    Easy to work with. I only used their temporary dumpster while doing a demo. I highly recommend this company over waste management.

Is I called the company and asked how much the price they pay for clean yellow brass and clean red brass is? As the country and Arizona/ Phoenix price is $2.83 for clean yellow brass and up to $3.43 clean red brass. As we all know copper is through the roof and thus brass being made with some copper is effected by that- HIS ANSWER! Clean yellow brass we pay .65 a pound and red clean brass we pay .75 !!!!!! This is literally stealing from people on the mountain. As if we get $2.83 a pound in Phoenix then you know the company probably gets double that per pound as they have to make money and ship and sell it in bulk etc- meaning this guy offering 20% of what the country average is - he is stealing from people and making 800% off your back for every pound- SHAME ON THIS OWNER WHO "is trustworthy and came from the valley " sadly, with being the only scrap yard in hundreds of miles he knows he has a monopoly almost all people won't drive 3.5 hours one way to Phoenix to sell scrap. Too bad I'm not most people and have A lot of brass that won't be helping his business.... you gotta think too, what are his other business practices like if he steals from everybody on scrap

    So, Larson Waste was purchased by this company sometime last year, and it has been a mess ever…read moresince. This last week. New Years being on Monday, my trash got delayed by a day. No one told me. No text. Nothing. I had to go to their web sight to find out what was going on. a minor inconvenience. So, moved from Wednesday to Thursday. Eh, okay. I can manage. Snowed on Wednesday night, about half an inch. No pick up again. No phone call, no text. Nothing. went to the web sight, and lo and behold, they just blow off my pick up. not happening until next week. I'm curious, does waste management care at all for their customers? Here is their service from my point of view. 1. Not concerned with providing the service they are contracted to do. 2. Customer service is almost nonexistent. 3. Prices are more expensive than Larson Waste Prices with far worse service. Waste Management: If you can't pick up the trash, text your customers. Let them know you care. Provide a phone number on your website to customer service for questions about our service your website doesn't provide, which for me is all of my questions. your website is useless to me, but since you won't put it on your website, here it is for anyone that needs it. 1 (800) 796-9696. Respond to your customers. Since I can't leave a comment on your website, I am leaving one here. My summary: For the most part, WM provides decent service, but if there is any issue, getting it resolved is next to impossible. If you can get a different Garbage Service Provider in your area, do it. `Don't give Waste Management your business.

Our rate has gone up every three months for the last several billing periods. We heard we could get a better rate ($20/month) with another service in town and found that to be true. When I first called WM to cancel, they told me they could negotiate a better rate, but that I would have to talk to a different representative. I waited on hold for 25 minutes and some odd seconds. Yes, I timed it. This guy (who sounded a LOT like the first guy) told me we were paying $17.57/month but our 3 month bill was $78 becauses of taxes and fees that were out of their control. He said the other company probably wasn't including the other fees. I called the other company back and was told the TOTAL was $20/month. I then called WM back and talked to a woman who kept coming up with other ways they could lower our bill. She then said the new rate would start on our NEXT three month billing period, not with the period starting now. When I balked, she said they could start it immediately. Couldn't they just give me the best deal right off the bat??? I finally said that I just wanted to cancel. She still tried to persuade me further. I finally got it through her head that it was not an option. She THEN told me there would be a $75 charge for picking up the can. When I emphatically complained about that, she said they could give me a 50% discount on that. I said FINE, it would be worth it to be done with WM.

They are always up-to-date on their webpage if they're running late with service for whatever reason. They have these awesome locks that you can get added to your receptacle, why they are $10 apiece, I do not understand as I feel this should be a standard for Flagstaff due to how windy we are. The reason this is not a five star review is because on breezy or windy days, some items don't make it into the truck at pick up, and the driver doesn't go out and grab it like our previous provider did. Our neighbors across the street say the same thing! Our previous provider always gave dog treats to our dogs, and when I contacted Carrie to switch service, she said they did the same but we've never seen it and now it's to the point where the dogs don't even care when they see the JT truck pulling up. When they see our old providers truck, they come running, and they still have the same driver and he always stops at our house to give treats to our pups! Regardless of that, if you are not with a local company for your trash service, it's time to switch!

The new trash can arrived later that day, with no hidden fees, which was unlike all the startup costs associated with Waste Management. I neglected to put out my trash the first week and got a call from David, who was checking in to just make sure he didn't miss anything. I thought that effort was above and beyond what I would expect from anyone. I highly recommend JT waste. They are economical, have great customer service and a local business who understands the needs of the community. Thanks so much Carrie!

    I've been a customer for three years, and for most of that time everything ran smoothly--until it…read moredidn't. About two months ago, the concierge service that pulls my trash cans to the curb suddenly stopped. When I called and texted to find out why, I was told that Skyline doesn't provide that service and never has. Interesting response, considering my bill specifically lists "valet service," and my Ring camera has years' worth of footage showing someone doing exactly that, so why did it stop? After a little digging, it turns out the issue wasn't that the service never existed--it was that Skyline apparently stopped paying Harry, the person who was actually providing it. And honestly, if you weren't getting paid, would you keep showing up to work? I know I wouldn't. So no, I don't blame Harry. I blame Andy. Andy insists the service was never offered. The only problem with that statement? I still have the text messages from 2023 where it was offered and discussed. Funny how written records tend to have a better memory than people do and receipts that document trash service with valet service for 72 dollars, yet others are charging way less. The most frustrating part isn't that the service stopped--it's being told something never existed when there is clear documentation, billing records, and video evidence proving otherwise and being accused of lying.
