It is always neat and clean although I don't know what vibe they were going for because there's nothing Mexican restaurant about the style or decor but many restaurants are starting to go with the sterile and gray look so it is what it is. Floor staff range from super polite to completely disinterested. Again, full bar, location and not being Taco Bell will be the ultimate wins for this place.
