Lying that packages was Delivered when it wasn't. Bad customer service , ignoring complaints and failure to communicate.

They seem to delivery for Amazon often, most often for me w/next day prime orders. My delivery area is in Manhattan. Between my roommate and me, about half of our lasership deliveries go missing. They say they are delivered, but there is nothing. They NEVER knock and just leave it. NOTE- Lasership has their own website and tracking page. You can sign up to receive a text upon delivery. Their tracking number is listed on the amazon order page. I guess u could race to the door when u get the text if possible? Even with that, today my more expensive amazon delivery (+$175 cost) went missing. I received the text and soon after found nothing at my door. They tend to NOT ring the building buzzer and piggy back in so you don't even know they are coming to your front door. They also snap a PIC of the delivery (box leaning on my door), I'm guessing for the delivery person to cover their own as*, and proof for Amazon. So, even with the pic of the package at the front door, it was missing now. I thought as a higher priced item that the door would be knocked and I'd have to sign something. Nope. I'm not discounting that the package was taken by someone random as theft, but after SO MANY missing packages by Lasership and not with USPS, I'm suspicious. Very suspicious. **MY ADVICE- With Amazon prime delivery for any orders that are important or expensive then ship to an Amazon pick up location. Won't do Lasership again. read more

I never even heard of this company until my package never came . They said they received it but it was in transit 5 days ago and no updates since then . They keep moving the eta. I called the vendor and they said just assume it will never arrive . I'm lucky that I was refunded but I was looking forward to receiving my items ( which are now sold out ). I searched the company and not one positive review . It seems their packages "go missing " and people allude inappropriate behavior ( see other Yelp and Reddit reviews) . Lasership repeatedly delivers all packages to the 19 buildings in our condo complex to a single building, or to two buildings rather than delivering each package to the building on the label. We have security cameras that show our entire property and no one came or went yesterday, at all. They originally said that it was signed for but when we asked who signed for it, they all of a sudden don't have proof of delivery because of covid (such crap). They used ontrac to track the order. Everyday an updated delivery date would come. It was supposed to be delivered. Then it would change and say it will be delivered two days from now. About a week later they updated the tracking status to delivered. And when did they deliver it? A week ago. Luckily I had screen shots. I called laser ship customer service line and they tell me they only have a five day window. Because it said it was delivered September 30th they can't do anything. This "Lasership" company has proven to be staggeringly incompetent and inept. Unfortunately, these boneheads deliver locally for Amazon Prime, and every single time - I repeat, every single time - I was to receive a package through Lasership, there has been some kind of problem or issue. Not once, not twice - every time. Pure garbage company employed by idiots. I can write a long time about the problems with past orders, so I'll just give you the last one and the current one. The last one, The package was "attempted" to be delivered but of course, was not as I was home all weekend day. The next day, it finally was tracked as "delivered" but actually wasn't. After more drama, turns out their "driver" (some woman who appeared drunk and could not speak English) was walking up and down my street two hours later with my package. I chased her down as she attempted to slobber out some gibberish and took it. The current problem started yesterday, when a package "was attempted" for delivery. Turns out the Amazon service agent found out that the Lasership genius went to the wrong address with my package. How does one even DO that? And today, supposedly another "attempt" was made, but no one came to my home at all. Of course, the Amazon agent tonight couldn't get through to these simpletons. So when/if the package finally arrives, I'll send it back, and cancel my Prime membership. I have never had to deal with such unfathomable incompetence with any delivery service before, time and time and time again. If it was one mistake - no big deal. But there is a problem EVERY TIME that Amazon ships using these fools at Lasership. I guess that's how it is now in New York City - I suppose every person with an IQ of 70 can work for a company like "Lasership" so the company can pat themselves on the back, except the actual customers who are forced to depend on these dimwits have to endure their inability to do a simple job correctly. I ordered two tees from Fashionnova and made sure to immediately sign up for text alerts as I always do when I see LS being the delivery service. I also told them to not leave it at the front door bc it's gonna get stolen where I live. I have previously had Lasership stuff my packages behind trash cans and deliver them to the wrong address multiple times, but today was next-level. I was home all day, but my package was marked as "delivered" with no trace of it. The site said it was left with me, and "my" signature was shown. I was never contacted- with a door knock, a buzz, nor a phone call. My package is still missing while my signature has been forged. This has gone from irritating to illegal. The customer service person on the phone said that must have happened because I was not available. The delivery person made no attempt to see if I was available. What a horrible practice, and one that seems normalized all the way to the people answering the phones. I also see other reviews with this exact thing happening! Lasership is pure GARBAGE! They seriously do not care about customers! I've been fighting with them for a week now trying to get my 2 different packages delivered. They said they could not complete the first delivery because I needed to provide a gate code, only problem with that is we don't have a gate. I updated that there was no gate and that the driver was trying to deliver it to the wrong address. The next day, exact same thing. This is 2 packages in 2 days that they "Couldn't" deliver. I understand companies use this sh*tty company to cut cost but when packages get lost/stolen those companies end up paying more for re-shipment. This shady company steals packages from sellers and buyers! My most recent encounter with them was a package that costed a few hundred dollars and of course it was lost/stolen! Wow. This company is ridiculously awful, they should be shut down. Amazon contracts them to deliver packages, and they hire delivery people like Uber drivers to drop packages off. Read up on them online -- their training is awful, and drivers are paid per package, so they have no incentive to take 20 seconds to ring a bell or get buzzed in they just drop packages on the street and leave. In my case, I ordered something from Amazon (about $50 in value) and when LaserShip delivered the guy just shoved the box behind the compost and trash cans. When I got home I didn't even think to **look behind the trash** for my delivery (why would I??) Check out my photos of this certified genius dropping the package off. Well, sure enough about two hours after this "delivery" a man was going through the trash cans, found my package, opened it, and took the contents. (I have photos of that too, but I don't blame him for taking something out of the trash that he assumed was discarded) After I was able to obtain these photos I called Amazon to report the issue, and when the operator looked up the details she said "Ugh, oh my god... LaserShip is the *worst* we have problems with them *all the time*". She sent me a replacement for my item that is supposed to be delivered today, and when I checked the tracking info, who do you think the carrier is...... Yup, LaserShip. Ridiculous. Hello, This is the second time within a period of a week that I encounter delivery issues with your carrier. I am a prime recipient therefore I pay a fee to receive rapid delivery and other prime services. As per notice at 10:10pm on Sunday, September 1st you attempted to deliver my package. Per my camera footage on Vivint no delivery was ever made. This now means that I have to wait for a package that was supposed to arrive today. This is the second time that I've experienced such issue. I've called and I have addressed it. Your calls are recorded for customer service however you're not able to meet on time deliveries nor provide timely resolutions to the delivery issues at hand It's important that you address with the carrier site the issue with employees not delivering our packages. I have camera footage to prove that you never delivered to me today September 1st This is my second poor experience within a week. Your calls have an extensive wait time due to high volume which is most likely due to the poor service at hand. So.....someone in their warehouse now smells BEAUTIFUL !! On July 21 I got an email from Bath and Body works saying my order would be on its way and i got a tracking number from LaserShip. All was going well until July 23 when my package arrived at the LaserShip final servicing Facility in RIdgewood NY where it just sat. I didn't realize Final Servicing Facility meant final resting place. I emailed LaserShip customer Service on July 25 and I'll admit they were quick to respond with a standard email that they created a case and "and one of our team members will follow up with you as soon as we have more information" That was the last I heard until I received an email this morning, July 29 saying "Thank you for your inquiry regarding **. Unfortunately, Lasership is unable to confirm control of your package at this time. So that you may be promptly assisted we are deeming this package as Lost by LaserShip. Please contact your Seller for further assistance at this time. Thank you" So basically "we have no clue what happened to your stuff - get in touch with your seller - kthxbye" I'm wondering if i hadn't reached out to them last week inquiring where my package was if it would even be marked lost at all ? Or it would still be marked "sitting in warehouse somewhere?" Anyway i'm telling everyone i know that if you see an online retailer is using LaserShip as is a shipping option - RUN. Pay more for another shipping option or don't use that retailer until they drop LaserShip altogether. Bath and Body works offered to send me replacement items at no additional cost to me and i said "That would be great as long as you use a different shipping service!" **UPDATE: Was disappointed even sooner than expected ("8:56 pm Delivery could not be completed - Unable to leave package".) How is this company still in business?! I'm prefacing this with a real-time consideration, as it's nearly 11pm on a Sunday night and I am waiting on Lasership to deliver my Ulta.com order that is still listed as "out for delivery by 8pm" tonight. I've already checked downstairs several times today just in case it was delivered but not yet marked as such. (I know, I know... Lasership has left me with exactly zero chill here.) The tracking info hasn't been updated since 8:23 this morning. But it's a Sunday night and we're still in the middle of a pandemic, so I honestly don't mind if it gets delivered tomorrow or the next day. I'm not in a rush to get the items in this order, and I also understand that final-leg couriers are often tasked with making more deliveries than is truly feasible in a single shift and may need to return the next day to complete outstanding deliveries. That is NOT the problem here--and frankly, I think it would take a real jerk to write a Yelp review complaining about conditions that are unfortunately beyond workers' say or control. That being said, prior experience tells me that I shouldn't hold my breath hoping that Lasership will successfully deliver my package. I mean, I specifically chose the slowest shipping option available in the hopes of getting USPS, FedEx, literally any carrier besides Lasership! The original ETA was for this Thursday when I placed my order, but for some reason, it got bumped up to today. I did not see any evidence of the delivery person or the package ever actually being inside my apartment building and am sure that nobody buzzed my apartment to be let in. Knowing that Lasership would be the carrier for these packages, I did everything I could think of to maximize my chances of actually receiving them in one piece: Was super on top of checking/refreshing the tracking info on Lasership's website. Preemptively checking downstairs in the lobby and around the mailbox area, just in case it was delivered without any notification being sent. I filled out a contact form via Lasership's website detailing this issue on Thursday night. I've since received two generic automated email responses assuring me someone would be in touch to resolve this issue. I'm still waiting. So, again, I'm not holding my breath here... But after two nights of my no-show orders being marked as "delivered," having waited 48 hours as the customer service rep instructed, my packages did not arrive by EOD yesterday. Lasership is the worst delivery service for Amazon.They delivery person is unconcerned about where the left the package. My front door clearly has a sign to put all packages at the 2nd door entrance. It seems that the delivery person need a course to understand English.A few times it get stolen as they leave it on the front entrance which is a heavy traffic area.One time the delivery girl really abuse me using indecent language after telling her the package say 2nd entrance.
