In fact, I had to re-schedule my initial appointment & they were very accommodating. The day of the appt I was greeted upon arrival & quickly pointed to the waiting/lounge area. The space is beautifully decorated. I didn't wait very long at all. Eventually Sophia came out to introduce herself & we headed to the room. She asked me a bit about my skin as well as my personal skin goals. She gave brief info about the process/products used throughout the facial but otherwise allowed for silence & relaxation. I wish I had known that ahead of time before I had actually got my lashes done today and had to end up paying full price. When I got home I ended up arguing with Groupon for a refund for these vouchers, which was very frustrating and time-consuming. They kept saying they could not refund me because I was outside the standard cancellation window. The merchants change in ownership is outside my control and was not my fault. They did end up refunding me in the end but I should not have had to go through that. That being said, they did do a good job and were attentive, but need to be upfront regarding the change of ownership and what that means for their customers who had purchased vouchers previously.
