The best authentic Mexican food! I always pass this restaurant but never tried it until now and I wish I would have tried it sooner because it is delicious! Its a family owned restaurant, small inside but wow the authenticity. I really like that they give you prices with beans and rice & w/out beans and rice. Located in the shopping center with target, Marshall's, office max off eastern Blvd.

Brought a friend from El Paso here who was in the hunt for authentic Mexican food, and she said they did damn good! The owner sat us immediately, and we had no difficulties or delays placing our order or receiving our food. The place is small, with only several tables, so we were fortunate to have gotten one for weekend lunch. Very simple place with cool decor, some accolades along the wall, and a movie on in Spanish on the TV above us. Overall it was a delicious meal, but sadly I am biased towards different enchilada flavors so it didn't totally hit the spot for me, but that is no fault of the restaurant. The rice and beans were a bit bland/lacking flavor. The chips were good but definitely not made in house, and my daughter enjoyed her quesadilla. The server went missing for a little bit of our meal, so there was a bit of delay towards the end in getting boxes and the check. I was glad my friend gave it the "authentic" approval, but my tastebuds are probably a bit more lame and would rather opt for Cafe Rio (please don't crucify me).

This has become our favorite spot, a small restaurant but very welcoming, and the food is always delicious, I think I have tried almost everything on their menu and have never been disappointed, this time I did the molletes ( beans, mozzarella, and Pico De Gallo over a soft bread) We always do the pozole it's our favorite place for pozole, I also did red enchiladas, everything is just so good, so if you want to try some good poblano food this is the spot, family-owned and served, with a family-friendly ambiance.

After a long drive we were starving. This is a small restaurant. The food tasted like home made. We loved this place . Service was great . We will return

This is my go to spot when I'm craving my grandmothers mole. The mole enchiladas are so authentically delicious. My boo got the salsa Verde chilaquiles. Apparently the egg is an up charge and not included like most traditional Mexican cuisine however, the taste was phenomenal.

Great spot for chilaquiles and mole! I was visiting and was craving chilaquiles and decided to stop by after seeing the raving reviews. The chilaquiles were with green sauce and they gave me habanero on the side. It was delicious! I also ordered an enchilada with mole and it didn't disappoint. Highly recommend this place!

The food was delicious and tasted super authentic! The owner was nice and customer service wasn't over the top but was still attentive. My favorites were the sopes and the chile relleno. I can't really handle spice so I liked that the chile relleno wasn't super spicy unless you ask them to make it spicy. Would definitely recommend, and my family and I will definitely be coming back!

We're in Las Vegas for the Fourth of July weekend. Our favorite Mexican restaurant is away from the strip. On the 215, take the Eastern off-ramp. Go south 4 blocks to a shopping mall and you'll find a small Mexican restaurant called La Cazuelas. It seats about 20 people. The people that run the place are very nice and accommodating. Today, I had 2 fish tacos. My wife had their tortilla soup and 1 fish tacos. The fish was very fresh. It was light and crunchy. Our bill was only $21.00. They also do a great chicken mole enchiladas. DJ's rating: 4.80/5.00 Would I come back? Definitely Yes.

Don't pass by this small business without trying it! If you're tired of the blah watered down nonsense you get at most places, then this is a must try! Full of flavor, fresh, and delicious. Add to that to the charming owners, and you'll definitely be back. Excuse my pic...I'd already dug in

Food was really good. It's a very small restaurant with not much ambiance, but I would recommend it. They have a lot to choose from.

Just heard they will be closing July 6, 2025 - Will you help save this beloved mom and pop shop so that we all can keep enjoying their delicious food for years to come?

We've been eating there for the past 6-7 years. It's our go-to spot anytime we want authentic Mexican food.… Read more

Are they permanently closed now? I've been trying to call the last two weeks and drove by and lights were off.

their facebook page has their current status; they closed last week due to a case of COVID-19 in the family - they mentioned they plan to be closed for 14 days to follow local policy. I believe this happened once before earlier in the pandemic.

Definitely recommend going when they first open because otherwise it doesn't matter the time or day of the week, the lines are extremely long! Love how spacious the restaurant and how organized it is! Once inside the restaurant, there are several lines and you just line up according to which meat and item you want. The longest lines are definitely the asada and adobada (pork)! Once you reach the front of the line, you just tell the staff which and how many of the item you want, as well as any customizations to it. After you get your order, you just head to the cashier line and paying is so easy and convenient! Pricing is reasonable. - Tacos, tostadas, taco aztecas - $4.12 - Sopes, quesadillas, vampiras, & mulas - $7.54. - fries with meat - $22.18+ - soft drinks - $3.31 Arrived at 11am on Sunday and it was already super crowded. Stood in the asada line for at least half an hour but the wait was so worth it! Got 3 Asada Tacos and the tortilla was so soft, hot, and fresh. It was stuffed with plenty of tender beef! The beef was packed with flavor and marinated so well! The pico de gallo was so delicious, as well as the salsa and guac. The Horchata was ok and nothing special since it wasn't made from scratch like the phenomenal tacos! Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and my food. Definitely would recommend and return!

SO GOOD! Favorite spot of the day , hands down. What a great way to end our day trip to Vegas!…read more We started with two appetizers which were more on an amuse bouche. Small in size but packed with flavor. The Himachi? We could've eaten ten of them. Deeeelicious. The taste of the beef was absolutely amazing and loved the accrucements that accompanied it as well. We ended our meal with an almost missed Tres Leches.
