I have to say, this company came with the lowest complete price and could complete the work quickly. They did not have an extensive inventory as compared to many of their competitors, but they had a selection I was very happy with. I dealt with their location in Ashland Va. I purchased a waterfall affect for my kitchen island. Looks amazing, but has some separation between the top and the side panels...I've been waiting for 2 month for it to be addressed. I referred them to friends who are completing large projects now and in the future. This is a well respected businessman who has several contracts with the City of Richmond. I was extremely dissatisfied to learn that two measuring appointments were missed with no call or decent explanation. They have unfortunately fallen into the unreliable and unprofessional category. Yennifer was extremely professional and friendly from the time I walked into the store in Ashland. It seemed a little small from the road, but I gave it a try. I was looking for nice granite at a reasonable price, and she delivered. She took a sample white cabinet door from the store, out to the granite lot, so we could see how the different granite slabs looked with my cabinet color. (No one else at the other granite places bothered to do this- most of them sent me out to their granite lot to look around by myself, with no help regarding prices or availability). We found a stunning black with blue granite, for a very reasonable price. She was able to locate a larger piece in their Lorton VA warehouse, and she worked up the details and gave me the price right then and there. The granite would be fabricated right there in the Ashland facility. (This was so much better than the other places I went, where the granite slabs were in one location, (with no prices- only categories of A (high price), B, (medium price) and C ( low price)- but not the actual price. I would write down the id # of the 3 or 4 that I liked, then that store would send my choices to a fabricator at a different location, who would then give me his price to fabricate the granite. Different fabricators will do the same work for different prices). It would take well over a week at times to just get a response from a fabricator. From the time I selected the granite slab, to the time it was fabricated and installed was about 2- 3 weeks. Amazing. And my house was out of town- about 70 miles from Ashland. So they also had to send someone out there to measure the countertop area to be sure of the accuracy of my drawings. And they still got it done, and brought the finished granite out, and installed it, and it looks wonderful. I would definitely use them again, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for professional service, reasonable prices, and quick turnaround time. read more

Antonio was great. They were able to let me pick out the stone at a warehouse they do business with. It was dropped off at Antonio's shop. His guys cut it and were installing it just a couple days later. I was even told to find a bigger slab so that my cocst would go down. they were able to measure out an 8' island and 3 other counter tops pcs from the same slab and even put a small arch on the front of the counter. The instation was top notch as well. The did a fantastic job. Please give them a call if you need counters. read more
