I don't know what they do, but their burritos are full and juicy and you just want to keep eating more. Plus, the sauce accompaniment is great; adds just the right amount of kick. (Came across their food truck by total chance on a Saturday night at Mosey Down Main Street). Would I go back? Yesssss.
