It was suppose to be a 2 day shipping delivery to my home and I literally called Fedex customer service and they still cannot help me with my package. Fedex customer service gave me 0 ways to help me get my package. My delivery driver is a Female named REBA. If you receive a delivery driver named REBA that looks like a hispanic female smiling. When it wasn't delivered on time or the next day, I searched tracking to find it "damaged" in Maspeth & not deliverable. I cannot get anyone to tell me what happened or the condition of it. Ordered a package through my bank to be overnighted, they claim they tried to deliver to the bank and the bank said nobody came by. The tracker said they wouldn't deliver until after the weekend. This place is just the worst, lazy drivers are always trying to "attempt" aka pretend to deliver the package and they will never even come to your door or ring your doorbell at all. No door tag was left even after the pretended "attempt". Even after you deliberately take a day off and stay at home all day waiting for your package all of a sudden you get a text saying they will "attempt to deliver" the package tomorrow because no one is at home. But he always alleges that they were left at the front porch. I now have a Ring camera and I can confirm that he is a lying S.O.B!. I have several cases of my packages being investigated . This facility needs to be shut down immediately. This is the 5th package in the past year and a half that they gave lied about delivering and did not. I suspected my 2 brand new iPhones that I ordered from Verizon were stolen by a driver and these reviews are making me feel like I may have been right. After all Verizon packaging was pretty obvious. This most recently is horrendous as I am waiting for contacts and I paid extra to get custom contacts that take days upon days to remake. The last misdelivery I had a lady call me (luckily phone number was on package) saying she lived a few blocks away and they gave her my package which seemed important. Incredibly rude and unreliable delivery people in the Williamsburg, Ridgewood, Bushwick area. Boxes are left outside when occupants aren't in. So many deliveries that I was supposed to receive from them go missing. Every time I report this, I get messages accusing me of lying. I'll go on the blind date you'd love to avoid or spend time with family members you hate. I will give footrubs for free, do your laundry, and sort your messy papers. Anything I can do to avoid coming to FedEx, I'll do it. Whenever I see the dreaded slip on my door that indicates I have to visit the facility in Maspeth I cringe. Not because its in the middle of nowhere and public transit is a crapshoot. Certainly not because there is publicized local telephone number and customer service via the 1800 number is close to clueless. It all comes down to the process: the mind numbing commute, the droves of annoyed people waiting with me, the apathetic workers, but the one killer: *no guarantee* that I may receive my package. I've been told numerous times to "come back tomorrow" after braving an hour wait, since the "truck isn't back yet." How about just have the truck redeliver it to the address? "No, the driver has attempted to deliver three times and our policy says the recipient would have to claim it." Excuse me for coming by the place too early, but since the facility is only open during certain hours I feel its justified. Beware of any time sensitive material since there is no telling if the delivery person will ring the door bell, be in constant communication with the facility, and there is no telling how long the line is on any given night. I understand customer is doing all they can (or at least that's what I tell myself each time), but there should be a better system to prevent annoyed customers from getting angrier. Real time communication with the drivers, a policy for *timely* package retrieval, and a ramped up customer service (both locally and nationally) program to address the folks who are concerned with the package. I have nothing against Maspeth. Even as a desolate hood, it deserves better than this. read more

I have a doorman in my building and said nothing had ever came from FedEx . Then the delivery guy made false update online. This is the WORST FREAKING CENTER EVER. Twice in a row my incompetent delivery driver has dropped my package off god knows where. Liam Neeson wouldn't even be able to find my damn package! The first incident my package was "supposedly" left in front of my apartment door (Which is located on the first floor, directly in front of the lobby entrance!). I was not home when it was left, so why leave it? How hard would it have been to leave a door tag? I would of gladly made the trip to pick up my merchandise. The VERY NEXT WEEK, I ordered a package and had it sent to a delivery access point but again the driver decided to do whatever the hell he/she felt like and delivered my package to my door! Why TF would you do that? Because that person has less than 1/2 a brain and lacks any type of respect for people's belongings. So every time I have an order being delivered Fedex i will have to take the day off and wait by my front door because clearly my driver doesn't care and neither does the company. If you can avoid this absolute piece of crap center or avoid using fedex in GENERAL, DO SO. You'd literally be better off flying out to the facility your order is being distributed from and intercepting it in a high speed 007 style chase. Oh! I hardly ever write negative reviews but this location earned one. My father was home all day when Fedex "attempted" to deliver my packages on November 26th and left a note on my door. And November 28th it was supposed to be held at a Walgreens for FIVE BUSINESS DAYS. I went yesterday (December 2nd - TWO BUSINESS DAYS) and they say they never got my packages. At this point I'm upset at Walgreens, but if they never got it then my frustration can only be directed towards FedEx. I check my tracking numbers today because I was going to call customer service and it says it's in Maspeth and it's being returned to sender. How? I called customer service to get this sorted out because I ordered important documents and expressed shipped these documents. The young lady explained that Maspeth staff said my address is "undeliverable" and that's the reason they are returning it to sender. How does one pay for "2 Day Express Shipping" on a package and the package arrives Sunday to this location and has been sitting there because it's "not scheduled until Tuesday" it's just freaking sitting there. First thing is they don't deliver that early, but if they did they would have been on my ring camera!!! They just do not want to do there jobs!! Look you need to get your act together. Stop allowing your drivers to lie about packages. Your driver didn't leave a dog tag or ring my bell. Just today a driver delivered me someone else package. If I didn't notice this error and have the guy come back someone in the building over wouldn't of got their package. The fact you don't deliver on a Monday for some services is completely lazy. Get your stuff together. The only time anyone wants to do anything is when a claim is filed against the company when the person receiving the package tells the original shipper what happened. You're location to pick up packages is a complete joke and getting their via MTA is damn near impossible. Not to mention the size of the box if I was able to take mass transit there. Fix the way things are soon!! I still don't know how this shipping company is in business. If I was able to get the items via the store I would so I wouldn't have to deal with shipping period. I've had excellent experiences with FedEx everywhere I've lived before--but this particular facility is a joke, and the absolute worst delivery service of all time. I got monthly "URGENT" rush shipments of extremely expensive, refrigerated, time-sensitive medication every month for three years. Out of 40 deliveries, FedEx NEVER ONCE delivered it on time. They lied repeatedly, claiming that delivery attempts were made--easy to prove, since my video intercom recorded every single person who buzzed my apartment. When they did deliver it, often 8+ hours late and sometimes the next day, they ignored the instructions written in black Sharpie in huge letters on every side of the package--to deliver it to my door. Instead, they often woudn't even ring my apartment, but would use a code or buzz someone else to get in--then leave the medication, which costs about $40k, sitting in the lobby. I have never experienced such rank incompetence, dishonesty, and rudeness from a company in my life. Finally, I convinced the pharmacy to use UPS--every shipment was on-time and delivered to my door by a friendly, English-speaking employee. Happily I no longer need the medication shipped, but... To anyone living in the delivery area served by these jokers: DO NOT USE FEDEX for deliveries under any circumstance, especially if you need something delivered undamaged, as instructed, and on-time. I do not understand why, in a competitive industry, FedEx cannot manage to run this major NYC hub well. They need to clean the slate: fire everyone responsible for any aspect of this abomination, and start fresh with some competent, polite, and honest employees. read more

If you are not picking up your package, try not to use this location for regular shipping or drop offs. I went to this location to drop off a package and had to wait at least half an hour before i gave up. The person at the front of the line had been waiting for one and a half hour to pick up their package. I went to the fedex store in forest hills instead. read more

How mysterious that one part of my package was delivered yet the other portion (which was packaged separately but marked as delivered on the same date) was missing? Looks like I'm not the only customer who has gotten their packages stolen. That, or the delivery people are too lazy to ring my bell and just leave the package outside of the building for it to get stolen! Fedex is NEVER any help when I complain and instead its the sender that needs to fix the issue when it's not even their fault.
