Doesn't seem like anything special on paper...but it was legit the best salmon bagel I've had. I only knocked off one star because there were ants crawling around and some flies were in the store. Since we sat near the fryer, it was the perfect opportunity to watch them swirl around the dough in hot oil to make their spiral shaped churros. The plate of torn up churros was delivered hot and a little greasy. The dipping chocolate was smooth and just coated our churros as the must have side. However the churros were a little more oily than I preferred. Our montaditos came last and were right sized for us. Bread was grilled and a little crisp with generous tuna or jamon inside. It was a nice counter to our churros. Overall reasonable prices and lively spot for a quick meal or just churros.

Bar tender to the rescue explaining that if I waited he was pretty sure someone would leave soon and I could order a drink while I waited. I ordered a sangria and also inquired about food but was told that I need to have an actual seat in order to order food. After nursing my drink for about 20 mins when I was about to pay and head out to find somewhere else to eat, a spot finally opened up and I was treated to the most delicious steak and potatoes and zucchini tapas. This had to be one of the most delicious things I have eaten on this vacation. When I finally vacated my seat to save a pair of new arrivals, there was a line outside of people waiting for the opportunity to eat here. I might chance it again before I leave Seville. That exact situation occurred when I visited Torch Coffee Roasters. When the barista saw I was about to snap a picture, he asked me if he could redo it. I compromised. I did not get another drink because I did not want to waste the one I got. However, I agreed to take a picture of his next latte for another customer so I had a more representative example of his skills. In terms of my latte, the presentation was subpar but the substance was very good. The texture was smooth and the taste had no hint of bitterness. Torch Coffee Roasters also had the most space of the coffee shops I tried in Seville. Accordingly, definitely get the latte to stay if you are not in a rush. The latte art is excellent if you do.
