The communication here is disorganized at best, negligent at worst. After multiple calls about a prescription that was never sent to the pharmacy, I finally discovered the wrong medication had been submitted entirely. In cardiology, where medication errors can have life-threatening consequences, this is a massive red flag. The lack of urgency or concern from staff made it even worse--no one seemed to care. We were told that a CT scan was "urgent," yet the imaging center attempted multiple times to get clinical notes from the provider's office and received nothing. I personally called to request the notes and never got them. Eventually, I had to take time off work to physically go to the office just to get the documentation--two weeks after being told this was time-sensitive. By the time the imaging center got what they needed, services were denied by insurance. Even then, I was told the provider's office would send an appeal. Every time I called to follow up, the staff sounded annoyed and uninterested, eventually telling me, "If it's that urgent, you can call insurance yourself." That level of disregard is unacceptable, especially from a cardiology practice. The entire process has been a constant runaround with no accountability. Cardiology is a delicate and critical field, and it should be treated with the utmost care. Sadly, my experience showed the exact opposite.

The room felt like it was around 85 degrees. I even stepped out and looked around, expecting someone to at least acknowledge me. No one did. Despite their posted hours being 8:00 to 5:00, I was met with a voicemail saying they were closed. That, in itself, says a lot. Shame on the firm (Thrive), for screening their reviews to make them look good. There a multiple lawsuits against this LLC AND ITS subsidiary components. I had cardiac cath scheduled; specifically waited almost a week to be assured of having this done by Heuser personally. I found myself sedated in cath lab with procedure being attempted by 2 doctors I had never seen or heard of before. Evidently, Heuser left on personal matter. Rather than rescheduling procedure, he left me me these subs. They proceeded to muff the procedure and finally abandoned the cath mid procedure without accomplishing anything. Cath lab was in absolute chaos, and I had to hear all this, since I was just under local sedation. I cannot recommend these folks at all with possible exception of being assured that Heuser actually in charge of every conceivable aspect. And be sure friend or relative is actually there to assure Heuser himself in charge.. Be prepared for abrupt cancellation of appt.
