I got my lips done here and my nurse, Bianca, did an amazing job! The clinic is super clean and the PCCs are nice and inviting. I came in a little early and everyone I spoke to was pleasant. I numbed my lips for 30 minutes before Bianca started injecting. The pain was probably a 2.5/10. I have tattoos and those are way more painful. No pain, no gain right?! I got the cool sculpting procedure for under my chin. The front office staff was ok, they were on their phones and I had to walk up to them to be greeted. My technician was nice and explained the procedure. Afterwards, they seemed like they couldn't care less... not follow up appointment or anything. It felt like they just wanted my money. Overall I felt the procedure didn't do anything because under my chin looks the same and I paid almost $1k. Waste of money honestly. Overall would not recommend this place. I got 2 sessions for cool sculpting and I decided not to get the second round they stated they would have a manager call me to not charge my credit card for second round since I was not wanting to have done. No one called I left multiple voicemails and called corporate in which a supervisor was to call me back to assist me no one ever did. This company has a breakdown somewhere on who is supposed to handle such a simple issue. I feel as if they purposely do not want to resolve anything but push you off to the next person. The service was not great and the staff is every dismissive and unhelpful. I'm upset I've been left in debt by such a easy fix. I didn't have to service so I shouldn't of been charged. I would give them 0 starts if that is an option. I purchased my hair removal package on July (full legs, Brazil and under arm ), the seller promised 100% hair removal from this service. during my first session the nurse told me it's only 80% hair removal. I didn't argue at least 80% is still good amount of hair , but I hated how the seller promised for 100% just so I can go ahead and purchase. 2nd treatment was 2 weeks ago ,the treatment was hurting alot more than 1st session , I told the nurse it is so painful she just stopped for seconds and continued with out lowering the settings. for 3 days I felt pain and discomfort while am at work specially in Brazilian area . I start seeing dark skin in my under wear every time I go to the rest room.when I looked I noticed there is a burns all over my Brazilian area , and between my buttocks. I went immediately to the doctor she documented it as a 2nd degree burn, ulcers and somd openings on the skin .it was very hard to take care of area like this and prevent it from any infections. I called laseraway I told them about what happened. they told me use Vaseline and cortisone and the will send me email with protocol .I waited all day and 2nd day never sent any email . I drove after work so I can show them what they did and get the aftercare protocol. I told them sorry I can not continue the treatments,iam Fitz 6 and my skin keloid really bad , so this will be scars for life .I asked them for full refund , the Manger called me and she refused to give me the full refund . they charged me 8 sessions for $3600 , she took a more $1000 for 2 session , when I asked her why she said u decided to stop sessions. I was upset I told her do u want me to get burns and be on pain every session. no sorry I already have scars for life . I'm surprised by reading the negative comments with LaserAway because for me the experience has been 10/10. I'm doing Brazilian and under arms. With my first treatment I could see the difference in my hair growth. I'm getting ready for my last treatment and for me they removed about 95% of my hair. I'm completely satisfied with my treatments. No burns no issues. It's is painful but they will lower setting for your comfort level. I have done laser in 3 different companies/spas in SA with absolutely no results. LaserAway WORKS! If you're feeling hesitant please don't. I had a different RN every time with no issues. I went to this location at La Cantera for Xeomin. This is a type of Botox offered at their location. I was running a few minutes and the staff was very gracious and still held my appointment time for me. The atmosphere is clean and spacious. The ladies working there greeted with friendly smiles. The RN who assisted me was very knowledgeable and answered all my concerning questions. She made me feel relaxed since this was my first time getting Xeomin. The whole process took less than 30 minutes and I left feeling very good about my decision with Xeomin and I'm currently seeking other treatments laseraway offers. They have RNs who do the treatments, not just laser certified techs, which made me way more comfortable with my existing health issues. When I called for a treatment the rep told me I would get it for half off. Well, that wasn't true. I called to talk to a supervisor and instead had to talk to her(she's located in California). Not only did she gaslight me, I asked for a refund and it still has not been refunded. She said it was refunded on 9/29 and here we are, waiting for funds. She fully answered all my questions, patiently explaining all options. Antonia listened for what I was after and made spot on recommendations. The pricing is average to slightly above IMHO. There are many price breaks for certain specific treatments and Antonia was very knowledgeable of them and offered any relevant price breaks that she could. I felt like she had my best interest at heart and I felt like she was working for me and not LaserAway. Lol. Also, a man not wanting to look "over-done," the cheerful Angela C. did a terrific Botox Tx for me. I am very happy so far. I liked her laid back process and I didn't feel rushed at all. Getting the works done here! Practically half my body is going to be hairless when I'm done with my treatments :) everyone here is so friendly! The second treatment I went to, the laser hurt quite a bit more than the first, but the gal doing it let me take small breaks whenever I needed it. She also gave me some creams to apply afterwards. Next treatment, I'm going to shave day of instead of day before and see if that makes it hurt less. Super excited to not have to shave anymore! Would recommend this place for sure! I'm giving this place a 1 and the only reason it's that high is bc I can't do zero. I was drawn into this process with a buy 1 get a smaller area "free" and the promise of being "hair free" and thousands of dollars later I'm super disappointed in the results. They had a tech work on me for my bikini area and underarms and the first 4 sessions I got ZERO results, the new tech realized the first had me on the wrong settings so I basically started at square 1 with my 5th treatment. By the end of my 8th I had probably 50% of my hair still, so they gave me two more treatments for free which I appreciated but after 4 that didn't do anything I'm still basically two behind. So after spending thousands of dollars and a ton of time I'm left still needing to shave and having to consider going someplace else and spending more money bc of negligence on the part of an employee they hired. the staff were all nice and professional. additionally, this was my first treatment on the Clear and Brilliant laser. i have some semi deep acne scars that I have yet to really see much improvement like I thought I might. there's some minor texture improvement on some of my more shallow scars, but I suppose consecutiv treatments may render better results in time too. so far I can't give this laser a 5 star rating though. read more
