The most affordable and delicious Mexican food around. In my top 5, FOR SURE! Always fresh, quick service, it's a market with delicious homemade food-served all day. It's nice to occasionally catch vendors outside, even when there's food served inside this Market is so generous to allow others to share their DELICIOUS homemade food. So affordable and generous read more

I was so excited to go buy their long chicharron with meat and I got all fat, disgusting. Never going there again. Service was also terrible, guy didn't let me choose the pieces of chicharron from the full display, these were leftovers. read more

Every time I get a burrito there, they always get my order wrong. Idk why they ask you what you want if they end up giving you what they want. I asked for chicken supreme burrito with salsa roja. They gave me a regular burrito with no salsa and to top it off de asada. The kitchen staff always has the crappiest mood. I only love how fast they are at check out read more

Best asada plates in the area!! Fast and the service is fast. The food there doesn't miss!

Tacos, burritos, and tortas oh my! Don't sleep on this hidden gem off of Hall Road. You won't be disappointed. This appears to be a family run store that provides a great service for their community serving locals only food and giving you quality options for produce and meats. If you want a plate of carnitas and beans and rice, no problem. They have fresh pan dulce and cafe. But when I went to look at adult beverages I saw a great selection of craft and Mexican lagers. What a pleasant surprise. Pick up some Bimbo pan on the way out. They take cash, debit or credit. You might need to brush up on your Spanish but don't worry the staff will help you. Great little spot with local vibes. I got a very tasty burrito (regular) and torta. If you want it spicy ask for salsa picante. Great little spot on a busy local road from Pajaro and Prunedale. read more

These people have no clue whatsoever what hygiene and food safety is. As I was standing there waiting for the cook to prepare the quesadilla I had ordered, a tall robust unattractive woman wearing glasses comes behind me and starts sweeping the floor...not in a gentle smooth way, but doing a flicking motion with the broom, pushing the dirt TOWARDS!!! the food section...??? Imagine all that dust landing on the food that myself and other unsuspecting customers were eating this morning...yuck!!! I am NOT coming back to this nasty place. If they do something like this right in front of customers, I can only imagine what else they are doing behind closed doors when they're preparing the food. YUCK!!! YUCK!!! YUCK!!! ZERO STARS!!! read more

Cute little Mexican Market with a taqueria. Stopped in for Torta and some Tacos. Prices were very decent and the food was delicious. Portions were what you'd expect from a taqueria. Service was prompt, courteous and friendly. We had the Carne Asada, the Carnitas and took home some red fire roasted salsa that was killer! 8.2/10 read more

For roughly $8 I think it was a pretty good burrito. Good weight, lots of filling. You don't have to stick to one meat choice for your burrito. I don't know how many types of meat you're allowed to put into one burrito but I chose 2 types. I heard its unlimited. Perfect to hit the spot after if you were surfing nearby. Good drink selection in the cooler. As far as decor pretty much what you would expect a Latinocentric neighborhood market in the country to look like. No dine in seating. read more

Love the quick easy service instead of traveling into town. It's always great to come home and get something quick .

My name is Xavier Esqueda, I walk to the market every Saturday for my usual coffee and burrito run. Highly recommend.

I was told by a friend that they had the best burritos. So I stopped by to buy a couple for my wife and myself. We both thought that they were great. The deli has a great array of items. This store is always busy so you'll have to look for parking. It's worth it. read more

Great market that sells all the essentials plus hard alcohol and a taqueria ...no bathrooms available though :(

If you've ventured this far south county (or North county if you're from Monterey) you've seen this place. Great spot to buy a pinata or some crazy Mexican snacks you may not have ever even heard of. The beer selection sucks. The have a counter where you can order food. I have tried it all. Order a carne asada quesadilla if you go in there, it's the bomb. Avoid the roach coach outside, it gave me explosive digestive issues. A great place to pick up authentic Mexican food supplies, great source for dried peppers of all kinds. read more

If they weren't the ONLY store in Las Lomas, I'd give them no stars. They should really change their signs and update google. They say they're open until 9pm everyday, I got there at 8:45pm on a FRIDAY (HIGH SALES NIGHT) and they were already closed. I know it's a family owned store, but false info on google shouldn't be acceptable. Especially if it's the only store around. read more

They have the best BBQ chicken burrito of all time. Their hot food is delicious and they have a large grocery selection for a market.

This place is a good place to pick up things you probably forgot to get, or at least thats why im usually there. =) They have a good selection of groceries. Their produce is pretty inexpensive yet FRESH! The store may not look like its in great shape but it is very clean. They regularly clean the floors and the coolers and pick out the not so fresh produce from the shelves. Things to avoid: Do not buy olive oil here: they charge a grip for it! Their pan dulce is not great. Their tortilla chip selection is lame. Rush Hour! Other than that. They make for a good emergency grocery store. read more

I eat a burrito here once a week, but this place is more than that. This market is the center of local culture, is totally affordable, has pretty much whatever you might want or expect from such a market, and has the most friendly employees I have ever met at one place. The food...both their red and green salsas are excellent - the red being spicy enough for me, which is unusual. On Fridays, especially, they have the grill going outside with tasty grilled chicken, ribs, etc. In summer, you can get grilled corn. Their refried and whole pinto beans are perfect. They use lots of real, ripe avocados if you like them. Their carnitas are so, so tasty. Plus, they have daily specials, plates, sandwiches, etc. Really, this place is worth the trip. read more

Best burrito I ever had in my life, ate there multiple times a week, excellent service and price, of course the burritos were exceptional. Highly recommended! read more

Came here to get a burrito, seeing as they have pretty good reviews. I asked the lady for a asada, chicken, avocado and slight salsa only. She said she couldn't make it because it wasn't on the menu. I said, well, if it cost more that's okay, I'm paying for it and it doesn't matter what it costs, as long as it's what I asked for. Still wouldn't make it. Shitty service, and if it's a full on cooking kitchen I should get what I asked for with no hesitation. The good review's on here must be fake or employees that work tnete wrote them. This plsvd needs to have better food, better service, better everything. I will never come go back to that shit hole. read more

Las Lomas takes me back to the Border, the products that you need, nopales, hominy, salsas, and then the hot foods bar. Best hot, spicy salsa and carne asada that I have had this far North. Staff was friendly, helpful and bilingual. I will be back for the tacos soon read more

I'll keep this review very simple. 1) I go out of my off Hwy 101 on my way from the Bay to San Luis Obispo to stop here and get a Carnitas Super Burrito. 2) For $4.99, all of your Mexican food dreams are full-filled. 3) The Super Burrito has a fresh tortilla, home-made pinto beans, Mexican Queso (the good stuff), Fresh cut Avocado, Real Mexican Crema, and home made verde sauce. Add your favorite meat, and you have heaven on earth. 4) We nicknamed the burritos here "The baby" Let's keep this simple shall we. Go there. Go to the food counter, and order a super burrito with "todo" You will thank me later.... I'm willing to bet on that. Thanks for reading. read more

OK folks, I am gonna let you in on a little secret- this place has the real deal burritos. You're gonna need decent spanish while ordering- I've never heard anyone speak english in this place. The burritos are seriously good...the kind that have a collection of the orange grease when you get to the bottom. They have all meats, etc and they will make it as you like. Worth the couple miles out of the way if your on your way up or down Highway 1 and need a bite to eat. read more

This is the neighborhood market with all the Mexican foods and things that you forgot when you went to the store. This is not the place to buy stuff regularly as Save Mart or Safeway will have better prices. I'm not sure if the Mexican supermarkets are better deals or not, since I don't buy huge amounts of Mexican items. If you want to pay your PG&E bill, you can pay it here. You can also buy burritos and other tasty items. My favorites here are the adobada burritos (BBQ pork) and the lengua burritos (beef tongue). Most of the time there is someone who can take your order en inglés, but it's probably easier to order en español. It's not hard. Just say "un burrito de carne asada con todo" or "tres burritos de adobada por favor." Don't forget to grab a jamaica Jarritos soda to go with your burrito! read more

The super burritos are excellent. I do not consider myself much of a burrito enthusiast, but i have never had a burrito as good as the one from this market. Usually i get carnitas with the spicy salsa. Awesome, plus the price is under $5 which is way better then anywhere else. I stop here once a week at least! read more

My family comes here once in a while. I haven't been here for a long time. I can tell you about their food though. We've been here before for taquitos/Burritos, and to purchase carnitas and the food is very good (My husband picks it up). My dad had menudo from here recently and he says it tastes better than other places (He goes to a market at least 2 times a month for menudo). My family stops here for other things too. So there you go, My family likes this place and I like their food. One happy family. read more

what can i say about this place, only store in Royal Oaks thats family friendly and sells a ton of Mexican food goodies and sell enough grocerys to put your dinner together at a higher price if you dont feel like driving to prunedale or watsonville for cheaper deals. The elotes the lady sells outside are sold to her by my father, when in season (locally grown in Las Lomas) and the elote cup is the best $2.00 youll spend down here. Tacos are okay but for having them near us its a steal.! good stuff close home. read more

Nice little grocery store. If you need provisions and you're in the area, go here to stock up.

Amazing carne asada burrito. The supersize is $5 and large enough for two meals. The tortilla is extra chewy and delicious.
