*****UPDATE***** After I posted this review, someone reached out to me within 2 hrs. They asked me to email them the details of the situation, so they could look into it further. While I was typing, there's a knock at the door. Guy with my package!!! Gracious neighbor from 4-5 properties away said he found it on his step. So, I was going to delete this review, but my BF asked why. He's right. LaserShip delivered it to the wrong address. They said they'd look into it, and actually did nothing. They repeatedly told me that I was wrong. Then only took me seriously after I posted this negative review. So the only good reviews I have are for the neighbor who was honest enough to bring it by and Yelp for driving the company to contact me. I guess we'll never know what LaserShip would've actually done to rectify the situation. Luckily I was smart enough to reorder my entire package as soon as this thing went south. But I had to risk losing my money to do so. As of today, all of the items I ordered are now sold out. ************************************************************************************************************** Looked at tracking on web around 11AM, says it was delivered at 7:37 AM. Who delivers before 8 AM? No package anywhere on my property, or neighbors doors for that matter. We had three people awake and a dog who barks when people are at the door. Called LaserShip, waited for 25 mins to even speak to someone, they must be very busy losing other peoples packages. Finally speak to a representative who claims the delivery guy is off duty for the day and they can't reach him until tomorrow. They would open an investigation claim and call me the next morning. No call by 11 AM. Well I certainly didn't want to wait until the driver was again gone for the day, so I called them. On hold for 15 mins this time. Lady says package was delivered. Really?! So I ask, what now? She says, talk to the vendor who sent the package. I said I already spoke with them. She asked, what they planned to do. I told her that was none of her business. I again asked, what were THEY going to do? She again repeated, it was delivered. I hung up on her. UNBELIEVABLE BS! I was LIVID. $840 value in that package, not including S&H. I have had deliveries by UPS, FedEx, DHL & USPS every other day for the past few weeks, and at least one package per week for 2 years. No one has EVER stolen a package from my door, and the area by the door is obscured by my car. read more

Not sure why a Stellar company like Amazon uses this company for delivery. Already attempted delivery three times between 8 and 9:30 p.m. to a business that closes at 4. I certainly hope they're not delivering to people's houses that late at night. Get it together and started the crack of dawn like all the other carriers do or possibly hire more drivers. Not impressed! read more

I bought some sneakers @ nike, the last time that they saw the package it was in Lasership tampa and for some reason they cannot find the package because the warehouse is full so the package is lost and I'm not gonna have my package back. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS COMPANY, They don't have control of their packages. Now I just lost some sneakers that worth 400$. This is HORRIBLE. WHAT A POOR SERVICE. I didn't choose them, nike did it. I wish I could put 0 stars read more

Normally I don't write reviews but decided to take some time and write a really good one. Probably the worst shipping company out there, they don't update the tracking status and next thing you know the status says "Package was delivered". Similar to all other online forums and reviewers, I never got my package ( what a suprise!). It's sad that sephora started using this and I had to call them and make sure they ship UPS for my reshipment. It looks like sephora uses UPS only for 2 day air and not all items can be shipped( Aerosols ) this way. For the other times we have to deal with this horrible company or just stop placing online orders with companies who use them. I wish there was a way to give ZERO stars on yelp. read more

Company claims to attempt delivery when they have not. We ordered from Amazon while staying in hotel and once again amazon over promises and under delivers read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER with a delivery in the Tampa/St Pete area. They must steal packages for reselling or some other shady practice as I see I'm not the only one from all these horrible reviews of "delivered" yet NOT DELIVERED packages. If I could give this business a zero I would. I ordered uniform items for a job from a big retailer. LaserShip advised that my order was left at my "front door" of my house. I was home at the "supposed" time and all day for that matter. I went outside to get it. It was NOWHERE to be found. I looked all around my property but no package anywhere. I opened an investigation by email. They replied that "Our facility has completed the investigation" and their delivery records showed delivered. So all they looked at were the same notifications, no other "investigation" but that, and no resolution from them so I have to ask my retailer refund me or I eat the cost and hopefully I'm not out a lot of $ for the missing merchandise. Someone there is making a lot of money by taking these packages and selling the merch in them for their own profit. Maybe they are reselling it on ebay or poshmark?! I wish I had a way of avoiding them being a delivery carrier for important items I purchase and need like uniforms for my job. :/ :/ read more

So I never received my items. On Monday the driver was supposed to call when he was on his way. I never received a call but my package said delivered. I reported it to Amazon, who then called lazy ship. Lazy ship said the would investigate to see what happened. On Tuesday I received a email from lazy ship to say it was delivered and to contact the seller. Amazon gave me a refund and I have to reorder the items read more

I usually don't write reviews, but upon seeing how negative everyone else's reviews were, I decided to write about my great experience with them. I have had two packages delivered by Lasership. The first one came on time and in perfect condition. The second one was reported as attempted, but not delivered. I called about it twice. First time is to find out what happened, and the second was to find out the delivery time. The people I spoke to were very helpful and friendly, and my package was delivered on time the next day and also in perfect condition. I feel like people are quick to give bad reviews and never do when they do a good job. read more

I would have given LaserShip Inc. ZERO stars if allowed. This is the second order from Amazon.com in which Amazon used LaserShip Inc. and this is the second time I did not receive my package. I tracked my order on Amazon.com because I was concerned that it hadn't arrived. To my disgust, I see the order had been "delivered" a week previous. I called the Lasership Inc. number in Tampa, FL +1-813-248-3333 and the woman told me my package had been "delivered" to the "Leasing Office". Since I don't reside at a leasing office, I assume Lasership Inc. hadn't bothered to locate my actual apartment--an apartment that has an actual street address, apartment number and even an actual Zip+4 zip code. There had not been any notes left on our door. Nor had anyone from Lasership called us--and besides, someone is most likely home at 2:45 p.m. when the package was supposedly "delivered". I am on a writing rampage and making it my personal mission to let Amazon.com know what a pitiful job Lasership Inc. performs. If it was up to me, Lasership Inc. would never handle another Amazon.com package! read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. My packages have been with LS for 10 days now. Nothing is happening. No delivery. Will not respond to any communication. They do not answer their phone at the local delivery office. read more

We ordered items from The Children's Place, who uses Laser Ship. While we were out working on landscaping in our front yard, we checked and saw a notification that our package had been delivered. We never saw anyone deliver anything. It said it was left at the front door. There was no way that was accurate. We were told by Children's Place that we had to contact the shipper, Laser Ship. We submitted our claim online that the item was never delivered. We called repeatedly and were told they would investigate. They never called back. They never contacted us in any way. Neighbors here have started a thread regarding their horror stories with Laser Ship leaving packages right next to the road and marking it as being left at the front door. It's been months now...we still haven't received our package. I now check who is shipping anything I order. If it's Laser Ship...I'll order elsewhere. read more

Only one star bc I had to do one to review. This company is ridiculous. Multiple horrible experiences Only use them bc retailers use them without disclosing. We have now stopped doing business with those retailers. read more

I would give a 0 star if I could. I placed an order with Nike for Christmas gifts for grandkids. I paid extra for expedited shipping to be sure I had the package on time. The package was supposed to be here on 12/8 then it went to 12/10. Yesterday evening I checked the tracking and found it showed "attempted, undeliverable, package refused requested returned contact seller for assistance". "Attempted delivery at 1:51pm". I was outside talking to the mailman at that time and no one EVER came here to deliver the package therefore there is no way the package was "refused requested returned"! Called Nike said they couldn't help as LaserShip had the package in RTS status (return to sender) and they still have it so I had to call LaserShip. Called LaserShip customer service, (the girl was really nice) was told didn't know why it was marked that way but the next route would not be until Monday 12/13. Not very hopeful I am going to see this package. Now I'm screwed because I can't get what I ordered in the sizes I need anywhere else this late in the game. So now grandma is going to disappoint grandkids which really makes me angry! I will never order from any company that uses LaserShip as a delivery service. They are HORRIBLE! read more

Horrible. Prime Subscription delivery by Amazon. Tracking info said delivered to front door. I was home all day. No knock, Nothing on my front porch. I called Lasership and they opened an investigation but reading from previous reviews, I am sure it will come to nothing. I went ahead and told Amazon who insisted on sending a replacement which to my cringing disbelief, that it may be Lasership again trying to deliver again. read more

I hope never to see the name laser ship again. My package was supposedly delivered at 10 am and left at my front door. The problem was my husband was at home in the yard all day and the package was not delivered to our house. Their response was it shows delivered-case closed. I wonder who received my package at their front door, because I didn't. I will not be ordering from the seller again if this is who they use for shipping. read more

Terrible! Package due yesterday was not delivered.. Still not here today. Terrible service. I have paid for Prime and am not getting Prime service from Lasership. read more

The worst carrier ever!!!!!! I have an Amazon Prime account so my packages arrives in two days, never had a problem until amazon started to use them, if you could avoid use them please do it, they suck!!! read more

Hey have to be the slowest shipping service since the pony express. I hate that amazon uses them for local deliveries.

Had a packaged shipped by lasership from Plated, a food delivery service, and it was not delivered in time. A box of 6 meals was completely wasted. Don't waste your time with this company. read more

Saw the bad reviews posted earlier and was not happy that Amazon was shipping so many of my PRIME items via this carrier UNTIL I have rec'd ALL of my shipments ON TIME, in perfect condition and the carriers were friendly!! I live in an apt complex and they brought it straight to my door and knocked on the door so I knew something was out there. NO PROBLEMS AT ALL WITH LASERSHIP for me. read more

Excellent delivery service - exceeded our expectations. Ordered pool pump motor thru Amazon on 6/13/19- est delivery was 6/19/19. Received today 6/14/19 !!!! read more

This place is really the worst shipping company out there. They lose packages, they do not deliver to your door and a friend of mine that use to work there told me that the drivers actually steal the packages. Especially, if it comes through Amazon because they know Amazon will refund the customers money. What a shame and what a poor way to run business. They seriously need to re-evaluate their organization. Here is a link to reviews that previous employees give on this company. Even their employees would not do business with this company. http://www.glassdoor.com/Reviews/Lasership-Reviews-E258935.htm read more

Alicia G. - Only one or two bad reviews then you can address us "bad review peeps" but obviously this company has terrible customer service on a regular basis. I want to cancel my Amazon Prime membership just because of the unreliability of this company. I have my items shipped to my work address. When I see that its being shipped by Lasership, I contact them to let them know our office hours. 5 separate orders this year I've had lasership attempt to deliver after 7:30pm, and several times they have left it by the front door for anyone to see and take. read more

Blue Apron used this company to deliver a package to me and it did not arrive within the window it needed to. The package also arrived damaged. I really hope other companies decide not to use Lasership, even if they offer cheap and timely shipping it will end up costing the company more time and money in the end. read more

The absolute worst carrier service I have ever encountered! I can not believe that Amazon still uses them. They consistently mark packages as "Delivered" without even making a delivery attempt. Most of the time the package shows up sometime a week later!! I work from home so I know when a package has been delivered. Today I received a package from USPS and UPS. My "Delivered" package from Lasership? Nowhere to be found!!! I will be making yet another complaint to Amazon about this company. read more

Tracking says left at front door. Was home all day and package isn't here. Same as most previous reviews. Amazon contacted them and they stated they will open an investigation into it. Do not use at all cost. read more

The worst carrier ever!! Never had a problem until amazon started to use them!!! They LIE DO NOT use them.

What can be said that hasn't already been said? I had two packages that were due tonight. One was via UPS & the other by LaserShip. The UPS was delivered by 6.30. By 8.15, my LS package hadn't arrived yet. I know for a fact that it hadn't, as I was annoyed at the time and went out to the car to retrieve my daughter's tablet. At 8.28, I get the text saying it was delivered... at 8.16. Like everyone else, they started their investigation. Thankfully, Amazon is easy to work with when this happens. But I have another package being delivered by LS on Thursday. Is this going to be a repeat deal? read more

The driver was supposed to deliver two packages but kept one. He lied and said he dropped both off but I had video now he is driving home to get my package and bring it to me. read more

Package showed delivered, but did not receive it. We were home all day, and our dog goes nuts when anyone is near our property- It's hard to miss a package dropped on the doorstep... Checked with neighbors etc. Looked at time stamps on tracking and status went from "preparing for delivery" to "delivered on doorstep" in two minutes flat! This is a common occurrence with Lasership if you look at their reviews on various social platforms. They were unhelpful. Opening a "search" for it and closed the case after 24 hours of "looking for it". I think their drivers are stealing peoples stuff or just dumping the packages on the side of the road and marking it delivered. I'm contacting the BBB for an investigation of their business practices. Hopefully they will clean up their act so so many people don't have to go through this. Needless to say, lasership would be the LAST shipping company I would choose. read more

The first time I was ever to receive a package from them my package was stole from a employee in the warehouse and my package was marked as delivered when I wa told from the GM that the package was not even put on a truck and my surveillance shows no one even attempting to deliver my package .... And it's been very common by all delivery people to be stealing all boxes that have the Nike tape on the boxes ... very unhappy with this company and would never want my packages in there hands if I had a say ... I've had to call the past 3 days and still don't have a true awnser is to what happend with my package and there customer service is terrible and there surpervisor Eric should be fired for the way he handles his customer service ... absolutely terrible .... Th. Are a disgrace for delivery service and after reading the reviews they take what they want and make the aelller deal with the refund .... A big joke and a bunch of scumbag a I've felt with and talked too read more

Lazer has delivered or should I say thrown packages, literally thrown the packages on my concrete porch floor on several occasions. I complained to Lazer about this problem and it does seem have improved a little or I would have given no stars if could have. The drivers attitudes leave a lot to be desired. I get packages from Lazer's rival and have never had the same problem with them. I only hope the next package I get delivered by Lazer is laid on the porch or the door beel rang and handed to me. Only time will tell. read more

I made a purchase on bodybuilding.com and it was shipped by LaserShip. (I did have to pay a shipping cost) Once I received the tracking information, I Googled "LaserShip" to go to their site. The next link was this Yelp page. I noticed the 1 star rating, so I decided to check it out. I read through the ratings and started to get worried. I had two packages (I forgot to add a product & it was too late to adjust the order so they were shipped separately); the first was expected to be delivered by the 25th, and the second by the 26th. I got to work this morning and was pleasantly surprised that both of my packages were waiting for me at the door! The last review was posted in January so maybe things got straightened out? But I can say I personally had no issues receiving my packages in a timely manner. read more

I have yet not received an Amazon Prime shipment due on Feb 27. LH17712237. Yet they marked it delivered at 10:59 am. Terrible customer service. read more

I do not work for LaserShip, Amazon, or anyone related to them. I have used Amazon Prime for YEARS and a lot of my packages come via LaserShip. FRAUD!! FRAUD!! FRAUD!! I ordered medical supplies from Amazon while visiting a relative. Nothing special, 2 day delivery. The status got marked delivered left at door on the delivery date, but no package was there. It was supposedly delivered by Lasership. Once I looked at this company's background, I knew it would be a problem. I called Amazon, they said the could see the company did not deliver the package, that it would be delivered as soon as possible the next day (a Saturday). I called Lasership on Saturday when the package still didn't arrive and was told they still have the package (status still delivered at front door on Amazon). I was told since it was a gated community they need a gate code and will not be delivering until Monday. I called Amazon back to rip them a new one about this fraud they are perpetrating on their customers. Supposedly, the customer service rep manipulated the internal system to avoid Lasership to get the package delivered tomorrow. What kind of ongoing scam is going on?? Lasership knows it is lying about the delivery status, Amazon knows Lasership is lying about the delivery status, Amazon is lying to its customers about the delivery status (both verbally and in writing via its website), and both organizations eventually reveal to the customer that they are lying! This is not random, it is systemic - Amazon has no intention of abiding to the delivery time frames that customers are paying for via their Prime membership fees! That is deliberate fraudulent activity on the part of Lasership and Amazon. If they can't provide the services they contracted for they should be sued by their customers. Class action lawsuits and Government intervention is needed!! Stop wasting everyone's time and money Amazon!! read more

I had ordered three solid state hard drives from amazon with prime on Monday. Four days later a van pulls up, kid gets out, opens side door and grabs my package. I have a tinted glass storm door I was standing behind so I had a front row view to what happened next. Its 30 feet from the street to my door, the kid takes three steps from his van and bowls my box at the front door. I swung open the door and stared in angered amazement as he saw me, ran to his van and sped off. Luckily the drives were fine, but LaserShip's service is not. read more

We have received packages from Amazon using Laser Ship. The first time we had a problem because the driver did not call us so we could let him into the apartment building. However, the last two deliveries worked out great after we complained to the company about the problem. What I do is e-mail them with instructions to call us and I leave a phone number for the driver. This morning I had to call them to change the phone number I had left last night, I was really worried it would cause confusion but to my surprise my package was delivered with no problems. Thank you Laser Ship for improving on your delivery practices. Mayra V. read more
