    Had 4 brand new nokian tires and new wheels I supplied mounted on my Tesla Model Y. Everything was…read moreout of the box- brand new! The shop could not balance the set. I gave the shop a second attempt to balance the setup but they failed. Kevin insisted that there was in issue with my wheels and that he sees it all the time. I went to town fair tire, they checked the roundness of both wheels and tires. Town fair tire discovered one of my wheels was out of balance causing issues. $200 wasted and 2 trips back and forth to pickup my car from this place when their tire machine has issues. Before going to town fair tire I ordered a new set of Nokian tires from Sullivan through their call center and was going to mount the new tires on my stock wheels and tires (as suggested by Kevin). 1 day after placing the order I get a call from Kevin saying not to come in for my appointment I setup with the call center, and that Kevin will call me when the tires come in. Well that never happened, it's been 3 weeks, approaching 4 weeks. I've gotten lots of tire services and inspection stickers done at this location and the Watertown location. I'm taking my business elsewhere now. I would also appreciate a refund since they never got the job right.

The sales rep. told her it was unrepairable and she needed a new tire. He could have one there the next day for $330.00. She called me and I told her absolutely not. The tires are about 2 years old with @10,000 miles. She stopped by the local Shell station this morning and they repaired the tire while she waited for $35.00. Watch out for these guys. Looks like they tried to take advantage of the situation. Not the service I want.

At that date the shop called me stating that Id have to have the right tire rod replaced in order for the alignment to be completed. I agreed and paid for the additional job. After picking up my car it was doing this thing where the whole car wobbled. I brought it back and they said it just needed to be realigned and it was all set. A day later it started wobbling again, its been brought back 5 times. The 5th time they then state that the axel is damaged. After not honoring the fact that it took 5 times for them to see this and honoring a decent repair price they stated they would just replace my old rims but I would have to return on Monday at 8am. Monday at 8am I return and leave my car to be completed. I call at 1pm and am told my car's being worked on but is not ready yet. I call back at 4pm, no answer, I call back at 5pm, no answer. They close at 530pm. They call me at 517pm with additional charges, which is not what was agreed upon on Saturday when we were in the shop. So they have wasted 6 days, damaged my car further, charged for unnecessary repairs and refused to replace my old rims. Also- they refuse to give any contact information for the "boss" who is making these decisions. ​​

    Today was the first day after long weekend and calling around no one was able to take me in. When…read moreJamie heard what my problem was he ran through a couple of scenarios of low risk vs safety concerns and offered to take a look to make sure the car was safe to drive as he couldn't guarantee he could do more major work by today. Not only did they discover the safety issue but spent the time to fix the issue (and another one they found) and test drive the car to make sure it's be safe. All this for less than the price of an oil change (i.e. surprisingly low) In addition to great, kind, conscientious service it was also friendly and polite. You could hear it over the phone when I first called but I also saw it practiced in person with the two other people ahead of me in the waiting room. Both seemed to be regulars or at least familiar to the Jamie, and the conversations were just that...conversations back and forth and each time the payment came up Jamie said "Please"...now I just spent New Years with family so I know what polite for polite's sake sounds like...and Jamie's was genuine. I now end up taking care of my parent's car's upkeep whenever I visit and I'll be taking it back here! If you want good service, good prices, honest talk and polite treatment, well I can't think of why you wouldn't want to come here.
