We've visited this Sky Zone twice since they opened, and overall my 4-year-old absolutely loves it…read more Our first visit was about three weeks ago, and we enjoyed it enough that we decided to come back last weekend for a playdate with another family. I'm leaving this review mainly because, as a business owner myself, I would want someone to let me know if something like this was happening in my business. For our first visit, I purchased the Buy 2 Tickets, Get 2 Free promotion. I accidentally selected a quantity of 2, which gave me a total of 8 tickets. That part was completely my mistake, and I figured we would just use the extra tickets with our group in our second visit. However, when we arrived, the same staff member who had helped us during our first visit told me that I still had all 8 tickets available, even though I had already used 2 tickets during our visit three weeks earlier. That made me wonder whether the tickets are actually being deducted correctly from customers' accounts. I also noticed that, unless I misunderstood the promotion, socks do not appear to be included. However, we were provided socks for me, my son, and the mom and child who came with us without being charged the first and second visit. Of course, these things were convenient for us as customers, but from a business standpoint, I wanted to mention them because if tickets and merchandise are being given out without being properly recorded, that could become a significant loss over time. The staff member was very nice to us, and this is not meant to get anyone in trouble. I just hope management sees this and can double-check the system and make sure everyone is trained consistently, especially since this location is still so new.

We booked our daughter's birthday party at Sky Zone and had a great experience overall! If you're…read morelooking for a fun party that requires very little work from the parents, I definitely recommend it. A few things to know when booking: when you call with questions, you're directed to a call center rather than the actual location. They also didn't automatically add the "Like a Boss" upgrade to my package, so I had to call to get that corrected. If you have an Elite Membership, you get 20% off your party package, which was a nice perk! There is a 10-jumper minimum. As long as you meet the minimum, they'll refund you for any additional jumpers who were booked but don't show up. The "Like a Boss" upgrade was 100% worth it! The birthday girl received a T-shirt and a pass to jump every day for 100 days. Each guest received 2-hour admission, sunglasses, socks, a water bottle, a token for an ICEE or ice cream, and a backpack. They gave the kids so much that I didn't even bother making separate goodie bags! They also allow you to bring your own food at no additional charge, which was a huge plus. Table covers, plates, and utensils were provided. For every five jumpers, you get a pizza and soda. I was actually pleasantly surprised by the pizza--it was much better than the typical "cardboard pizza" you expect at kids' party places. Our party host, Julio, was wonderful! He was friendly, professional, and made everything run smoothly. Huge shout-out to him! Check-in was also quick and easy. Our jumpers ranged from 2-6 years old, and no one wanted to leave! The only downside was that the two hours went by FAST. I wish there were an option to extend the party room time rather than just the jump time. Overall, Sky Zone made throwing a birthday party incredibly easy. The kids had a blast, the parents didn't have to do much, and you get a lot for what you pay for. 10/10! We would definitely book a party here again.

My son has been coming to the 6-9 class for the past few months, and I honestly can't say enough…read moregood things about our experience. The owners are wonderful people with strong values, and you can tell they genuinely care about every kid who walks through their doors. It's not just about learning ninja skills. They intentionally invest in the kids' character too. At the end of each class they do a short character lesson on things like humility, obedience, and other life lessons. As a parent, I really appreciate that they're helping build both confidence and character. Within just a couple of weeks, I noticed a huge difference in my son. He used to be nervous about things like the monkey bars, and now he's climbing, hanging, and excited to try new obstacles. It's been really fun to watch that confidence carry over into everyday life outside of class. My daughter also did a trial of the Sidekicks class for 2-3 year olds, and she absolutely loved it. It was the perfect mix of movement, exploration, and play for her age. Both of my kids have tried gymnastics, and while they enjoyed it, this has been a completely different experience. The classes change every week, so they're never doing the exact same thing twice. The obstacle layouts are always different, which keeps the kids engaged and excited to come back. Between the monkey bars, running walls, balance obstacles, rope swings, and everything in between, there's always a new challenge. Another thing I really like is that the kids are evaluated on their skills and can continue progressing through different levels. It gives them something to work toward while still making it all about having fun. Last thing, they have huge windows for the parents viewing area and they have a play section for the siblings. Our 3 year old daughter has fun with magnifies and blocks while her older brother is in class. If you're looking for an activity that builds confidence, challenges your kids, and keeps them moving, I'd absolutely recommend USA Ninja Challenge. We've loved being part of it.

Coach Arnoldo and Coach Dina have built this place with so much care, from the excellent student-to-teacher ratio to the way they motivate and encourage every child. We've been attending classes for several months now and couldn't be happier. It's an outstanding course for kids and a wonderful way to channel high energy into discipline, perseverance, and self-belief. The program develops agility, balance, coordination, and overall fitness, but what truly stands out is the focus on mental resilience. Kids are encouraged to try, fail, reset, and try again in a positive, supportive environment. If you're considering it, take a trial class -- you won't regret it. Highly recommend for families looking for something active, confidence-building, and genuinely fun.

The teachers meticulously plan out the sessions and they post the themes well in advance on Instagram. There are structured activities but also other toys for free play if your kiddo isn't feeling it that day. The best part is that you don't have to clean up afterward!! The location is on the second floor of the building. There's some parking right in front, but also plenty of street parking. Tri, the owner, was absolutely delightful, incredibly courteous, and more than happy to answer all of my questions. He went above and beyond by even making a banner for our guests so they knew exactly where to go--I've attached a picture! The rates are very affordable and definitely worth every penny. We had a 7-team bracket, and Tri's team was even kind enough to let us borrow their large whiteboard after seeing that we were trying to manage everything with a tiny 16x20-inch one. That small gesture made a huge difference and really showed how accommodating they are. My only suggestion would be to have more courts! We had such a great time that we definitely could have used more space. It can get pretty warm inside while playing, but thankfully, there are several AC units throughout the venue that help keep things comfortable. One thing to note: there isn't a restaurant or food bar on-site. There are several vending machines available, and there's also a nearby food lot if you need to grab something to eat. If you're planning to host an event here, I'd also recommend bringing food covers, as flies can occasionally make their way inside--and they may be just as interested in your food as your guests! Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would absolutely host another pickleball event here if I'm ever back in the area. Thank you again, Tri, for making our going-away celebration so much easier and more memorable!

Court reservations are only $28-36 per hour per court, and the membership can't be beat at just $10/month or $100/year with no initiation fee. Literally unheard of. I had so much fun playing that I wanted to have a holiday pickleball party here, and they helped make it happen even on short notice! They set up tables and coolers for us and added a cute custom sign, which made everything feel extra special. The turn out was great, overall vibes were immaculate, it was truly such a special occasion! Highly recommend everyone checking out The Dome, it's affordable, indoors & Tri (the owner) is a super friendly & cool guy. Thanks Tri for accommodating us! They enjoyed dressing up in fireman gear, playing with water, doing crafts, playing in the pretend food area, building with blocks, making bubbles, and playing outside. This place has a lot to do and we wished we could have stayed longer. Only part that is annoying is the stroller rule. If your child CAN walk, you can't take your stroller in. Weird rule for a place that caters to kids, including younger ones in that in between stage. Even cmy 4 year old gets tired more than average. And sure, my youngest can technically walk but he can't last the whole time walking. Anyway, we had fun but I felt like I couldn't fully relax.
