Got my lashes done for the first time a few months ago at a different business. From the moment they were done, they drove me crazy. By the time a couple weeks had gone by, I was doing everything I could to get them all to come off because they were so uncomfortable. I couldn't understand how people did this regularly. Reluctantly gave it another chance by letting Anna do a classic set. First off, the studio was nice and the process of getting them done was nice and relaxing. When they were done, I couldn't even feel them. (wait, this is how it SHOULD be?!) I forget I have them until someone comments on them (all compliments!) or I have to double take at myself in the mirror (LOL). She did an awesome job and even my closest family thought they were my natural lashes! Fast forward, and I'm going on the 4 week mark and they still look full. Superb service. Unbelievably beautiful lashes & brow waxing! I've been getting my lashes done by Karen and her staff since January, over eight months. I generally go every three weeks but I've waited until a month before to get them filled. My lashes always look beautiful, full and last many weeks. I've had to reschedule my appointments many times due to work schedule or vacations and they have been more than accommodating. They always fit me in and even come at times/days they don't normally work on! VERY ACCOMMODATING. This place is wonderfully, nice and kind people. Briana is amazing. Love the lip treatments after my lash appointment. Walking in here feels very relaxing and it smells really good. The front desk always offers me mimosas, wine or water. I also found out I can get facial, waxing and tanning. This place has it all for beauty. Sucks to say but, buyer beware. The studio is clean and cute, they offer wine when you check in, and the girls who work there are nice, but obviously I'm extremely unhappy with my service. 80% of my lashes fell off within 3 days. I've been getting lashes for years (faithful to my lash girl in Chicago, recently relocated) so I know how to care for them- I don't rub my eyes, get them wet for 24 hours after application, sleep on my face, use oil based products, hell I don't even wear eye makeup. I treated these lashes even BETTER by purchasing the "sealant" kit they recommend (scam alert)... and they still all fell off almost immediately. I called to see how we could remedy the situation and they offered to do a "consultation" (again, I know how to care for lashes, this wasn't my fault) and to apply as many lashes as they could in 30 minutes, but if I wanted any more I would have to pay full price for a fill. If you've had your lashes done, you know 30 min= about 25% of your lashes. What's more, I couldn't have any sort of refund for the $40 of product that I used once and is now going in the trash. 200 bucks down the drain, literally. I don't care what industry you're in, or what wavier I signed (hint, if they make you sign a waiver detailing their strict no refund policy, that says they've had this problem many times before) this is bad business. I don't know what to make of the many 5 star reviews for this place. I told my old lash artist about it and she knows a few girls who offer discounted lashes for good reviews, so maybe it's that? I also didn't have Cat or Lechell who people rave about on here, so maybe my technician was just less experienced? Any way you split it, I had a bad service and an even worse customer service experience. You'd better hope you're one of the lucky ones. read more

This is my second time coming here, the front staff is more than accommodating. Besides the nice touch of mimosas before your appointment, the ambience is warm and inviting. They have comfortable chairs and relaxing music. My lashes! Love them. The quality of the products , the light weight lashes and glue , is exactly what I want. I've been getting lash extensions for about three years now - the first two and a half years I saw an esthetician I had been seeing for facials for quite some time and she did a fantastic job. When she decided to change careers, I started seeing one of her coworkers, but the quality and experience were not great. I decided to give Lash Blvd a shot based on the ratings on Google, Yelp, etc. Firstly, the customer service is wonderful. The consultation was very thorough. I was asked what my preferences were for length, color, amount of curl and style. It was more comprehensive than anything I've been asked in the past and was quite nice. Secondly, the service itself was completely painless and relaxing. The chairs at Lash Blvd are like the kind you would find in a dentist's office and they provide blankets if you're feeling chilly. They certainly make it as comfortable as possible. Thirdly, the pricing is reasonable. It's not the cheapest, but it's also not the most expensive I've seen. For what you get - a qualified professional, a lovely setting, great customer service - I think the price is more than fair. I did buy the lash care kit they sell when I got the full set. I use the lash cleanser and brushes, but I haven't been great about using the sealant. I'm not sure I've really needed it and it stung my eyes a little the first time I used it which made me nervous. I've been twice now - once for a consultation and full set and two weeks later for a fill. I went to San Francisco after my full set and fully expected to lose more lashes than usual due to the change in humidity, but they stayed strong. So far, I can say that I've had no problems at all and I have received a ton of compliments. I saw Brianna and am thrilled with her work. I highly recommend this place! read more

I will not be ordering lash supplies from here anymore. They sent me the wrong order and gave a terrible return/ exchange policy. Charging me for shipping to return when they are the ones who sent the wrong product. I told them I would be taking my business elsewhere if they don't honor the exchange free of shipping charge for their mistake and the receptionist said oh that's fine. I guess they are so busy they don't need to provide good customer service anymore. Also their lash extensions adhesive only works good for about a week after opening it so that isn't as good anymore either. Really liking this new location, not just for the reason that it's much closer to my house. It feels very clean, very spacious, and private. Of course, I had no problem traveling all the way to the Westminster location because Cat is a brow WIZARD, and I get to leave feeling much more lovely than when I walked in. She makes you feel safe and that you're in perfectly capable hands, an important thing for someone who does not often make many esthetician appointments. read more

However, with the professionalism and courteous staff I couldn't see myself going elsewhere. The prices are competitive to the value of service that you get. I also go and see Kat or Karen for all of my facial needs I.E. facials, acne treatments, brow waxing etc. I am a business professional and if I make an appointment to get a service done during my lunch hour I can count on them to get the job done and have me looking amazing by the time I need to get back to work. I came here when I had an eyebrow emergency before my wedding, and they were amazing, especially Cat who did the Eyebrow extensions. If you need brow extensions in Denver, Cat very well might be the only person you can go to, and thank God for her. She is incredible, so amazingly nice but more importantly she is just so good at what she does. No one could tell anything had gone wrong with my brows, and they looked completely natural but somehow better than usual. Can't recommend any higher!! read more

Cat is incredibly personable and knowledgeable about her craft, approaching volume lashes like they're an art form - which, in her capable hands, they are. Booking is incredibly easy online, and the spa itself is well decorated and luxurious. I am a repeat customer for several months, about every 2-4 weeks, so I can say with full confidence that I will return. I have to say that Lash Blvd's refill pricing is very reasonable in comparison to other lash spas in the area, and they offer complimentary beverages (including wine), which is a very nice touch. I wanted to update my review here. After getting in touch with me after my experience the team apologized, graciously gave me a free make up fill and refunded me my previous fee. They also let me know that they removed their three day policy, so it sound like my experience won't happen to anyone again. I'm glad they did this. Also, the re-do fill I got, with Cat, was amazing. Not super thrilled. I booked a lash tint a day in advance. When I got settled in the chair, they inform that they are out of black lash tint. They are a lash business - how are they out of basic black tint??! The manager only offered $2 off the other colors as a consolation and since I didn't have time to go elsewhere, I had to do it. If they had told me they were out of tint when I booked the appt, I would have gone elsewhere. Overall, I'm not impressed by the customer service experience. read more
