On the outside it just looks like a random house in a plaza of restaurants and other businesses. It's super clean and tidy. The ambiance is so relaxing. All staff members are very professional and pleasant. I had to fill out a form about my health history, areas of concern and discussed with Rebecca that I'd like my upper back, shoulders and neck to get extra attention. I wanted my lower back to be avoided due to an annular tear in L4 and to focus on my right trocanter because of my sciatica. Unfortunately, as much as she agreed and acknowledged my request, none of it was followed through. I did tell her I prefer a harder pressure versus a Swedish massage and was never asked if pressure was okay. Other than that, I had an overall good experience.

The technician explained that it was because my skin barrier needed to be repaired first, which was fine, but it would be better if I knew about that during the session

I'm not new to waxing, so I've been hesitant to try somewhere new. After reading the reviews here I took a chance and booked an appointment. Piper's studio was clean and welcoming, and she herself was very friendly and put me at ease. This was probably the least painful one I've ever had too. She uses a combination of strip and hard wax which (I feel) made it easier to get everything off. She is a true professional and clearly knows what she's doing. Her prices are very competitive and she's worth every penny. Already booked my next appointment :) Using the app also makes things a lot easier since you can modify or change your appointment.

I forgot the name of my pedicure but I picked a $67 one. I asked for a gel pedi (white color). First of all the dead cuticles around my toes weren't completely removed. From the chair I could still see dead skin. The pedicure itself was very soft, too soft for my taste. The white color is difficult to work with - I know, but this is such a popular choice there should already be an expectation. I had to ask for a third coat of the white cuz I could still see steaks and the shade of white wasn't opaque enough. Not sure if it's because he's a guy but they should be able to notice that. If I see it, they should see it. I see they have a lot of good reviews so I guess to each their own but I personally wouldn't come back again. Not the worst experience but not worth the drive for me or the money. I drove about 35mins because of the reviews so this was a miss for me. I will say Kevin gave me an amazing foot massage and while that was a 10/10 my priority was the pedicure with color Price: I went with my boyfriend and we both got the same service and it came out to $172 with tax BEFORE tip
