disappointed. I came back the following monday to add more lashes, and had gotten Brittany. I asked for the 30 minute fill in, and she did a great job. She was quick with putting the lashes on and I fell asleep quickly while she did my lashes. Overall, I enjoyed my stay BOTH times and will be returning very soon! read more

Disloyal to members; if you have an issue with premature fall out, this studio will not honor a corrective session as others will (my lashes started falling out less than 5 days after my appointment) I've been a member at least 3 years. They don't care about honoring their members. You can save some money and get better quality of service else where. read more

Shortly after my review, the studio director Juliana gave me a call, gave me her sincerest apology regarding my pervious service. She was extremely understanding and offered me a complimentary refill. This visit was great compared to the last, the lash tech took her time, and made sure it was exactly what I wanted. Got my refill on June 22nd and I've yet to loose any lashes. I must admit their customer service was beyond my expectation. So I decided to do an updated review. This was my first time getting lashes, so I was not sure what to expect as far as pain. As you can see my eyes did not take it well. I have read there is a typically a glue reaction, but the entire time my one eye was in pain because the tape was rubbing it. Again first time, so I didn't want to complain too much and thought it could have been the glue until the redness came and stayed. I am leaving for my honey moon in 2 days, really hoping this will go away soon. My person was nice and I like the lashes, but I am currently on day 3 with red eyes. Also, I took the appt for the first time promotion of 79.99 and at first I was being charged for regular cost until I said something, she all of a sudden remembered about the deal going on, but then it was brought to my attention there is an additional cost of 20 dollars because i was with a master stylist, and trying to set me up with future packages and more costs. it just made me have a bad taste in my mouth because it felt like they would keep adding costs if they could. This was my first experience and I didn't even get a chance to know if I even liked them yet, it would just feel better if costs were brought to my attention from the start and not being bombarded with other subscriptions, especially when come to find out I would have a bad reaction. I know this is an expensive up keep but I don't like feeling tricked or overwhelmed with packages, after all that i didn't even get a styling wand to bring home. read more

I am not one to ever review a place, but I specifically downloaded yelp for this. I went to get my lashes done about two weeks ago, super excited because I usually do them myself. However, this was a horrible experience for me and my bank account. I scheduled an introductory offer, as well "volume" added. The price didn't add up, the offer says $89.99 plus volume which is an extra $65. (No volume was even VISIBLE) I was charged $195. I showed my stylists ,Holly, a picture of what I wanted, which was pointless since my final product looked absolutely NOTHING like I showed her. I do have sparse eyelashes so I was willing to spend the extra money to add some more volume, also not the case. If the picture I showed my stylist was not possible, you should tell your client! Many clusters also began falling out immediately after, so I had to add my own so I didn't look ridiculous. This was a complete waste of money and time, I do a better job doing my own lashes for free! I definitely recommend you save your money and find somewhere else to get your lashes done! read more
