My new go to place for botox and laser hair removal. They are excellent in explaining all their procedures. They offer different packages. Best of all, they have a short wait time on your appointments. Ask for Roxy Garza and she can customize a treatment plan for you. read more

Buyer beware! This place relies on unprofessional behavior and unscrupulous sales tactics. They are incredibly aggressive and persuasive when pushing package discounts to get your money, but the customer service disappears immediately after. Their cancellation and refund process is a complete nightmare to deal with. Do not fall for the sales pitch--I would not recommend them to anyone. read more

I'd give 0 stars if I could!! Do NOT waste your money at any of these locations. First off, their sales reps are very pushy and money gougers! Not only did I spend thousands of dollars on facial treatments being told I would see results after one, maybe two but AFTER FOUR SAW NOTHING! I was pressured into completing my treatments, i also had no other choice since I couldn't get my refund. If you're thinking about getting anything done here, think twice. Sincerely, very disappointed read more

I've been going to my laser hair appointments for about 5 months now with about 5 sessions and needless to say I am very happy with the results I 100% recommend LaserAway and in the future I will definitely be using their services read more

I got my lips done here and my nurse, Bianca, did an amazing job! The clinic is super clean and the PCCs are nice and inviting. I came in a little early and everyone I spoke to was pleasant. I numbed my lips for 30 minutes before Bianca started injecting. The pain was probably a 2.5/10. I have tattoos and those are way more painful. No pain, no gain right?! (I will say, I have a high pain tolerance though haha). 10/10 would definitely recommend :) read more

I appreciate the feedback from customer service and after I complained, they did try to make it right with adding a facial treatment and one laser treatment, but overall the success of my laser hair removal has not been comparable to the results from Milan. read more

I got the cool sculpting procedure for under my chin. The front office staff was ok, they were on their phones and I had to walk up to them to be greeted. My technician was nice and explained the procedure. Afterwards, they seemed like they couldn't care less... not follow up appointment or anything. It felt like they just wanted my money. Overall I felt the procedure didn't do anything because under my chin looks the same and I paid almost $1k. Waste of money honestly. Overall would not recommend this place. I would rate 1 star but the technician helped bump it up to 2 stars. read more

I got 2 sessions for cool sculpting and I decided not to get the second round they stated they would have a manager call me to not charge my credit card for second round since I was not wanting to have done. No one called I left multiple voicemails and called corporate in which a supervisor was to call me back to assist me no one ever did. This company has a breakdown somewhere on who is supposed to handle such a simple issue. I feel as if they purposely do not want to resolve anything but push you off to the next person. The service was not great and the staff is every dismissive and unhelpful. I'm upset I've been left in debt by such a easy fix. I didn't have to service so I shouldn't of been charged. This is not how you do business if anything I could of used that money for another treatment or figured out a solution. So be aware what you buy into here. read more

*edit to business response. No need, I believe I blocked numbers. I received a random text addressed to male name, not my name. I texted "stop" per instructions on text to opt out & they then called me. I blocked the phone number. A bit later I received another call & text from different phone number about their services. I never filled out any form or requested contact. read more

I notified la cantera store that a large sum I was billed for in Dec was not mine and to refund it and cancel the credit card .the services were unused.went in person in March and they told me I needed a police report for the refund.did but they gave me bad number to call Brian back . still no refund on unused.stay away from these people . read more

I had a very great experience with the staff and nurses at Laser Away not only was Stephanie RN was patient with me, but also personable and knowledgeable. After she answered my questions and provided additional information, I knew what to expect and also what to do to have the best results. I see a significant difference after my first treatment can't wait to complete the whole series. read more

I would give them 0 starts if that is an option. I purchased my hair removal package on July (full legs, Brazil and under arm ), the seller promised 100% hair removal from this service. during my first session the nurse told me it's only 80% hair removal. I didn't argue at least 80% is still good amount of hair , but I hated how the seller promised for 100% just so I can go ahead and purchase. 2nd treatment was 2 weeks ago ,the treatment was hurting alot more than 1st session , I told the nurse it is so painful she just stopped for seconds and continued with out lowering the settings. for 3 days I felt pain and discomfort while am at work specially in Brazilian area . I start seeing dark skin in my under wear every time I go to the rest room.when I looked I noticed there is a burns all over my Brazilian area , and between my buttocks. I went immediately to the doctor she documented it as a 2nd degree burn, ulcers and somd openings on the skin .it was very hard to take care of area like this and prevent it from any infections. I called laseraway I told them about what happened. they told me use Vaseline and cortisone and the will send me email with protocol .I waited all day and 2nd day never sent any email . I drove after work so I can show them what they did and get the aftercare protocol. I told them sorry I can not continue the treatments, iam Fitz 6 and my skin keloid really bad , so this will be scars for life .I asked them for full refund , the Manger called me and she refused to give me the full refund . they charged me 8 sessions for $3600 , she took a more $1000 for 2 session , when I asked her why she said u decided to stop sessions. I was upset I told her do u want me to get burns and be on pain every session. no sorry I already have scars for life . Now I am waiting for my refund .and talking to attorney to solve this issue . read more

I love this place. I'm doing laser hair removal so I go pretty much once every month. The girls in the front are lovely and always in a good mood. So far I've had three different technicians do my laser hair removal and I LOVED all of them. They are courteous super sweet and knowledgeable. I have already recommended two of my friends to go there. read more

I'm surprised by reading the negative comments with LaserAway because for me the experience has been 10/10. I'm doing Brazilian and under arms. With my first treatment I could see the difference in my hair growth. I'm getting ready for my last treatment and for me they removed about 95% of my hair. I'm completely satisfied with my treatments. No burns no issues. It's is painful but they will lower setting for your comfort level. I have done laser in 3 different companies/spas in SA with absolutely no results. LaserAway WORKS! If you're feeling hesitant please don't. I had a different RN every time with no issues. I'm planning to try thermage for my next treatment. read more

I went to this location at La Cantera for Xeomin. This is a type of Botox offered at their location. I was running a few minutes and the staff was very gracious and still held my appointment time for me. The atmosphere is clean and spacious. The ladies working there greeted with friendly smiles. The RN who assisted me was very knowledgeable and answered all my concerning questions. She made me feel relaxed since this was my first time getting Xeomin. The whole process took less than 30 minutes and I left feeling very good about my decision with Xeomin and I'm currently seeking other treatments laseraway offers. I definitely recommend this location for all enhancements. read more

I can't say enough good things about this place. I'm getting laser hair removal on my underarms and Brazilian and the staff was so helpful and knowledgeable when it came to all my questions. I am already very happy with my results. read more

I looked for multiple locations in SA to get laser hair removal (full brazilian) and I'm so glad I went with LaserAway. They have RNs who do the treatments, not just laser certified techs, which made me way more comfortable with my existing health issues. You also have a consult with a nurse practitioner before your first treatment so they properly asses you. Wynter is my RN who treats me and she is absolutely amazing. She will talk you through your whole session or let you be quiet and squeeze the stress ball LOL ! If you decide to go here please ask for Wynter and you will not be disappointed ! Everyone is so sweet and professional. read more

When I called for a treatment the rep told me I would get it for half off. Well, that wasn't true. I called to talk to a supervisor and instead had to talk to her(she's located in California). Not only did she gaslight me, I asked for a refund and it still has not been refunded. She said it was refunded on 9/29 and here we are, waiting for funds. Most unprofessional business I have come across. I asked to speak to a manager or director about 5 times now and have been told I would get a call back. Nope. Next steps might have to be something more than a review as I have no clue where the funds are and I can speak to management. read more

I was pretty nervous for laser hair removal (since it's my first time), but they were all so nice and welcoming they just made my experience way more comfortable. They were all nice and polite. I was immediately acknowledged and greeted as soon as I walked in. They all seemed very knowledgeable and answered all my doubts and concerns. The place looked very nice and clean. The service was very fast and the lady was very caring and gentle. I would totally recommend it. read more

My LaserAway COOL SCULPTING procedure was a HUGE WASTE OF MONEY! I am extremely sad and disappointed by my experience with laseraway... from the results of my treatment to the lack of customer support. I've been working out, dieting and losing weight correctly but my cool sculpting made my stomach lumpy and disfigured. And laseraway wouldn't even call me back to reschedule my remaining credits. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - HUGE WASTE OF MONEY!!! read more

I'm giving 5 stars due to my terrific experience at the Union street clinic today. I came a bit early and was warmly greeted by Antonia. She fully answered all my questions, patiently explaining all options. Antonia listened for what I was after and made spot on recommendations. The pricing is average to slightly above IMHO. There are many price breaks for certain specific treatments and Antonia was very knowledgeable of them and offered any relevant price breaks that she could. I felt like she had my best interest at heart and I felt like she was working for me and not LaserAway. Lol. Also, a man not wanting to look "over-done," the cheerful Angela C. did a terrific Botox Tx for me. I am very happy so far. I liked her laid back process and I didn't feel rushed at all. Thanks for that!. I feel motivated in continuing my efforts for a healthier look that matches my lifestyle. 5 stars is a top rating - being nice, having a passion for what they provide, thoroughly knowledgeable, and cleanliness goes a long way in my book. A well deserved 5 stars. read more

I recommend laser away to everyone they're very friendly and helpful and the treatments very effective

Excellent! Today was my final appointment at LaserAway and they did not disappoint. The patient coordinators always make sure to provide the best times available for my schedule and rearrange schedules for my preferred nurse Ms. Allison. Patient coordinators Yari and Chelsea had already arranged for me to be with Ms. Allison before I even requested it upon my arrival today. Ms Allison is very gentle and makes sure that I am comfortable. The results are amazing and I am so glad I invested in myself and my hairfree life. read more

I arrived at 4:15 pm for my 4pm appointment and didn't see anyone get in before me, to then have one the receptionist they already have the machines occupied because "you were late". Granted it was partly my fault for using the max allowed for being considered late, but: 1. Not the way to relay that i formation and 2. Especially that my appointment was already a reschedule because of THEIR fault of not actually putting me on the record after verbally confirming only a week prior. Disappointing for such an expensive experience... read more

My consult was fast and the lady helping me was super knowledgeable and made the process easy and enjoyable. I came in for my first appointment and was nervous but everyone was super nice and made me feel comfortable. Bianca was my nurse and she was amazing she made sure I was okay the entire time, made sure I didn't need a break and made sure I was informed and knew what was happening at all times as well as what to do when I left. I would really recommend this place I am so excited for my results! read more

Getting the works done here! Practically half my body is going to be hairless when I'm done with my treatments :) everyone here is so friendly! The second treatment I went to, the laser hurt quite a bit more than the first, but the gal doing it let me take small breaks whenever I needed it. She also gave me some creams to apply afterwards. Next treatment, I'm going to shave day of instead of day before and see if that makes it hurt less. Super excited to not have to shave anymore! Would recommend this place for sure! Also, the gals operating the laser are RNs so they know wassup! read more

I'm giving this place a 1 and the only reason it's that high is bc I can't do zero. I was drawn into this process with a buy 1 get a smaller area "free" and the promise of being "hair free" and thousands of dollars later I'm super disappointed in the results. They had a tech work on me for my bikini area and underarms and the first 4 sessions I got ZERO results, the new tech realized the first had me on the wrong settings so I basically started at square 1 with my 5th treatment. By the end of my 8th I had probably 50% of my hair still, so they gave me two more treatments for free which I appreciated but after 4 that didn't do anything I'm still basically two behind. So after spending thousands of dollars and a ton of time I'm left still needing to shave and having to consider going someplace else and spending more money bc of negligence on the part of an employee they hired. Save your money and go someplace else. read more

the staff were all nice and professional. additionally, this was my first treatment on the Clear and Brilliant laser. i have some semi deep acne scars that I have yet to really see much improvement like I thought I might. there's some minor texture improvement on some of my more shallow scars, but I suppose consecutiv treatments may render better results in time too. so far I can't give this laser a 5 star rating though. read more
