After seeing the reviews for lasership I was terrified and wondered why companies were using it. HOWEVER I have been lucky to receive all 2 of my packages that have been shipped through lasership, and I am waiting on a third. So maybe there were some changes for the positive but just be aware when your package is shipping with them. read more

I received my package from Nordstrom Rack that was delivered by Laser Ship. The box was tampered with and two pairs of designer sunglasses were stolen. I received a delivered box with the crumbled wrappers and black finger prints on the sunglasses box, all products had been stolen. I am still working with the retailer trying to get a refund. Do better Laser Ship, how about some background checks on your employees... rediculous!!! I will now start having items shipped to the store and pick them up!!! read more

Absolutely the worst delivery service. They refuse to follow delivery instructions. They are so bad, Amazon stopped using them, thankfully. Now another company I like to use switched to them and their poor delivery service continues. Plus, absolutely no customer service other than AI. read more

Recently ordered from Fashion Nova. Got the first 2 parcels fine through UPS, the third delivered through LaserShip, was left at someone else's unit. When we got the 'delivered' photo we contacted Fashion Nova first and they told us to contact the courier. We were told to wait to see if anyone turned in a package that was not theirs, we waited. Now they are saying they delivered to the address on the package but we have photo proof that they delivered to the wrong unit. We have a right entry door that is decorated specifically to help with deliveries and they delivered to a left facing entry without decor. I guess our next step is to dispute the charges but Fashion Nova should stop using this courier. read more

This is utterly disgusting... I have no idea whatsoever on why retails want to use this company (Laser Ship). I wonder if it's because this company charges a cheaper service which now will be costing the retail company's even more for misplacing or even looting. Since Before COVID 19 their were scammers but NOW, people don't want to work, and there is even more scamming! The sad part is that when you call the company and they open an investigation. Their investigation is based on calling the driver and questioning them. Seriously!? Yeah they (driver) took the picture of the box in front of the property, never knocked (there was people at home.) and took the package. The company answered: "You will have to contact the retail directly" This makes me think if the whole company is in on the scamming and reselling the customers products. Company's are so in need of workers, they're hiring anyone these days!! Note: Gave them a 1 because u can't give them a 0. read more

I tried to do all caps but it would not let me. I am so upset about my package being stolen. No one can ever tell me that the Tampa location legitimately lost my package. I have had packages delivered from this place before. so i was not skeptical at all when i reviewed the tracking. not until 5 days passed and my package status had not changed. I sent an inquiry. no response. i decided to call the location. no answer so i left a voicemail. I finally called the seller (nike) only to be told that lasership has probably lost my package. How do you lose a package that has been classified as received? So now i am angry. i will say that i feel my package was stolen. not lost. air jordan 1's were in that box. And it was a come up for the person responsible for ensuring my package was delivered. Shame on you lasership for not being responsible with my package. Shame on whoever stole my package. karma is real. read more

While sitting at home, I got a notification that an unknown package was unable to be delivered to my home for an unknown reason by some company called LaserShip. When I clicked the link, I could see a tracking number with progress of the package but no other info. I checked my CAMERAS and no one had been anywhere near my home and my doorbell was never rung at the front door I was sitting 10 feet away from at the time. So, I chatted with the USELESS BOT and gave up. Then sent an email through their message system. I have never heard of this company but this first impression left a mark. read more

I never received my package. Seems it was delivered to the wrong address. They insisted it was delivered based on their "proof of delivery" photo. Alas, the photo was of someone else's porch, not mine. I made multiple inquires, and they repeatedly told me "it was delivered per proof of delivery." (the photo) Couldn't get it through their heads it was on someone else's front porch. Lousy customer service. read more

I placed an order with Coach for a bag I purchased for my wife for Christmas on 27 November 2021 with an expected delivery date of 05 December 2021. Well, I never knew of any deliver company that can receive a package, put the package out for deliver and deliver and leave the package at a customer's front door all within 2 mins, but apparently, the Lasership in Tampa can. UPS, FedEx, USPS, you guys must be doing something wrong. Needless to say, I never received anything and I don't know why any reputable company would ever use this company. Their facility is 30+ min away from my address. I was home the entire day that day. Package was never delivered and this is the 2nd time LaserShip has done this. Search the entire day and day after on my security cameras and not once was their a delivery person with my package. I'm going to find a way to press charges on this company. They never return my messages via their messaging platform and their phone operators have no way of helping. I want the name of the delivery driver that "scanned my package". That person should be held accountable. Customer service of course doesn't have access to that information. I don't typically give 1 stars...like, NEVER have, but this is well deserved. I ordered a package last month from Old Navy that was shipped through Lasership, that package got lost, then "damaged" and supposedly sent back. So I had to reorder what I could that was still available. Old navy wasn't supposed to send it regular mail again but of course did and once again through Lasership. Annnnd once again my package is just missing. Package was shipped on 6/9, it's now 6/23 and arrived in Tampa at LS facility on 6/15. Being paranoid about the last package after it had been a couple days I called Lasership on 6/18 after not seeing any updates. I spoke with a "lovely" lady who was anything but pleasant who told me they have 30,000 packages in their facility and she could put in a ticket to find my package so I could come pick it up and they would call me when I could. I advised I'd be calling back in a few hours, and I did. Next employee that answered was a man who advised they are running a week behind. They had issues with some deliveries getting delayed and now they are behind and just working on packages received 6/10. He said a ticket wasn't put in earlier but that they had 1500 packages to be sorted. So he assured me he was putting in this golden ticket to pull my package. I tortured myself this weekend by refreshing the tracking page just HOPING to see an update but the only thing that keeps changing is the estimated delivery date and always to the prior day. I called Monday 6/20 and spoke with another guy who said there are 150-200 packages waiting for delivery to my area and I advised ONCE AGAIN to HOLD MY PACKAGE AND I WILL COME GET IT! He said he would make sure it's held and that I should be able to pick it up in a couple days. I'm calling back today but I don't have high hopes. These people have to be scammers given the other reviews and just the fact the packages keep disappearing! How are companies still using them? I HIGHLY suggest you find out if a company uses them for their "free shipping" and just pay a little more to not have these people steal your packages! It's not 6/23 and they've had my package in their possession since 6/15, old navy even said it should have been delivered by 6/16 so something is sketchy! I don't plan on giving up and I will continue to keep calling and thinking of dropping in unexpectedly this week. This company is horrible and a joke! read more

This company is complete garbage. They have supposedly attempted to deliver a package to me 4 times now. I've been home every time that's listed on the tracking and have never once had someone knock on my door. They're tracking is also total BS. It seems like they set a tracking status just to cover their own ass. Yesterday it lists my package as bein left at the front door then 4 hours later listed as not deliverable. Calling the company I ordered from today and telling lasershit to send it back to them. Usually they use UPS and hopefully this LASERSHIT experiment will be a short one. read more

The company I purchased from will not refund me for items they sent out, which I understand. I have yet to receive a call from a supervisor as I also was told. Just disappointed. **UPDATE BELOW**I would be better off driving to the company that I placed my order with than rely on this company to deliver my package. I am going on day 2 of waiting for my package to arrive and on day 1, I had the pleasure of receiving a message at 8:44pm ET that the package was undeliverable due to business being closed. This was after being in the truck/van since 6:33am and it took the driver 14 hours to attempt to deliver my package. I don't have much faith that anything positive will come today, like my package, but if it does get delivered, and at a reasonable time, then I will update my review to reflect this but at this time, I presume I will have to ask the company for a full return unless they can utilize UPS or FedEx to deliver. ***Update*** My package was delivered during normal business hours, all of the contents are there (thank you bodybuilding.com), and the package was not damaged. Thank you for delivering my package LaserShip. read more

Update.... Horrible customer service and zero organization. This company will lose or steals your packages and then try to cover it up by telling you it's in multiple places. My package was received at the origin scan location on 8/17. Today is 8/26 and I still have not received my package. Every time I call I get a different answer. First I was told it was received in the Tampa location, then they told me it was in Orlando. The last time I was told that it never even left North Carolina and they would open an investigation. I asked for them to tell me if they lost the package and all he could tell me was we will send an email. Based on other reviews I am sure it has been stolen by an employee and this company does not hold anyone accountable. I have sent emails and called at least once a day at this point just to irritate them because if they can just take my package then they'll have to deal with me harassing them. **** I called again today and was told that they never received the package from the merchant. I asked how is that possible when your website says origin scan. She placed me on hold and said they received it and it's now lost in transit. I asked so as soon as you received my package and scanned it in you lost it before it left the warehouse? Her response was yes.. This company is the worst read more

I don't trust this company, something isn't right!! I also ordered another package from FENTY on 11-05-20 due to be delivered to me on 11-08 -20 again I sent an email for update on 11-09-20 and today 11-11-20 I received an email stating... "Thank you for your inquiry regarding ---. Unfortunately, Lasership is unable to confirm control of your package at this time. The Coach Outlet online store shipped a wallet using Lasership to me in early December. The shipping information was not updated until I inquired about where my item was after waiting more than four weeks. Lasership then marked it deliverred three weeks prior, but this item was never delivered to my porch as claimed. Coach would only give me an ECommerce check because Lasership claimed it was delivered, but the item I wanted was no longer available. PayPal would not help get my money since Lasership falsely marked the item delivered to my address. I will never do business with a merchant that uses this company, and I certainly wouldn't trust Lasership with my own business. read more

I enrolled in a FOOD DELIVERY online. While the food was tasty, this delivery service is awful. I enrolled in this food service once before and the delivery was spotty. SPOTTY being that where the driver delivered it to AT my house was spotty. Never in the correct place. I got fed up and quit the food service. I had a change of heart and re enrolled 2 weeks ago. The first week it was spot on but the 2nd week not so. The package of FOOD showed it was in Tampa Friday (due date) but not delivered. I called "Customer Service" and they (wherever they are outsourced from) it would be Saturday. Saturday came and left and it was delivered SUNDAY @ 2:53 pm. The box was crushed and had been retaped, the freezer packs were 3/4 thawed, and the FOOD within was crushed! I order quite frequently from FabFitFun. They use LaserShip to send some of my purchases. They also use ups FedEx and Usps. I receive my deliveries from all but LaserShip. I believe the delivery person stole my package and that's unacceptable. I want to warn everyone that LaserShip is not a trustworthy delivery service company. I have had FabFitFun put in my profile not to use LaserShip for any of my future purchases. I just hope LaserShip takes notice of this post and reconsiders how they treat their customers.
