The people were very nice but when we walked in there, the cost was supposed to be $90 for these lashes and in the end they ended up being $174. My girlfriend wasn't sure what they were talking about when they offered a G6 lash upgrade. They knew I was the one who was paying and they never even consulted me on what they were doing. I understand they're always trying to upsell but they should've let me know they were putting more money on my card then originally agreed to... overall a disappointing experience I'm sorry to say. Amazing Lash Studio is one of the cleanest, friendliest places ever! It was $79.99 for first timers and then you can join the membership of $59.99 to get discount on their products and a cheaper fee to get fill ins. They make you wash your eyes with their special foam soap in the bathroom before getting your lashes done which isn't something most eyelash places do (atleast Asian ones). I liked this part though because they value sanitation. Then you go into a private room, Cari who was my stylist did an incredible job and we talked the entire time which made time go by faster. Since you're laying there with your eyes closed it could get boring but Cari was so sweet and easy to talk to! They use about 90-120 lashes depending on what style you're getting (I got gorgeous) and what suits your eye size/shape the best. I left without any pain or discomfort from the adhesive and the lashes feel and look AMAZING! read more

Amazing Lash Studio??? No. AMAZING place for RIPPING People off. I have had lash extension for years, and the girl I would go to moved to California, thus I was looking for a new place. Called this AMAZING place to make an appointment, receptionist told me it's $149 full set 6D for nonmembers, Okay. I came to the place with the picture of lashes I would like to get. The girl, Holly, looking at the picture said it would cost me $210, because it looks like Mega set, and she would use the handmade strays. Hmmm, Well, let's try. When it comes to pay, this is where things get interesting. The girl at the front started to force me to open a membership and when I said I don't want it, she said well, then your total is $360. She couldn't even clearly explain what is the $360 for. Have to call the owner, she either had no explanation for the pricing. They are liars, deceive people for a living. By the way, the lash set I got at this place was just Ok, far away from what I wanted, however, Not Bad. read more

I have been going to this Amazing lash Studio location for a few months now. Prior to this location I had been to one other and it couldn't hold a candle to this one!!! I am always greeted with a warm smile from deann and she is always so personable and considerate. My husband and 8 yr old daughter come with me often and Deanne always treats them so warmly...Sydney was there for the last visit and she was so sweet as well!!! Lastly, my technician Jocelyn really takes her time and knows exactly what to do like a true professional!!! She is always so punctual and precise and I adore the way she treats me. If i can't accomodate my schedule with either of theirs, I've often seen other stylists and so far all have been great. I was a client at this location since May. I always had a pleasant experience until I had a death in my family. I had to cancel my appointment because my uncle passed and did not reschedule at the time due to the circumstances. So here what happened, I like to see Hailey because she does my lashes just the way I like. I've seen Natalie before and she was great. The issue started because I wanted to reschedule my appointment with Hailey and each day I requested, five different days, she was completely booked (she is amazing). So I then ask for Natalie, she was on vacation, cool. So I ask to speak with the manager Juliana, who called me back 5 days later to basically scold me for requesting certain stylists( the monthly membership is $70) I should be able to request who I want and some how be accommodated. Oh did I mention, I've gone to others in the past, who did not do a good job and I had to go back to have them corrected ( I don't have time to run back and fourth) I just want them done right the first time around. So back to the manager Juliana, she would not allow me to speak and kept talking over me. She had a tone of indifference when speaking to me. So I'll admit, I got upset and said I would cancel my membership, her response was ok. Not try and keep me as a client, just cancel my membership. Not a good client experience at all. I will never return to that place again!!!!!! Im truly appalled at the way my situation was handled. read more

As a new patron who is new to this type of service, I was very nervous. I called ahead and the associates were very well educated and clear on their expectations of me as a customer and the options of eyelash styles they provide. I came in with a clear understanding of the procedure from the get go. Associates direct you to wash your eyelashes and face prior to service. I thought it was great they were so concerned with making sure the lashes were ready. My stylist was Kayleighy (sorry if i butchered her name!) she again explained the process and we reviewed my options and she made her professional suggestion. It was quicker than what I expected and surprisingly relaxing. I was surprised by the results as someone who has never got this type of service done. My stylist was able to answer ALL of my questions and was very clear on aftercare. Everyone I encountered was very educated on before care/after care. The studio was very clean. Pricing is certainly competitive to other salons. I certainly recommend coming here. read more

I've had three appointments here. Let me start out by saying the lashes always come out beautiful and all the staff, especially the manager, are professional and very nice. However, the lashes just don't last. My first appointment they were falling out within three days. My eyes were completely lopsided which is much worse than not having faux lashes at all. They are very accommodating. They offered to do a free touch-up. The touch-up didn't last very long either but it was better than the first experience. At the end of that week, the manager suggested a new full set since I hardly had any lashes left. I got another full set. This one lasted longer, about a week and a half. But the fact is my next refill appointment is still 2 days away from today and by now I have nothing left. The worst part is my real lashes are barely there now. I'm not sure if they cut them prior to application or if the weight of the false lashes has caused them to break off. But at this point as beautiful as the lashes look when you first leave, it just isn't worth it. After the expense, the upkeep, them never being even, and most importantly the fact that my real lashes are much shorter than they originally were I wouldn't recommend getting false lashes here or anywhere else. read more
