The girl taking our order was super nice and polite. It was more like one step up from fast/food and self-served. You order at the counter and they give you a number for your table and they bring out the food to the table and you clean up after yourself.

I proceeded inside and went to the bar (pickup bar?). As I got there, I told a server I was there for pickup and told her my name. She told me that my order would be coming out shortly. I waited a few minutes and decided to look at the receipts that were with the orders and did not see my name. There were a few orders that I could not see the name; not even the receipt and I did not want to touch the orders, so I kept waiting. I waited about 16 minutes until another server asked for my name. She looked at the order right in front of me and handed it to me. Ridiculous!
