As always I give Melissa complete creative control with my lashes. Classic, hybrid and now volume. I've received endless compliments and from men. Crazy right? That's when you know that you've found the very best Lash Doctor in the entire state when the guys are wowed. When you first walk in, the foyer is straight up gorgeous and of course they offer a sink with makeup remover to wash your make up off so high fives to that. The studio boutiquey establishment is very clean and hygienic. Just a beautiful place with gorgeous mirrors and a crazy comfortable bed that actually heats up so you can nap comfortably while getting your lashes done. My eyelashes look amazing! My most recent style is the volume set. The glamour set if you will and I don't have a personal favorite. Every style I've had was perfect and lasts. Eyephrodisiac uses the best of everything. I mean if you're going to spend the same amount elsewhere, you might as well get the, "dope shhh**" right? As far as the negative review on here, that's insane to me. Perhaps that person used a new facial cleanser or something oily and not lash friendly? Whatever the issue was just give Eyephrodesiac a visit. You won't regret it. My first clue should've been at my trial which took place at her home. After being in her home for 5 minutes she insulted me twice. I was wearing a cute eras tour tee which is primarily white (and my favorite cozy tshirt) and she made me take it off and change because it wasn't "white" which at first didn't bother me until she verbatim said that she doesn't like her because she's a "libtard" and after I told her I was also a "libtard" she rubbed my shoulder and said "oh im sorry hunny" as if she was more sorry that I was a liberal and not because she had blatantly insulted me. She also talked a lot of politics and how famous people worship the devil, im not sure why we had this discussion, I was there to get my hair and makeup done. I understand I could've told her in that moment that I was uncomfortable but I am shy and awkward and had already put in my file on her website to avoid talking all politics around my family day of wedding, so not sure where the idea came from that I'd be interested in discussing that during my Trial. Extremely unprofessional. Believe it or not that wasn't the last straw. I continued to work with her as I did like the way she did my hair and makeup and I could email her again letting her know that politics was not to be discussed at all closer to the wedding.... WELL November 9th she sends me some questions she needs answered and said she was sending me a schedule for my day of so I could have myself and my bridesmaids ready for her in the hotel suite. She didn't send it but I answered all her questions in a timely manner. A week later I reach out and ask for the schedule and how much I owe her so I could get that payment complete. She said she would send it the next morning because she was doing a wedding and it was a hectic weekend. Understandable because November weddings in AZ are extremely popular. So I gave her grace, but 4 days go by and now its Monday and my wedding is 5 days away. I again ask for the schedule because I need to let my girls know AND ITS FIVE DAYS TILL MY WEDDING, why dont I already have it. She said "sorry hunny busy wedding weekend, getting dinner tonight and meeting a client and will get it to you tomorrow" I felt completely blown off and not important to her as a client. I decided to tell her that I was very upset and hurt and stressed out at the fact that she wasn't getting this done yet. 4 days before a wedding is crazy to get your schedule in my opinion. She didn't respond so I decided to look over the contract to terminate it. I was very understanding that she got to keep the deposit so i didnt argue. Just told her that i needed someone who could accomadate my needs and that i found that. Again, no response that day or night. The new artist i found that night got me a schedule and what we owed her in an hour of talking to her on the phone....five days from my wedding. So why couldnt leah accomadate that? The next morning i wake up to the schedule leah had said she would send over november 9th, on november 18th....and a following email begging me to not cancel, that she has a lot going on and things got in her way and, that i should understand that. I completely understand that we all struggle or go through hard times but when i go to work and im hurting or upset i dont blow off my guests or ignore them and tell them "oh sorry im having a bad week." Its extremely unprofessional. I just think someone whose been in this industry should know november weddings are hectic, plan accordingly.

The rest of her application materials are also top quality. I was initially afraid of switching from daily strip lashes but it's great that I don't need to apply them or mascara every day. The other thing that is awesome about her beauty services is her appointment booking. Easy and straightforward it allows me to book several weeks in advance so if I have a special event coming up I can manipulate the days I pick for my services! She is also always on time which is great!! 100% recommend Dream Spa for a wonderful way to pamper yourself with a special service!

I get compliments all the time where I get my lashes done. Not only does she do lashes really good but they last so much longer than anywhere else I've gone. When I got my lashes done before Dream Spa they would start falling off after a week or so but with Shannon I can go almost 3 weeks until my next full which is amazing since she gets so booked up. Definitely recommend booking early for your fill to keep your lashes almost looking flyy!
