They were very kind about rescheduling when I was not quite ready. On the day of our rescheduled appointment, Marwan arrived on time, patiently and thoroughly reviewed every room in the house before he got started. He explained the process and got to work. The results are amazing. Between a puppy, a very sick adult dog and life in general, our house and carpet felt and looked lived in. Marwan's expertise completely revived our carpet. His attention to detail is impeccable. I interviewed several companies before taking a chance on M & J and I'm so glad I went with them. The technical aspects of truck mounted extraction are important to note as is their fair pricing.

He cleans the carpet with a special cleaning vacuum system even specially treating small areas as necessary. For furniture with wooden legs, he places small plastic blocks under the legs to prevent water damage to the wood. When he is satisfied with the results, he installs many blowers plugged into your home making sure the carpet is dry. In our case, they ran overnight. But really important, he is meticulous and a perfectionist making sure that the carpet is in perfect condition when he finishes. He is very friendly as you would expect from Central Oregon folks.

He then, lickety split, proceeds to plow a mile long cinder road into my property and the 1/4 mile driveway to my house, even noticing the tire tracks from where I was parked and clears the parking spot too. After I waved him down he just said Merry Christmas I tried to get his info so I could send him something but he refused. I thought I might have to wrestle him until he told me, GORDON'S LAST TOUCH. I should also add, he did the same thing 2 years ago when I was trying to move in. He was plowing for the neighbors and just bopped over and plowed my driveway too. What a guy. He's the sort of person we should all try to be.

We have a diabetic elderly dog that urinates frequently. Even though we keep her in diapers,…read moresometimes it overflows or her diaper falls off, and we had some house sitters who didn't clean up after her too well. You get the picture. Between the stains and odor, our living room had become quite an unpleasant place to spend time. Adam was a straight shooter as far what we could expect from his service, which is about as strong as an endorsement as you could give to someone in this line of work. Adam didn't promise me the world, and I didn't expect it for a level of damage that likely warranted a new carpet or more. However, the result I did receive from Adam's work went above and beyond my expectations and you honestly couldn't tell a hapless lhasa apso-terrier had made the carpet her personal toilet. Anyway, Adam provides quality work. I will be having him return for more carpet cleaning in the future.

The sellers moved out, to the east coast prior to our closing, so they were not in town to see if the carpets were cleaned. First, when we started to move in, the first thing we noticed was that the house smelled like dogs and urine. Disgusting! Second, there were no carpet cleaning track lines. I have had dozens of houses cleaned and I have never seen a house that did not have distinct track lines. Thrid, my daughter was sitting on the floor in her room and got up and was covered in hair. Fourth, there were multiple yellow spots throughout the house that had a urine smell. Fifth, there was a fresh ink spot on the carpet. We know it was fresh because my wife touched it and she had ink on her finger. It was not smudged which means no water had ever touched it. My guess is that they vacuumed the carpet and thought they could get away with not cleaning because the owners had already left town. The former owners got ripped off for almost $400 and now we are having to have carpets cleaned AGAIN. The receipt says that this job was done by Carey and Andrew. Make sure you don't get them. This is not a reputable company. Buyer beware if you use them. Would have given this company zero stars if I could.
