Clean, fantastic service, delicious authentic Mexican food! We will definitely be back.

I don't usually leave negative reviews and this one is purely based on the food. Service was good. The restaurant appeared to be clean at least what I saw. Had the enchilada suizas and once you scraped off the half a quart of melted oily cheese, they were good. my dinner partner had the big enchilada also covered in canned cheese that's completely unnecessary. let your cooking stand on its own and don't bury it in gross cheese. read more

The worst tasting Mexican food ! A $70 order. 1 full and 1 1/2 orders of a supreme steak nachos . 4 hard and 3 soft supreme tacos. And the soggiest and most tasteless meal of the year. We'll never go back! The cheapest corn tortillas for the nachos too. How about ask us if we wanted flour tortillas instead? Yuk. ℹ cannot express myself enough without being plain rude, so I'll stop. Food was terrible I ordered the fajita nachos and the chips where stale the service was crap the waitress never filled our drinks. Once we got there I realized that they had failed their health inspection with a 62. This is not the first time I will not be going back. read more

The tacos never disappoint, as this is our Taco Tuesday spot and it is extra special being in the neighborhood. We only order the crunchy tacos, however, the rice and beans, guacamole are not to be missed. read more

My stomach wasnt feeling good today so a coworker of mine recommended Mexican. Well, they were right. Also, I had a bad week and been stressed out so for my mentality I got margarita. I stay on a ketogenic diet most of the time. Tonight I needed a break and we came here. We really like this particular las mas. We pulled and the parking lot was packed and we almost left but decided it was worth it. The place was packed but we got a seat immediately. It took us a few minutes to get our chips but we got them and quickly got our order. As we left my wife talked to an employee and they said that they only had three serves tonight and the crowd wasn't expected. Our server was amazing and was working his tail off. We tipped him well and I highly recommend giving this location a try. read more

The service and food were okay. I did find it humorous that they claim to be authentic but the first item on the menu is egg rolls. The main reason I gave it a three star rating is that the entire place was filled with loud trailer park residents who smelled badly and the host decided to sit them directly next to me. Also a very large waiter ran into my seat while he was walking by, which made me spill my drink. He didn't even bother to acknowledge he did this much less apologize. So to sum it up the food is okay not great and the atmosphere is poor. Also it's the only Mexican establishment I have ever been too that didn't have even one Mexican working there. Huh? read more

We love this place. It's one of our go to Mexican restaurants places in Cleveland. We absolutely love some of the staff here and have come to know them well as "regulars". (Hey, Mario!) The food is good, most of the time, but honestly it's a hit or miss. We love coming here because they'll swap out corn chips with flour chips at no extra charge. Sometimes they're yummy, sometimes they're cold. Beer is a little more expensive than other Mexican restaurants, but still a much better price than area American restaurants. I've occasionally gotten the bottom of the barrel, but they've always exchanged it without a problem. Las Mas boasts some nice visual improvements. They've upgraded the bar area, nestled in the back of the restaurant. This is a great place to enjoy drinks with friends cantina style, separate from the rest of the restaurant. Summary/Short Version: Las Mas would be 5 stars with better beer prices, and more consistently fresh food. (Flour chips!). We love the staff and roomy area; also great for big crowds. Overall, a good bar, I am sure they have great drinks just from the look, although at lunch i did not order any. Typical Mexican menu and the food i ordered was good The negative for me is the first thing you get. The Chips for salsa are very thin compared to most places, even too thin. The break easily trying to did the salsa out. Not a fan of the salty thin style. The normal Salsa is hotter than most other places but you can ask for a no spice version. But I found that too far the other direction and with little taste. read more

Respectable Mexican that is close to the interstate and quite cheap for lunch. The chimichanga was missing its green pepper (so hardly authentic) but it tasted good anyway. I wouldn't go out of the way for this, but since it is nice and close to I-75, you won't have to. read more

Great family place. This place is decorated with great mexican traditional paintings and pieces of art. They have about 3 dinning areas and 2 bars with flat screens tvs and even a fireplace and sunroom. Bathrooms are great ans clean. The service is always great in my book and they remember you and treat you as a regular. Love some dishes here...some of my favorites are steak or chicken loco but my all time go to dish is pollo palapa!! love this dish and you can get it in half lunch portion as well as dinner. I have never had to wait to be seated and they can do speedy service if need be. Great weekly daily deals on drinks and beer. Just visiting for the weekend... my fiancé and I had a taste for Mexican and a good margarita.. read the reviews and thought this was the spot to be... Negative... in fact I'm so confused by the reviews... I just don't get the hype..the margarita was in a small plastic cup, and it was far from what a margarita should taste like and the food.. ill just say, maybe you have to be a local to appreciate the spot, but for us it was a waste of time and money... maybe if they would have had the live band as advertised it would have helped out a little... I'd give it to the server, she was nice, so was the chips and salsa. read more

THERE'S NO NEED TO READ THIS REVIEW IF YOU ONLY ORDER CHICKEN AND RICE WITH MELTED CHEESE!!!**** Arguably the best "American Mex" in Cleveland. Been dining here for years. With so many similar options in town, "Las Mas" separates itself with consistency, even between locations. The salsa is definitely more flavorful here compared to many local places which just taste like sweet tomato sauce. A small amount of spice and cilantro help make it stand out. Without a doubt the 2 stars of the menu are Enchilada Suizas and Palapa. While living in Houston I tried every version of Suizas I could but nothing has yet to beat it. It should be stated however that the spice level of the dish changes drastically between days presumably due to different cooks, so if your spice tolerance is low it may be best to stay away. At the end of day, this is where we take out of towners to represent our local Mexican restaraunt due to consistent service and food quality. read more

I am from Texas and still trying to find good Mexican food here. Well so far this place is it. Very tasty, price was good, and waiter was attentive. My drink never went empty. Cheese dip was white cheese as usual up here but good. Salsa was spicy, cold and decent. The Cons: the owner decides to conduct a Spanish interview in the booth behind me and he was loud. Couldn't enjoy my food with all that talking. The second was my waiter had to take a restroom break and didn't find anyone to relieve him except the toilet leading to me waiting an extra 15 mins for a ticket and a to go box. Bravo for having carbonated soda water for my vodka tonic!!!! The struggle is real whenever you go to a bar and order vodka/ soda, it's always flat and disgusting! I got some giant burrito that was legitimately the size of my forearm! I didn't love it but I wasn't really there to eat. But 4 stars for the vodka soda lol. read more

This restaurant posts on the door that their servers and staff will not wear masks during this pandemic. ?!?Beyond that, our server seemed less than apt in his duties. For example we witnessed him eating in the back of the restaurant. He ate with his fingers and did not wash his hands before visiting the next table. Later, he took our drinks to refill them. When he brought them back he gave us the wrong one. We asked him if he switched the glasses, and he shrugged, grinned, then switched them again in front of us. Sadly disappointed in this place. Had good reviews when I found them on yelp so we were super excited! We were sat right away, waiter came right away, eventually drinks were delivered, and eventually we ordered our food. 45 mins + we had to tell the waiter, would told us after about 40 minutes of waiting that "the kitchen was running behind" and gave us complementary cheese dip, that we needed our food in Togo boxes. He agreed and apologized. Our food was brought to us in plates with the server wearing gloves as of the plates were too hot to the touch.. they were not. So we again asked for Togo boxes. Took a bite of my steak fajita quesadilla, barley warm, and not tasty at all. I will never be back to this restaurant. I would give it 0 stars but that's not an option. read more

The food was okay if you could deal with the terrible service! We waited for 20 minutes to get chips, I had to get up and find straws cause our waitress was nowhere to be found. Items that were supposed to come with the meal, we had to ask for like tortilla and some like rice we just gave up. After I spoke to the manager he complained about a person having to leave....you are the manager and one person leaving should not disrupt your whole crew, plus this is not my problem!!! I was disappointed he took only $3 off my $50 bill as it took one hour to just get food. I would not recommend going to this place and please find one that actually can work a half filled placed. Excellent food! Great find after a long day of traveling. Don't miss this delicious stop. Fajitas and carnitas were great. Try the guacamole with their homemade chips and salsa, can't go wrong. Salsa has an after bite, but you can't stop eating. The service was fine. The food,,,,, a VERY watered down version of Mexican food. I imagine that the people that work there eat better in the back than the patrons. So very bland and that is not what it should be. I came from Southern Ca and it was great food there. Using store bought Taco shells and chips????? Gross. Here it is not worth going out for. Not sure how it is inside but don't order take out. Got fajitas and a margarita taco salad and the shrimp had no flavor tasted just like the rest of the food which defeats the purpose of getting shrimp on top of that the taco salad was put in aluminum foil only . You would think they would but it in some kind of container but no it was just put in foil and had been punctured and leaked all over everything else..prob not going here again even inside, i mean its common sense to not put that type of food in foil.. read more
