I echo everything in Susan's review: Kat is a perfectionist, professional, efficient and SO much fun. Since moving back to NY and trying a few places around CP, I tried Kat in June. You WILL laugh and joke and chat and feel like you made a friend, and leave her business sort of stunned that you got all that plus a fantastic wax. You don't have a choice. Because Kat is THROUGH. I have never had a wax this smooth or this complete. She even denuded my lower belly ("this happy trail is not so happy") and parts of my upper thighs I'm too lazy to always shave ("it's messing up my masterpiece"). She used three different kinds of wax and was intensely efficient without ever making me feel rushed. She also didn't make me feel like a fat glob of rolling and undulating lard deposits, as is so often the case for big girls when we get waxed. She asked me to hold some of my skin tight, but I never felt grotesque or like I didn't belong there. I also had much less irritation than I've had with other wax experiences, and I really like that she didn't tell me to come back in four weeks. Six to eight. That seems so much more rational, manageable. Very refreshing. Bottom line: go see Kat. Your confidence will skyrocket ... but it might be difficult to resist the urge to show everyone how dang smooth you are down there.

They told me originally 12:20 but they had a cancellation and I came in early. I assumed I was going to be get my nails done by my original tech -Tin. Who usually has been very kind. I asked for a black French with two blinged out French nails. When I arrived at the shop I got placed with the STORE OWNER. Thinking nothing of it i assumed they had the same level of work. During the appointment I realized that I didn't like how my nails were coming out but at last point she was almost done when I realized. Once I left I called to speak with the man who originally does my nails. I even affiod to even repay the same price, for the inconvenience of not speaking up. While I was talking to the gentleman, the owner of store was screaming and hollering at me. (As a store owner is that very professional to speak to clients in front of other clients that never NO NEVER ) I even asked why was she screaming at me and if I was another race they wouldn't have acted the way she acted. And they even agreed. I go back to store and kindly ask if the gentleman can redo my nails because I am graduating from college on Friday 5/15. Her pride was so hurt that she banned from the store because I didn't like her work. She at least gave me a refund. I would not come to this store!!! All they care about is money and not about the care of the clients or their product! If you are a store owner you should care about the quality of service to your clients and not worried about your ego being hurt. I added an inspiration picture and the product. It was a fill and the original set was done there too by tin the only person who actually keep up to date with the latest style . You can see gap between the fill . The French looks horrible and the bling French is quite disgusting .... This is the quality of work the store owners provides YIKES .... I also added in pictures of them agreeing if I was a white women she would of not acted like this
