Absolutely awful company, delivery and customer service. I have had multiple packages stolen from the delivery driver who fakes signatures and marks the package as delivered and keeps them. Hello, This is the second time within a period of a week that I encounter delivery issues with your carrier. I am a prime recipient therefore I pay a fee to receive rapid delivery and other prime services. As per notice at 10:10pm on Sunday, September 1st you attempted to deliver my package. Per my camera footage on Vivint no delivery was ever made. This now means that I have to wait for a package that was supposed to arrive today. This is the second time that I've experienced such issue. I've called and I have addressed it. Your calls are recorded for customer service however you're not able to meet on time deliveries nor provide timely resolutions to the delivery issues at hand It's important that you address with the carrier site the issue with employees not delivering our packages. I have camera footage to prove that you never delivered to me today September 1st This is my second poor experience within a week. Your calls have an extensive wait time due to high volume which is most likely due to the poor service at hand. So.....someone in their warehouse now smells BEAUTIFUL !! On July 21 I got an email from Bath and Body works saying my order would be on its way and i got a tracking number from LaserShip. All was going well until July 23 when my package arrived at the LaserShip final servicing Facility in RIdgewood NY where it just sat. I didn't realize Final Servicing Facility meant final resting place. I emailed LaserShip customer Service on July 25 and I'll admit they were quick to respond with a standard email that they created a case and "and one of our team members will follow up with you as soon as we have more information" That was the last I heard until I received an email this morning, July 29 saying "Thank you for your inquiry regarding **. Unfortunately, Lasership is unable to confirm control of your package at this time. So that you may be promptly assisted we are deeming this package as Lost by LaserShip. Please contact your Seller for further assistance at this time. Thank you" So basically "we have no clue what happened to your stuff - get in touch with your seller - kthxbye" I'm wondering if i hadn't reached out to them last week inquiring where my package was if it would even be marked lost at all ? Or it would still be marked "sitting in warehouse somewhere?" Anyway i'm telling everyone i know that if you see an online retailer is using LaserShip as is a shipping option - RUN. Pay more for another shipping option or don't use that retailer until they drop LaserShip altogether. Bath and Body works offered to send me replacement items at no additional cost to me and i said "That would be great as long as you use a different shipping service!" **UPDATE: Was disappointed even sooner than expected ("8:56 pm Delivery could not be completed - Unable to leave package".) How is this company still in business?! I'm prefacing this with a real-time consideration, as it's nearly 11pm on a Sunday night and I am waiting on Lasership to deliver my Ulta.com order that is still listed as "out for delivery by 8pm" tonight. I've already checked downstairs several times today just in case it was delivered but not yet marked as such. (I know, I know... Lasership has left me with exactly zero chill here.) The tracking info hasn't been updated since 8:23 this morning. But it's a Sunday night and we're still in the middle of a pandemic, so I honestly don't mind if it gets delivered tomorrow or the next day. I'm not in a rush to get the items in this order, and I also understand that final-leg couriers are often tasked with making more deliveries than is truly feasible in a single shift and may need to return the next day to complete outstanding deliveries. That is NOT the problem here--and frankly, I think it would take a real jerk to write a Yelp review complaining about conditions that are unfortunately beyond workers' say or control. That being said, prior experience tells me that I shouldn't hold my breath hoping that Lasership will successfully deliver my package. I mean, I specifically chose the slowest shipping option available in the hopes of getting USPS, FedEx, literally any carrier besides Lasership! The original ETA was for this Thursday when I placed my order, but for some reason, it got bumped up to today. No delivery attempt was made, let alone completed. Knowing that Lasership would be the carrier for these packages, I did everything I could think of to maximize my chances of actually receiving them in one piece: Was super on top of checking/refreshing the tracking info on Lasership's website. Preemptively checking downstairs in the lobby and around the mailbox area, just in case it was delivered without any notification being sent. I filled out a contact form via Lasership's website detailing this issue on Thursday night. I've since received two generic automated email responses assuring me someone would be in touch to resolve this issue. I'm still waiting. So, again, I'm not holding my breath here... But after two nights of my no-show orders being marked as "delivered," having waited 48 hours as the customer service rep instructed, my packages did not arrive by EOD yesterday. According to their tracking details (see screenshot), the package was loaded to the vehicle at 11:57PM, delivered at 11:59PM and left at the front door. How can they deliver in 2 minutes? I don't live next door to their sorting center. And doing deliveries around midnight? Why would they leave the package at the front door of a high rise building with 24x7 doorman who receives deliveries? When I order something from Amazon and I see that the delivery has been assigned to Lasership, I literally get filled with with dread. They screw up almost every order they handle. Their driver left my package unsecured thrown on top of 20 mailboxes in a centralized location in my building. I received an email saying my package had been delivered with the delivery photo. I went down to get my package and it was not there. I notify this company and they performed. an " investigation" and said on their end it shows the package was delivered and I am SOL. Sure, delivered, but where? Not at my door but instead, just thrown on top of a bunch of mailboxes unsecured. Their driver was simply lazy and did not bring the package to my door where it would've been more secure. Company sucks. I have had issues in the past with packages showing "delivered" but arrived the next day. However, last week on March 4th, the status said delivered and left at the front door, but there was no package. I look at the tracking information on their website. And, it stated that the package was picked up at 7:45 pm and delivered at 7:47 pm. The worst delivery service out there. I've had 2 packages arrive in the last 10 days, delivered by lasership. Both times, the packages were tampered with (opened and retaped) and I had items missing from the packages. The first time it was rollerblades for my 8 year old nephew and the 2nd time it was sneakers for me. The delivery guy was the same both times. I have video cameras and no one touched the boxes from the time they were delivered to the time I noticed I had a deliver and went outside to get it. So unless Amazon and Nike have started shipping empty boxes, I'm clearly getting robbed by laserships delivery guy. This company is pretty terrible. Every other delivery person has managed to figure out how to call our apartment. This company even has my phone number and they can still never get in contact. They are now on their third attempt to deliver my glasses - which I am in desperate need of - and they just leave me text messages saying that they tried to deliver but failed but never call or ring my doorbell. The customer service is bare bones and doesn't do anything to help. Had I known Warby Parker uses them, I would have never purchased my glasses with Warby Parker. What can I say that already hasn't been said about lasership . Every time I see a package is being shipped by them a chill runs down my spine , between having to do an Easter egg hunt when something is delivered or having to try and figure out which house actually ended up with my package (got an order from new egg shipped by them where a neighbor got my package and opened it and wasn't going to bother bringing it over ) . They also almost every time the expected delivery day comes 95 percent of the time it will be out for delivery and last minute they have a delay .
