So off to yelp I go to find a replacement. I came across Show and Tell on a Monday. Lindsey and I had a couple of exchanges via email where I explained the vision. While they didn't have a jersey, they did have a shirt and so be it. She was able to print and have it ready for me by Thursday. They even referred me to an excellent vendor to help me with the custom PJ pants. I was in a bind because I had ordered custom pajamas for my work party contest off of Amazon. After paying a $100 additional fee to be guaranteed on time delivery from that vendor, they gaslit me for weeks before finally admitted they lost my order. It was just days before my work event and I was left with nothing that I had ordered or paid for. I contacted these guys through Yelp and they were fast to respond and gave a very fair quote for the work. Called to speak with the owner, Jennifer, about my order, and three things to note:…read more1. They don't conduct a quality control when printing. All they do is tell you if your image is good enough to print. 2. They do not care nor take responsibility if the proof they send you is actually what is printed on your item. 3. They do not do refunds for their mistakes because they don't know what the printer is going to print until after it prints. 4. Their response to my review is not true--when I spoke with Barbara in-person prior to printing, all she told me was that the original image I sent was low DPI and to send her a new one and provide her with the font name so she can re-type as needed, otherwise, the image and text will print blurry. That's it. I was not informed of any potential issues with the printer not printing exactly to the proof nor that there would be parts of my image missing entirely. Save your money and go elsewhere to a business that actually cares about their quality of work and customer satisfaction.
