I never even heard of this company until my package never came . They said they received it but it was in transit 5 days ago and no updates since then . They keep moving the eta. I called the vendor and they said just assume it will never arrive . I'm lucky that I was refunded but I was looking forward to receiving my items ( which are now sold out ). I searched the company and not one positive review . It seems their packages "go missing " and people allude inappropriate behavior ( see other Yelp and Reddit reviews) . Worst feeling to have an Amazon package say "shipped" and then Lasership is listed as the courier. I know there's a 50% chance (at best) of the package making it to me. If you do get the package, it'll likely be 3 days after the intended delivery date. Otherwise, expect it to say delivered and never make it to your home. Chances are they delivered it to the wrong home or maybe even kept it for themselves. I have a camera at my front door and have not seen any movement during these "deliveries" they supposedly made. I was also working on the front yard during another delivery and know for sure they didn't come by. You'll get more headache having to reorder or trying to get your items refunded. They seem to delivery for Amazon often, most often for me w/next day prime orders. My delivery area is in Manhattan. Between my roommate and me, about half of our lasership deliveries go missing. They say they are delivered, but there is nothing. They NEVER knock and just leave it. NOTE- Lasership has their own website and tracking page. You can sign up to receive a text upon delivery. Their tracking number is listed on the amazon order page. I guess u could race to the door when u get the text if possible? Even with that, today my more expensive amazon delivery (+$175 cost) went missing. I received the text and soon after found nothing at my door. They tend to NOT ring the building buzzer and piggy back in so you don't even know they are coming to your front door. They also snap a PIC of the delivery (box leaning on my door), I'm guessing for the delivery person to cover their own as*, and proof for Amazon. So, even with the pic of the package at the front door, it was missing now. I thought as a higher priced item that the door would be knocked and I'd have to sign something. Nope. I'm not discounting that the package was taken by someone random as theft, but after SO MANY missing packages by Lasership and not with USPS, I'm suspicious. Lasership/Ontrac should not be in business. I ordered an anniversary gift for my wife from Macys on September 10th and paid for expedited shipping to get it by the 17th, the latest. When I saw they were using Lasership I knew I was going to have an issue. When I contacted Macys on the 18th, they said it would be here that day, then on the 19th they said it must be lost in transit and I can do a reshipment but won't receive for almost 2 weeks. Lasership is pure GARBAGE! They seriously do not care about customers! I've been fighting with them for a week now trying to get my 2 different packages delivered. They said they could not complete the first delivery because I needed to provide a gate code, only problem with that is we don't have a gate. I updated that there was no gate and that the driver was trying to deliver it to the wrong address. The next day, exact same thing. This is 2 packages in 2 days that they "Couldn't" deliver. This "Lasership" company has proven to be staggeringly incompetent and inept. Unfortunately, these boneheads deliver locally for Amazon Prime, and every single time - I repeat, every single time - I was to receive a package through Lasership, there has been some kind of problem or issue. Not once, not twice - every time. Pure garbage company employed by idiots. I can write a long time about the problems with past orders, so I'll just give you the last one and the current one. The last one, The package was "attempted" to be delivered but of course, was not as I was home all weekend day. The next day, it finally was tracked as "delivered" but actually wasn't. After more drama, turns out their "driver" (some woman who appeared drunk and could not speak English) was walking up and down my street two hours later with my package. I chased her down as she attempted to slobber out some gibberish and took it. The current problem started yesterday, when a package "was attempted" for delivery. Turns out the Amazon service agent found out that the Lasership genius went to the wrong address with my package. How does one even DO that? And today, supposedly another "attempt" was made, but no one came to my home at all. Of course, the Amazon agent tonight couldn't get through to these simpletons. So when/if the package finally arrives, I'll send it back, and cancel my Prime membership. I have never had to deal with such unfathomable incompetence with any delivery service before, time and time and time again. If it was one mistake - no big deal. But there is a problem EVERY TIME that Amazon ships using these fools at Lasership. I have previously had Lasership stuff my packages behind trash cans and deliver them to the wrong address multiple times, but today was next-level. I was home all day, but my package was marked as "delivered" with no trace of it. The site said it was left with me, and "my" signature was shown. I was never contacted- with a door knock, a buzz, nor a phone call. My package is still missing while my signature has been forged. This has gone from irritating to illegal. The customer service person on the phone said that must have happened because I was not available. The delivery person made no attempt to see if I was available. What a horrible practice, and one that seems normalized all the way to the people answering the phones. I also see other reviews with this exact thing happening! A SCAM OF A SHIPPING COMPANY. It doesn't matter how hard you track your packages, you likely will not receive it!! You will experience mysterious circumstances of missing packages that were marked as "delivered". The couriers do not read delivery instructions and rarely upload photo evidence of where the parcel was left. Moreover, customer service does nothing to help. A 2 day investigation that ends with an email requesting that you contact the seller. They're totally useless. Wow. This company is ridiculously awful, they should be shut down. Amazon contracts them to deliver packages, and they hire delivery people like Uber drivers to drop packages off. Read up on them online -- their training is awful, and drivers are paid per package, so they have no incentive to take 20 seconds to ring a bell or get buzzed in they just drop packages on the street and leave. In my case, I ordered something from Amazon (about $50 in value) and when LaserShip delivered the guy just shoved the box behind the compost and trash cans. When I got home I didn't even think to **look behind the trash** for my delivery (why would I??) Check out my photos of this certified genius dropping the package off. Well, sure enough about two hours after this "delivery" a man was going through the trash cans, found my package, opened it, and took the contents. (I have photos of that too, but I don't blame him for taking something out of the trash that he assumed was discarded) After I was able to obtain these photos I called Amazon to report the issue, and when the operator looked up the details she said "Ugh, oh my god... LaserShip is the *worst* we have problems with them *all the time*". She sent me a replacement for my item that is supposed to be delivered today, and when I checked the tracking info, who do you think the carrier is...... Yup, LaserShip. Ridiculous. Google/YouTube LaserShip and see just how terrible this company is... They should seriously be shut down. It's almost comical how bad they are. How are they still in business??
